Abstract

The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

Abstract

As the number of patients at hospital x in the city of Bandung increases, it will automatically increase the number of people who will queue during the payment process. Therefore, the general outpatient payment procedure is very important. Considering that patients who are not well have to queue for a long time to take a prescription or pay for the services of a doctor. Good and efficient procedures must fix this. In order to create queues that are not too long and patients can make payment transactions faster. So that patients will be more satisfied with the services of the procedures that have been made. If the patient is satisfied, and the patient is sick again, then the patient is likely to return for treatment at hospital x in the city of Bandung. Good procedures in the system, whether hospital systems or company systems, will make the business flow or process flow easier, also reduce operational costs and improve service quality. The results of the study obtained that 90% of patient satisfaction could be explained by the outpatient fee payment procedure variable and 10% was influenced by variables that were not examined by the researcher

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to establish the effect of the quality service on customer satisfaction (study case at JNE Purnawarman) and it applied descriptive methods by the quantitative approach. The method required nonprobability with incidental sampling. From the results of the method using the Solvin formula, the number of samples was 98 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the quality service variable has a simultaneous effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) with a significant f 0.000 < 0.05. The quality of service affects customer satisfaction by 58.6% while the remaining 42.4% from other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of job satisfaction (x) affects the performance of employees (y) at PT. Kreativa Surya Pratama Bandung subsidiary from Telkom Indonesia for Marketing or Marketing. The population is 237 people. This study uses quantitative methods. By using the reference calculation of the Slovin formula, which is as many as 70 respondents, the calculations in this research use the SPSS application. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a partially significant effect on employee performance. This result is based on the t-value of 9.170 and the t-table of 1.995 having a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. With the acquisition of t-count greater than t-table (9,170 > 1,995). the coefficient of determination of the value of adjusted r square shows the results of 0.549 or 54.9%, so from the results of the coefficient value 54.9% is influential while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang melatarbelatangi dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kualitas produk pada PT. X yang ditandai dengan tingginya produk cacat pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan total manajemen mutu terpadu terhadap kualitas produk, mengetahui hambatan-hambatan dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan penerapan total manajemen mutu terpadu pada PT. X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 88 responden yang menjadi sample. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan total manajemen mutu terpadu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas produk pada PT. X. Hasil perhitungan dari koefisien determinasi (r square) sebesar 69,3% dan hasil dari uji t dihasilkan t hitung sebesar 13,923 > t-Tabel 1,988. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebaiknya PT. X harus berupaya agar semua karyawan dapat ikut serta dalam menjaga kualitas produk. Diantaranya dengan melakukan pengecekan secara intesif mengenai jenis kain yang akan dipakai, kesiapan mesin produksi, hingga output kain jadi yang harus sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an opportunity in building the Indonesian economy with various facilities and conveniences provided by technological advances, as well as being a threat when it cannot be utilized properly, namely when human labor in the process of producing goods has begun to switch to digital, but not matched by the growth of new business units. This study focuses on training management and fostering youth entrepreneurship strengthening which is an effort to reduce unemployment by increasing business management competencies. The purpose of the research is to describe planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating training, coaching through mentoring the implementation of training results, implementation effectiveness, problems, and future improvement solutions. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods in order to intensively and in depth describe the symptoms and phenomena studied, while data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, documentary studies, and literature studies. The findings in this study are that Bandung City Youth and Sport Department has carried out management of entrepreneurship strengthening training Which gave an impact on increasing the competence of training graduates. Yet entrepreneurship coaching through mentoring in the application of training results has not been carried out optimally, that in general training management and entrepreneurship strengthening development have not been effective in improving business management competencies among young man. This study recommends that in training for strengthening youth entrepreneurship, character and team building materials are given so that training participants from the beginning of training to entrepreneurship development remain in the same group of the business world, the industrial world (DUDI) as well as with BUMD/BUMN and banking to participate in fostering strengthening the management of youth businesses in the city of Bandung.
