Abstract

Corona Virus or COVID-19 was first discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. On January 30, 2020, WHO announced that this epidemic was a global health emergency, spreading so quickly that it reached various countries including Indonesia. Covid-19 had weakened and paralyzed various sectors in Indonesia and even all countries. One of the impacts is in the world of education. Since the implementation of the online system, there have been many pros and cons that have occurred among the community as well as challenges that must be faced with the existence of this distance learning system (PJJ). Early childhood education is undeniably affected by COVID-19. The research method uses empirical methods by collecting data sources from libraries and journals that have been there before. The results of the study concluded that the making of an interactive book "Come on, Prevent Coronavirus!" is a type of busy book in which this book can provide various activities for children so that they will not be bored in digesting the learning material.

Abstract

Advertising as a promotional medium contains the ideology of persuasion. This research is motivated by the existence of a television advertisement for Segar Sari Susu Soda, a version of Julia Perez, which represents the exploitation of female sensuality. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative methods, which are carried out with the viewpoint of the theory of female sensuality in mass media (television) advertisements based on existing case studies. The aim is to analyze product advertisement impressions that contain elements of female sensuality by using Charles Sanders Peirce's theory and John Fiske's semiotic analysis theory to explore both the social and linguistic meanings visualized in these advertisements, both verbally and nonverbally. The results of this study indicate that the sensuality presented in the advertisement for Segar Sari Susu Soda's version of Julia Perez is a form of emotional conflict in the form of a mask of sensuality that is modified to become an element being sold, and if left unchecked will damage the character of sexuality in a socio-cultural perspective and damage religious and ethical values.

Abstract

Child gaming addiction is a type of addiction that many children experience but its existence is rarely known or realized. The use of excessive digital games has several bad effects such as addiction, poor eye health, or lack of socialization in children. However, the nature of children playing games cannot be simply eliminated, so it needs to be completed with the right media. Board game is one of the right medium and with the right visual elements and game mechanics it can be an effective solution. This will be also accompanied by context and material about game addiction education. The method used is the graphic design process method by Robin Landa, the method stages are orientation, analysis and strategy, conceptual design, design development, and implementation. Data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires with elementary students, parents and academics. The design produces an educational board game with the title "Mencari Bintang" with a game mechanism like the classic monopoly board game and also effectiveness test result of the product

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan teknologi digital dalam usaha pandai besi tradisional yang berlokasi di Dusun Pandean, Desa Kalimati, Kecamatan Tarik, yang merupakan warisan budaya dengan nilai ekonomi yang signifikan. Di tengah perkembangan zaman, usaha ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kompetisi yang semakin ketat dan kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menelusuri bagaimana penerapan digitalisasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi, memperluas akses pasar, dan memperbaiki pengelolaan usaha pandai besi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan pengrajin, serta telaah terhadap literatur terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi membawa manfaat positif, seperti percepatan proses pembuatan dengan alat modern, ekspansi pasar melalui platform daring, serta pendaftaran usaha melalui Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Pemanfaatan media sosial dan marketplace juga membuka peluang bagi usaha ini untuk menjangkau konsumen lebih luas, termasuk pasar internasional. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti tingkat literasi digital pengrajin yang masih rendah, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, serta perlunya pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap teknologi baru. Oleh karena itu, penerapan digitalisasi dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha pandai besi tradisional, asalkan didukung oleh pelatihan yang memadai dan pembangunan infrastruktur yang mendukung.
