Abstract

Cryptography is a branch of existing methods in mathematics which has the goal of being able to maintain the confidentiality of the information contained in the data so that the information is not known by parties who have no interest. Confidentiality of this information is important so that the information sent is not misused irresponsibly. Vigenere Cipher is a method used for cryptography. Vigenere Cipher works by using a tabula recta table where the table contains an alphabet arranged based on the Caesar Cipher shift. In this study, the Vigenere Chiper algorithm will be used to encrypt information into 25 brain tumor images. In the tests carried out on 25 images, the best MSE obtained was 1.541e-05, while the best PSNR was 48.1219, for the best SSIM it was 0.99995, then for the BER value, all images obtained a BER value of 0 and also for the entropy of the best steganography image, which was 6.8204.

Abstract

Strategic efforts to maintain rice production, which is the staple food of the Indonesian people, must continue to be carried out, one of which is maintaining production in rice-producing areas such as Indramayu Regency is a step that must be prioritized. Knowing the prediction of the upcoming rice harvest is the right effort to make. Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic is a method that can be used as a calculation to make predictions, the selection of fuzzy Tsukamoto is due to its ability to predict with factors that have uncertainty such as rainfall, in addition, land area and harvest yields can also be used as variables to obtain predictions through fuzzy Tsukamoto. This study was conducted to implement fuzzy Tsukamoto for predicting rice harvest yields, where the results of the fuzzy Tsukamoto logic process that have been carried out produce six rules at the inference stage in the category of increasing or decreasing harvests, which are used as the basis for the defuzzification process to find the output value of the harvest. The calculation results are then applied in a website-based system using the Laravel framework and MySql DBMS so that they can be used to predict rice harvest yields. Based on the prediction process carried out through a system based on the fuzzy Tsukamoto method, out of 31 sub-districts, 16 sub-districts have the potential to experience a decline, and 15 sub-districts have experienced an increase in rice harvest production in Indramayu Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak - Perawatan jangka panjang (PJP) bagi lansia sangat dibutuhkan untuk mempertahankan tingkat kemandirian, mengurangi ketergantungan, dan mencegah komplikasi penyakit. Untuk mencari perawat lansia tidak bisa sembarangan dan harus sesuai dengan kriteria. Pemesanan perawat yang dilakukan secara manual tanpa adanya aplikasi belum sesuai dengan yang diinginkan dimana terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu  pengguna jasa harus menggambarkan kriteria Cargiver yang diinginkan kemudian admin harus mengirimkan informasi Cargiver sesuai kriteria kepada pengguna jasa,  serta admin mengalami  kesulitan dalam melakukan pengecekan perawat yang tersedia jika permintaan Cargiver sedang banyak. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat aplikasi Cargiver berbasis Mobile yang dapat memudahkan calon Cargiver untuk melamar pekerjaan, pengguna jasa dalam pemesanan perawat serta membantu admin Yayasan dalam pengelolaannya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall.Tahapan Waterfall yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahap yaitu requirement analysis, design, implementation dan testing. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework flutter serta menggunakan library CSS dan PHP versi 7.2 serta basis data MySQL. Dari hasil pengujian Black Box testing untuk 3 (tiga) hak akses yaitu, User, pelamar dan admin setiap menu telah sesuai dan berhasil dengan persentasi 100%. Hasil pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 88,61%, nilai tersebut diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata desain (88.42%), Fitur (89.82%), dan Kepuasan (90.88%).Kata kunci: Android Studio, Cargiver, Waterfall, Flutter, MySQL. Abstract - Long-term care (LTC) for the elderly is very much needed to maintain the level of independence, reduce dependency, and prevent complications of the disease. Finding an elderly nurse cannot be arbitrary and must be in accordance with the criteria. Ordering a nurse manually without an application is not in accordance with what is desired where the problem is that the service user must describe the desired Cargiver criteria then the admin must send Cargiver information according to the criteria to the service user, and the admin has difficulty in checking the available nurses if the Cargiver request is high. From these problems, the author created a Mobile-based Cargiver application that can make it easier for prospective Cargivers to apply for jobs, service users in ordering nurses and assisting the Foundation admin in managing it. In this study, the author used the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. The Waterfall stages consist of 4 (four) stages, namely requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing. This sistem is built using the flutter framework and uses the CSS and PHP libraries version 7.2 and the MySQL database. From the results of the Black Box testing for 3 (three) access rights, namely, User, applicant and admin, each menu has been appropriate and successful with a percentage of 100%. The results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) showed an average value of 88.61%, the value was obtained from the average value of design (88.42%), Features (89.82%), and Satisfaction (90.88%).Keywords: Android Studio, Cargiver, Waterfall, Flutter, MySQL.

Abstract

Rice plants that are processed into rice are the staple food of the Indonesian people, and the lack of rice production will have an impact on weakening national food security. Efforts that can be made are to process harvest data in national rice barn areas such as Indramayu Regency properly. So far, there are still many errors and differences in harvest data both by agencies and original data in the field. Differences in data cause inaccurate harvest data to be used as a reference for policies or to see the potential of rice in Indramayu. This study aims to build a website-based data processing information system so that it can be accessed and managed by agricultural officers in all sub-districts in Indramayu, and the agricultural service as admin, so that the data produced is accurate data and provides predictions of harvest results, and makes predictions of future harvests based on harvest data, land area and rainfall that affect the rice harvest in Indramayu using fuzzy tsukamoto. From the predictions made, there are 16 sub-districts that have the potential to experience a decrease in harvest from 31 sub-districts in Indramayu. This information system also displays harvest data and graphs based on year and sub-district in Indramayu so that the increase or decrease in harvest in previous years can be seen compared to predictions for the coming year.

Abstract

Automatic Identification System (AIS) merupakan sistem navigasi maritim yang berfungsi meningkatkan keselamatan pelayaran dengan mentransmisikan informasi seperti posisi, kecepatan, dan identitas kapal secara otomatis. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan modul GPS untuk memperoleh data lokasi secara real-time, yang kemudian dikonversi ke dalam format pesan AIS sesuai standar ITU-R M.1371. Proses konversi dan pengiriman dilakukan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang membentuk payload AIS jenis 18 (Class B position report) dan jenis 14 (Safety Related Message). Pengiriman pesan dilakukan melalui modul pemancar GMSK yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi AIS. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan memantau hasil transmisi melalui perangkat lunak OpenCPN sebagai visualisasi penerima. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengirim informasi posisi kapal secara akurat dan dapat diterima oleh perangkat navigasi lainnya secara real-time. Implementasi ini membuktikan bahwa sistem pelacakan AIS dapat dibangun dengan biaya rendah dan efektif untuk digunakan pada kapal kecil atau sebagai perangkat pelacak tambahan.

Abstract

Pengadaan yaitu kegiatan untuk membeli barang, bahkan bahan bangunan, peralatan usaha, peralatan perbaikan, mesin produksi, dan jasa yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan praktikum. Kini, Politeknik TEDC Bandung untuk mengajukan alat dan bahan praktikum telah menggunakan sistem, namun sistem saat ini belum mampu untuk memudahkan pengajuan alat dan bahan di Politeknik TEDC Bandung, dikarenakan ada kekurangan-kekurangan serta masalah pada sistem pengajuan. Oleh karena itu dibuat pengembangan sistem informasi pengajuan alat dan bahan yang bertujuan supaya sistem yang dikembangkan dapat benar-benar memudahkan dalam melakukan pengajuan alat dan bahan. Pengembangan sistem informasi pengajuan alat dan bahan ini menggunakan model waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box, fitur-fitur yang ada pada sistem pengajuan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya. Lalu, dari hasil uji UAT, pengembangan sistem informasi ini memperoleh bukti dapat digunakan dengan sangat baik untuk pengguna sistem dengan persentase mencapai nilai 94.25%.

Abstract

Jadwal mata kuliah merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kelancaran proses belajar mengajar di Politeknik TEDC Bandung dan informasi terhadap kehadiran dosen dan pergantian jadwal perkuliahan merupakan informasi yang harus diberikan secara pasti kepada mahasiswa. Dibuatnya sistem informasi ini dengan harapan dapat memudahkan dan mengurangi kemungkinan tumbukan jadwal mata kuliah di Politeknik TEDC Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi penjadwalan mata kuliah ini adalah metode waterfall dan hasil pengujian blackbox semua fungsi yang ada dalam sistem ini dapat berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian UAT sistem informasi penjadwalan mata kuliah yang diambil dari 20 orang responden terbukti dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna dengan nilai persentase mencapai 88%.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion of the Sambas Regency is a Vertical Agency of the Ministry of Religion domiciled in the Regency. One of the tasks of the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency is to provide services, guidance and guidance in the field of Hajj and Umrah. For services at the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency to prospective pilgrims, it is still not effective and efficient. The method used is Prototype with the stages of collecting requirements, building prototyping, evaluating prototyping, coding the system, testing the system, evaluating the system, and using the system. The Web-Based Information Portal for Prospective Hajj Pilgrims Services at the Ministry of Religion of Sambas Regency is built with functionalities according to user needs, namely: information on the schedule of Hajj rituals, information on Hajj travel schedules, information on estimated Hajj departures, information on material for Hajj rituals, information on data for prospective pilgrims, information health data of prospective pilgrims, message information and report information.
