Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini membahas pengembangan sistem informasi administrasi desa berbasis web di Desa Sleman, Kecamatan Sliyeg, Kabupaten Indramayu. Di era Teknologi 4.0, integrasi teknologi digital menjadi krusial dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleksitas infrastruktur IT dan meningkatkan daya saing organisasi di pasar global. Desa Sleman, sebagai bagian dari konteks pemerintahan lokal, menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen data administrasi desa yang masih dilakukan secara manual, membatasi aksesibilitas dan transparansi informasi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menganalisis hambatan dan kebutuhan dalam pengelolaan data administrasi desa serta menerapkan sistem informasi administrasi desa berbasis web. Metode pelaksanaan proyek ini mencakup survei mitra, penyesuaian sistem dengan kebutuhan desa, persiapan implementasi, dan evaluasi akhir. Dengan adanya sistem informasi administrasi desa yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat, admin, dan pegawai desa dalam pengajuan administrasi terutama surat dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik di desa sleman.

Abstract

The large role of information systems in supporting the success of organizational business processes, making security issues an absolute thing to maintain. The world of education also makes information systems a place to store and manage academic data, one of which is scientific work. Polytechnic XYZ has a repository information system for scientific papers and student final assignments managed by librarians to facilitate the archiving of scientific papers by students. Vulnerability assessment is carried out through the stages of information gathering, vulnerability scanning, vulnerability analysis using tools such as robtex.com and Owasp ZAP to find out the security gaps that exist in the repository information system, so that the intellectual property contained therein can be maintained. from the test results found 22 vulnerabilities from high to informational levels, and in the final stage a generating report is carried out which contains a description of the vulnerabilities and solutions to fix dangerous vulnerabilities.

Abstract

The security of web-based systems is an important thing that an organization needs to pay attention to, considering that currently all organizational business processes rely on the web to store and process their data. POLINDRA is also not left behind, which uses web technology to store and process a list of student work repositories into a web-based information system. This requires simultaneous testing and risk assessment to determine the level of existing risks and vulnerabilities. The results of the vulnerability assessment to determine security gaps carried out in the scientific work repository information system on the sista.polindra.ac.id page using two different tools, namely Owasp Zap and Acunetix, have several different results. On Owasp Zap, there were 22 warnings, while Acunetix found 499 warnings. Even though the number of alerts using Acunetix is greater, the alert type results are not as complete as Owasp Zap, which produces 22 alerts, while Acunetix only produces 10 alerts.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMeningkatnya proses komputasi secara langsung berdampak pada tingginya tingkat emisi karbon dioksida (CO2). Untuk meminimalisir situasi tersebut, terdapat kampanye komputasi hijau yang berfokus pada penggunaan komputasi hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan. Langkah awal penerapan green computing perlu dimulai dari sektor pendidikan, dalam hal ini SMK, sebagai lembaga strategis yang tidak hanya sekedar teori namun juga praktek penerapan green computing. SMK Teladan Kertasemaya sebagai sekolah yang memiliki komitmen ramah lingkungan ingin menerapkan konsep tersebut dalam kegiatan praktik kerja lapangan dimana dua fokus utamanya adalah pengurangan kertas dengan menerapkan sistem informasi monitoring praktik kerja lapangan dimana proses absensi, pembuatan jurnal harian, laporan, keluhan, dan penilaian dapat menggunakan perangkat web dan mobile agar lebih efisien, proses pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode RAD yang dapat menghemat waktu dan menjamin kualitas sistem yang dikembangkan, serta penggunaan teknologi virtualisasi untuk server menggunakan VPS yang lebih hemat energi dan biaya, yang merupakan tujuan komputasi ramah lingkungan.Kata kunci: green computing, sistem informasi, Monitoring PKL, SMK Teladan KertasemayaABSTRACTIncreasing computing processes directly affects high levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. To minimize this situation, there is a green computing campaign that focuses on the use of energy-saving and environmentally friendly computing. The first step in implementing green computing needs to start in the education sector, in this case vocational schools, as strategic institutions to not just theory but practice green computing. Kertasemaya Teladan Vocational School, as a school that has a commitment to being environmentally friendly, wants to implement this concept in field work practice activities where the two main focuses are reducing paper by implementing a field work practice monitoring information system where the attendance process, making daily journals, reports, complaints, and assessments can be used. web and mobile devices so that they are more efficient, the development process is carried out using the RAD method, which can save time and guarantee the quality of the system being developed, as well as the use of virtualization technology for servers using VPS, which is more energy and cost-efficient, which is the goal of green computing.Keywords: green computing, information systems, fieldwork practices, monitoring, Kertasemaya Teladan Vocational School

Abstract

An information system is a collection of interconnected elements that form a unity in integrating data, processing, storing and distributing information. Legalization is an attestation process by providing an original stamp and signature from the authorities on a photocopy of a diploma or grade transcript as proof that the photocopy matches the original diploma or grade transcript. The legalization process at the Indramayu State Polytechnic which is currently running is still done manually. This mechanism requires alumni who wish to legalize their diplomas or transcripts to come directly to campus. The legalization service system that is currently running at the Indramayu State Polytechnic is considered to be less effective because it takes a long time for alumni to process the application. Based on the problems above, the researcher aims to design a website-based information system for legalizing diplomas and transcripts. The legalization system is designed to focus on the needs of alumni and those from the academic department who are responsible for ratifying documents for legalizing diplomas and transcripts. The result of this research is a website platform for submitting online legalization requests which can help the academic section of the Indramayu State Polytechnic in managing legalization applications and make it easier for alumni to submit legalization applications.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of people consume rice, making the issue of rice harvest productivity a concern for many parties. Efforts to maintain food security, especially the availability of rice, are a shared responsibility, where efforts that can be made are to maintain and predict rice production results in areas that are National Rice Granaries. Indramayu is one of the national rice producing districts, which has 31 sub-districts with varying amounts of rice production. The large difference in rice production between sub-districts is an important problem that affects rice harvests in Indramayu, so improvements need to be made, including clustering, namely grouping sub-districts based on harvest potential using K-Means clustering by looking at historical harvest data for the past 5 years between 2019–2023. Then compared using the orange data mining application. K-Means clustering either manually or using orange3 produces three clusters with the same sub-district cluster results. This data is also used to predict future harvest results using the random forest algorithm in Orange3. Analysis of K-Means clustering results and prediction results shows that sub-districts in the lower cluster have the potential for a greater percentage reduction in harvest than clusters with a higher harvest category.

Abstract

Strategic efforts to maintain rice production, which is the staple food of the Indonesian people, must continue to be carried out, one of which is maintaining production in rice-producing areas such as Indramayu Regency is a step that must be prioritized. Knowing the prediction of the upcoming rice harvest is the right effort to make. Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic is a method that can be used as a calculation to make predictions, the selection of fuzzy Tsukamoto is due to its ability to predict with factors that have uncertainty such as rainfall, in addition, land area and harvest yields can also be used as variables to obtain predictions through fuzzy Tsukamoto. This study was conducted to implement fuzzy Tsukamoto for predicting rice harvest yields, where the results of the fuzzy Tsukamoto logic process that have been carried out produce six rules at the inference stage in the category of increasing or decreasing harvests, which are used as the basis for the defuzzification process to find the output value of the harvest. The calculation results are then applied in a website-based system using the Laravel framework and MySql DBMS so that they can be used to predict rice harvest yields. Based on the prediction process carried out through a system based on the fuzzy Tsukamoto method, out of 31 sub-districts, 16 sub-districts have the potential to experience a decline, and 15 sub-districts have experienced an increase in rice harvest production in Indramayu Regency.

Abstract

Rendahnya kesadaran dan ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang HIV/AIDS serta tingginya stigma dan diskriminasi yang menyebabkan masyarakat enggan untuk melakukan tes menjadi salah satu faktor infeksi HIV yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya di Indonesia. Untuk membantu masyarakat melakukan diagnosis dini penyakit HIV/AIDS secara mandiri, maka dibuatlah sistem pendukung keputusan diagnosa HIV/AIDS dengan menerapkan metode forward chaining untuk membantu mengidentifikasi stadium penyakit HIV/AIDS berdasarkan gejala umum dan faktor risiko. Sistem ini juga menyediakan informasi tentang HIV/AIDS. Pengujian sistem ini menggunkan pengujian black-box dan kuesioner, hasil pengujian menggunakan pengujian kuesioner yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat kelayakan sekitar 75,3% dan pengujian akurasi sistem sebesar 80%.

Abstract

Rice plants that are processed into rice are the staple food of the Indonesian people, and the lack of rice production will have an impact on weakening national food security. Efforts that can be made are to process harvest data in national rice barn areas such as Indramayu Regency properly. So far, there are still many errors and differences in harvest data both by agencies and original data in the field. Differences in data cause inaccurate harvest data to be used as a reference for policies or to see the potential of rice in Indramayu. This study aims to build a website-based data processing information system so that it can be accessed and managed by agricultural officers in all sub-districts in Indramayu, and the agricultural service as admin, so that the data produced is accurate data and provides predictions of harvest results, and makes predictions of future harvests based on harvest data, land area and rainfall that affect the rice harvest in Indramayu using fuzzy tsukamoto. From the predictions made, there are 16 sub-districts that have the potential to experience a decrease in harvest from 31 sub-districts in Indramayu. This information system also displays harvest data and graphs based on year and sub-district in Indramayu so that the increase or decrease in harvest in previous years can be seen compared to predictions for the coming year.

Abstract

This community service initiative focuses on developing a web-based information system for village administration in Sleman Village, located in the Sliyeg District of Indramayu Regency. In the Technology 4.0 era, integrating digital technology is crucial to addressing the complexities of IT infrastructure and enhancing organizational competitiveness in the global arena. Sleman Village, within the local government framework, struggles with managing administrative data manually, which limits information accessibility and transparency. This community service aims to identify the obstacles and requirements in managing village administrative data and to implement a web-based administration information system. The project’s approach includes conducting partner surveys, customizing the system to meet the village’s needs, preparing for implementation, and conducting a final evaluation. By making the village administration information system accessible to the public, administrators, and village staff for administrative tasks, particularly letter submissions, the system results in a customizable design, collaboration with stakeholders, user-friendly features, phased training and assistance, and improved public accessibility.
