Abstract

Recent research has been conducted to find potential new avenues of drug discovery for treating tuberculosis infection. This endless “arms race” is due to the ability of the bacteria to develop resistance towards the already established antibiotic regimen. Various pathways within Mycobacterium tuberculosis are being studied extensively to open new possibilities in drug development. One of which is the aspartate metabolism pathway. This amino acid pathway is proven to be pivotal for the survival of M. tuberculosis both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, this pathway also is absent in humans, making it a very promising candidate for further research and development in drug discovery. However, inhibitors against this pathway are not yet available as most suggested inhibitors against the various enzymes within this pathway only made it until the in-silico stage while few studies managed to synthesize their suggested inhibitors and had tested its anti-tuberculosis activity. This review will discuss said attempts in suggesting inhibitors against the critical enzymes that work within this pathway. The inhibitors that are reviewed in this paper are both synthetic and derived from natural products. The multitude of inhibitors proposed and the various enzymes that they are able to inhibit proved that this pathway has potential that is yet to be explored further.

Abstract

Pidana pengawasan dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia sebagai inovasi hukum yang menawarkan alternatif hukuman yang lebih manusiawi dibandingkan dengan penjara. Pidana pengawasan bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada pelaku tindak pidana, terutama bagi mereka yang dianggap tidak berbahaya, untuk menjalani hukuman di luar lembaga pemasyarakatan. Proses ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi overkapasitas lembaga pemasyarakatan yang menjadi masalah serius di Indonesia. Namun, implementasi pidana pengawasan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kesadaran dan kepatuhan pelaku terhadap kewajiban pengawasan, stigma sosial, serta kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas yang memadai. Diperlukan adanya kolaborasi antara lembaga pemasyarakatan, aparat penegak hukum, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan sistem pengawasan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Chandi's Harvestime is a moving Micro , Small and Medium Enterprise in field culinary. The culinary in question is food and drink. Products made​ including kefir milk, mayonnaise risol , fruit salad , various juices, bakery, cakes dry and still lots again. However , Chandi's Harvestime Not yet has social media and a website promote the product. Promotion and sales in a way direct and only through whatsapp. This purpose of research is designing and creating Websites at Chandi's Harvestime for development marketing and promotion product culinary . The landing page will displays products flagship Chandi's Harvestime , as well information about services and contacts required by the candidate consumer . Method used is design thinking which consists of from empathy , definition , ideation , prototype , and testing . The result of research is in the form of a website- based landing page prototype for promotion product Chandi's Harvestime culinary and already done black box testing results conclusion in accordance with need user .
