Abstract

Penulis melakukan penelitian ini pada Sultan Market Simpang Balek Kecamatan Wih Pesam Kabupaten Bener Meriah.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah umtuk mengetahui apakah proses dan fisik berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Sultan Market. Sementara yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang berbelanja di Sultan Market. Untuk metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan aplikasi SPPS Versi 16. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan Y=1.876 + 0.326X1 + 0.417X2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh proses secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen di Sultan Market dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.003 <0.05. Dan terdapat juga pengaruh pengaruh fisik secara parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen di Sultan Market dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh proses dan fisik secara simultan sama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000<0.05. Koefisien determinan R Square menunjukkan angka 0.384. Hal ini berarti variabel dependen (minat beli) dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen (process dan physical evidence) sebesar 38.4% dan 61.6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitianini.

Abstract

This Research aims to see the influence of bloking technology on the efficiency and security of financial transaction, with a case study in the banking industry in Indonesia. The method in this research uses a combination approach, including analytical and descriptive approaches. The result of this research are that the use of this technology provides significant benefits in terms of safety and operational efficiency. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and reduce the risk of fraud, besides that it can strengthen data integrity so that transactions are more efficient. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and increase the trust of customers and banking authorities.

Abstract

The people of Mpunt Bahgie have the majority of their livehood as farmers, although tomatoes are not the dominant crop. During the tomatoe harvest period, the price of tomatioes will decrease. One way to ensure prices are stable is to process tehm into other, more durable products. Processing fresh tomatoes into tomato sauce is one way to use fresh tomatoes when prices are cheap. Tomato sauce products are also a way for people to increase their income and open new businesses. Tha aim of this community service is to provide knowledge and skills about processing fresh tomatoes into tomato sauce. The method used is by delivering material in the fform of lectures, counseling and demonstrations. A total of 1 partners who are housewives have participated in this program. The final results of the Pre Test and Post Test show that there has been a significant increase in Partners, especially in the knowledge of choosing ‘Know’ regarding processing, namely Partners know hoe to overcome falling prices during harvest from 83 to 100%; partners know that tomatoe sauce processing can be turned into business from 72% to 100%; partners know that tomato can be  processed into other products that are more durable from 55% to 100%; Partners knows how to make tomatosauce ffrom 28% to 100%. Meanwhile, the results of the assessment evaluation showed that 100% of Partners stated ‘Strongly Agree’ with the agenda the program implemented is useful; satisfied with the program implemented; and are interested in taking part in the program iff it is held at the same time another time. A series of core activities shows that training and delivery of material can provide knowledge and be easily accepted by Partners

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attention, interest, desire, and action on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorcycles. The population in this study was 320 people and the sample in this study was 76 people calculated using the Slovin formula as consumers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon. The data analysis method was in the form of validation tests and reliability tests and using classical assumption tests, then re-analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that the variables attention, interest, desire and action, the four variables partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. All independent variables had a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorcycles at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Takengon, Central Aceh Regency.
