Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui,  menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Individual (IHSI) pada perusahaan-perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode dalam penelitian ini selama 3 tahun, yaitu mulai dari tahun 2013-2015. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan diperoleh 13 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel dari populasi sebanyak 43 perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis nilai tambah ekonomis dan nilai tambah pasar. Dimana hasil tersebut dihitung kembali menggunkan SPSS 16 dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heteroskedastitas, dan uji autokorelasi). Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji T, uji F dan uji determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, secara parsial Economic Value Added berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Individual dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,456 pada nilai signifikansi 0,003 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Market Value Added berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Individual dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,503 pada nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Hasil uji simultan menggunakan uji F memiliki nilai sebesar 0,390 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006. Nilai koefisien determinasi Adjusted R2 sebesar 0,613. Hal ini berarti kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel-variabel dependen adalah sebesar 61,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset on stock returns simultaneously and partially. Objects of research are amining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data used to analysis is the financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) 2010-2013, using the technique of multiple regression analysis and ratios. It was concluded from the results of data analysis that: variable Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset simultaneously affect the stock return to the calculated F value of 4.141 with a significance level of less than 0.05. Current Ratio and Debt to Equity partially no effect on stock returns, only a return on assets that have an influence on stock returns with t count of 3,107 with significance value of 0.004, so the dominant variable effect on stock returns is Return On Asset.

Abstract

Improving employee performance is an important and mandatory thing to be realized, especially in local government organizations. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Yapen Islands Regency with a population of 32 employees, where all employees were used as samples. The independent variables in this study are leadership, competence and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then measuring the variables using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS version 3. The results showed that: 1) leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, but had a significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but is not significant in influencing job satisfaction; 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction; 4) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship of leadership to employee performance, but cannot mediate the relationship of competence and organizational culture to employee performance.

Abstract

The Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Yapen Islands Regency, Papua, as a local government agency is obliged to foster, protect, and pay attention to issues related to industry, trade, cooperatives, and small and medium enterprises. Good employee performance is important in order to support the smooth running of official duties. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work ethic and work environment on employee work performance at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Yapen Islands Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in this study were 66 respondents. The hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the higher the level of employee discipline, the higher the work performance. Work ethic has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work ethic of the employee, the better the work performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work performance, the better the work environment, the better the employee's work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, career development, empowerment, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at the Class I Airport Operator unit of Mopah Merauke. The research involved 102 employees at the Class I Airport Operator unit of Mopah Merauke as the research sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regressions with the aid of SPSS 21. The analysis proves that training, career development, and empowerment have a significant effect on job satisfaction, while work discipline has no significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to describes the ability of communication, organizational climate, and work motivation on the create of employee performance in the Yapen Selatan District. The research method used is quantitative research using statistical procedures. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 52 employees in the Yapen Selatan District. Multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 22 software is used to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the variables of communication and work motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance. While the organizational climate variable has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Communication, organizational climate, and work motivation together have an effect on the performance of South Yapen District employees. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of demographic factors and compensation on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction. This was a quantitative study using a causal analysis. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The research samples consisted of 109 employees of the Inspectorate Office of Merauke and Boven Digoel Regency. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results showed that demographic factors had a negative effect on organizational commitment and compensation, but did not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. On the other hand, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Similarly, job satisfaction also had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Compensation can mediate the relationship between demographic factors with organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between compensation with organizational commitment, but cannot mediate the relationship between demographic factors with organizational commitment.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis praktek penerapan tanggung jawab sosial pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sector food and beverage dan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan tanggung jawab social perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2014-2018. Populasi sebanyak 18 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposived sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pada return on asset (ROA) dan return on equity (ROE) pada perusahaan, tetapi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Kemampuan prediksi dari tiga variabel tersebut terhadap CSR sebesar 18% sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh besarnya adjusted R square sebesar 18% sedangkan sisanya 82% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan antara perusahaan Telekomunikasi Milik Negara dengan perusahaan Telekomunikasi Milik menggunakan analisis rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komperatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 2 perusahaan yang terdiri dari Perusahaan Telekomunikasi Milik Negara (BUMN) dan Perusahaan Telekomunikasi Milik Swasta (BUMS). Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 21 menggunakan uji statistik parametrik yaitu uji beda dua rata-rata (Independent Sample t-test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan Telekomunikasi Milik Negara lebih baik daripada perusahaan Telekomunikasi Milik Swasta yang diukur menggunakan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas. Serta terdapat perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan telekomunikasi Milik Negara dan perusahaan telekomunikasi Milik Swasta yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2013-2017 dilihat dari analisis Uji Beda Independent Sample T-Test menggunakan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas dan profitabilitas.
