Abstract

Public institutions that have a focus on managing and providing patient services to the community are hospitals. Field hospitals (field hospitals) are service units created to assist the function of referral health services (outpatient, inpatient, emergency unit, operating room, laboratory , etc.) which is carried out in emergency conditions. The aim of this research is to find out how to protect patients in field hospitals in the event of a medical dispute, and who is responsible if a medical dispute occurs in the field hospital. This research method uses a qualitative phenomenological method aimed at describing or explaining a person's personal experience, including the experience of relationships with other people, using literature study as a data collection procedure. The results of the research are that the Field Hospital has not yet regulated or there are no regulations in the event of a medical dispute. in field hospitals, resulting in harm to patients, and in Law Number 17 of 2023, there are no regulations regarding Field Hospitals, which means it creates a legal vacuum, so far there has been no legal review regulating responsibility for medical disputes in hospitals field because the author conducted this literature study research.

Abstract

Mater Dei School provides education from an early age to high school, currently Mater Dei school is in great demand by students because of its superior achievements, especially in the academic field. At the junior high school level, Mater dei has a total of 496 students. This study aims to determine, namely: 1) How is the level of student satisfaction with the quality of services provided by SMP Mater Dei Pamulang, South Tangerang City, 2) What factors need to be improved by SMP Mater Dei Pamulang, South Tangerang City in order to improve service quality, 3) Knowing how the proposed improvements are prioritized for improving the quality of services at SMP Mater Dei Pamulang, South Tangerang City. The study took data of 100 respondents, then performed serqual calculations to determine the value of GAP, the results of the GAP were used as input data for Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which then identified 6 attributes that must be considered and need to be considered by management to improve service quality. The next step is to calculate the Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI). From the results of the analysis, the value was 79.125%. This means that the level of student satisfaction with SMP Mater Dei services is in the Satisfied category. Furthermore, the 6 attributes in question need to be recommended to managers to improve their services so that the service satisfaction value becomes 100%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the form of legal protection provided to doctors in cases of legal disputes in hospitals, especially in the context of work agreements. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which allows researchers to explore and understand the phenomena that occur in more depth. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, document studies and participant observation. The research results show that legal protection for doctors is greatly influenced by the provisions in the employment agreement between the doctor and the hospital. The conclusion of this research is the need to strengthen legal aspects in employment agreements to ensure doctors receive adequate protection in facing legal disputes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence for every investor who wants to invest in a company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study also uses calculations in the form of leverage and company size so that investors can find out which companies are experiencing losses and profits.This research data consists of financial ratios from the financial statements of manufacturing companies that are listed in Indonesia for 3 years 2018 to 2020. This study discusses 7 independent variables and also uses multiple regression models.The results showed that firm size, company losses, board of director, leverage and audit committee tenure had an effect on earnings management while the independent commissioner and managerial ownership have no effect on earning management.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how the hospital's efforts to protect doctors who work under employment agreements such as permanent doctors and non-permanent doctors at the hospital and find out what the content of the contract agreement for permanent and non permanent doctors working at the Hospital. This research was carried out in two stages: literature research which aims to obtain secondary data as the main source of data including key legal documents, namely Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health. The researcher draws the conclusion that the protection in the hospital does not guarantee the certainty of legal protection for doctors. It is very important to create an optimal collective bargaining agreement between the doctor and the hospital so that a Light and Wise Legal Dispute Resolution is created. The research can provide new knowledge related to the construction of employment agreements for doctors working in hospitals.

Abstract

The Rokan Block is one of Indonesia's largest oil producers. It is managed by PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) and contributes 25% to Indonesia's total oil production. The Central Gathering Station (CGS) “X” at PT PHR utilizes shell and tube heat exchangers (HEX) to effectively heat produced fluids, thereby enhancing the separation of crude oil. Despite their utility, several challenges—such as uneven fluid distribution, fouling, and tube plugging—have compromised the performance of heat exchangers (HEX). These issues can result in some units failing to reach the desired temperature. This study assessed the performance of HEX at CGS X using Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Exchanger Design and Rating (EDR) software, concentrating on key parameters including the heat transfer coefficient, pressure drop, and fluid velocity. The analysis revealed that low fluid velocity within the shell increased the risk of fouling, and a fouling resistance exceeding 0.03 ℉·hr·ft²/Btu significantly diminished efficiency. To address this, a redesigned heat exchanger (HEX) was proposed to optimize fluid velocity, achieving a rate of 1.15 ft/s. This adjustment reduced fouling and enhanced heat transfer while maintaining economic feasibility by decreasing the required heat transfer area. Operational recommendations based on the performance evaluation included making appropriate fluid distribution adjustments and conducting timely maintenance to ensure reliable operation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management and effectiveness of productive zakat distributed by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Jambi City in empowering street vendors. Productive zakat is viewed as a strategic instrument for transforming mustahik (zakat recipients) into muzakki (zakat payers) through enhanced business capacity and income growth. This research employs a normative-empirical approach with a qualitative descriptive method, combining legal analysis of zakat regulations—particularly Law Number 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management and BAZNAS regulations—with field data obtained through interviews and observations involving administrators and beneficiaries. The results indicate that the management of productive zakat at BAZNAS Jambi City has been in accordance with Islamic law principles and positive legal norms, encompassing planning, distribution, mentoring, and evaluation stages. However, its effectiveness in economic empowerment remains suboptimal due to limited capital, insufficient business assistance, and low financial literacy among beneficiaries. This study concludes that enhancing managerial capacity and continuous mentoring are key to achieving the objectives of productive zakat in accordance with maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, particularly in preserving wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl) and promoting social welfare.

Abstract

Private hospitals are health service bodies managed by foundations or certain groups of organizations together with educational institutions. The aim of this research is to find out what kind of constraints or barriers are experienced by private hospitals, especially those which are then linked to Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning health. This research method uses a qualitative phenomenological method aimed at describing or explaining a person's personal experiences, including experiences of relationships with other people, using literature study as a data collection procedure. The results of this research are that private hospitals in Indonesia are still not optimal in their efforts to fulfill the general provisions regarding hospitals that have been stipulated in Law no. 17 of 2023 concerning health. Due to the obstacles faced in its operations, such as the Bunda Lhokseumawe Hospital which is hampered by the lack of specialist doctors at the hospital which results in less than optimal treatment services at the hospital, then the Surya Husadha Nusa Dua Hospital which is located in Bandung, with problems. delays in the distribution of food preferences, as well as three private hospitals in Yogyakarta which were hampered by lack of medicine stock in these hospitals

Abstract

Bisnis kreatif di Indonesia sedang berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini hadir untuk merumuskan strategi bisnis menggunakan alat Business Model Canvas, perusahaan Satu Langkah dapat menggunakannnya sebagai dasar untuk menentukan strategi atau langkah apa yang akan diambil untuk meningkatkan nilai yang dimilikinya. Model bisnis hubungan pelanggan adalah model bisnis lain yang tidak sesuai. Model ini berfokus pada blok Channels, Customer segments, dan Customer relationship. Perusahaan yang menerapkan model ini akan berkonsentrasi pada strategi perluasan pasar untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Karena perusahaan telah mencapai batas kapasitas produksinya, strategi ini tidak sesuai untuk mereka karena mereka tidak lagi membutuhkan untuk melakukan ekspansi pasar. Salah satu model bisnis lain adalah model bisnis infrastruktur yang berpusat pada blok Key Partner, Key Activities dan Key Resources. Model ini memungkinkan perusahaan untuk berkonsentrasi pada kinerja bisnisnya untuk menghasilkan produk atau layanan yang lebih murah, tetapi model ini tidak cocok untuk bisnis ini karena visi dan misi perusahaan selalu ingin mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan. Ada beberapa tindakan strategis yang dapat diambil oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan strategi inovasi produk, seperti: Berkonsentrasi pada meningkatkan nilai, mengembangkan produk atau layanan yang sudah ada, membuat produk atau layanan baru dan mengembangkan layanan baru dan mempromosikan.
