Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in regional economic development, and beach tourism is one of the main attractions in Lampung. This study aims to analyze the attractiveness of beach tourism in Lampung and its influence on tourists' interest. Various factors such as natural beauty, accessibility, facilities, environmental sustainability, and promotional efforts are examined to determine their impact on tourists' interest in visiting. This study uses a Likert scale by distributing questionnaires through a purposive sampling method to 200 respondents, with Smart PLS 3.0 as the analytical tool. The results indicate that natural beauty, well-maintained infrastructure, and effective marketing strategies significantly influence tourists' interest. However, several challenges such as waste management, security issues, and limited public transportation remain obstacles in the development of beach tourism in this region. Findings from this study suggest that improving beach management, strengthening promotional strategies, and implementing sustainable tourism practices can further enhance tourists' interest in Lampung's beach destinations. This research provides valuable insights for local governments, tourism stakeholders, and business operators in developing more competitive and attractive beach tourism.

Abstract

Islam guarantees a distribution of income that contains human values. For example, the guidance to distribute wealth through zakat, infaq, shadaqah (ZIS) and others in order to maintain harmony in social life. ZIS can be used to open work opportunities in the form of capital assistance, educational assistance, health facility assistance and so on, so that later will be more productive. This paper will specifically examine comprehensively the operation of ZIS and its implementation in realizing prosperity in the perspective of Islamic economics at KSPPS BMT Fajar Metro. This is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data consists of primary and secondary sources which are then collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and verification. The interesting findings of this study are, first, that ZIS management operations are divided into two, on the collection of funds and their distribution. Sources of funds for the collection of ZIS funds and other religious social funds. Second, the operational implementation of ZIS in realizing the welfare of society from an Islamic economic perspective can be seen from two aspects, namely according to the Qur'an and hadith as well as Islamic economists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis  pengaruh laporan audit terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan perusahaan perbankan Indonesia, dengan Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Metode kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan, laporan keberlanjutan, dan laporan audit bank-bank yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2021-2024, penelitian ini menganalisis 100 observasi dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan audit berkualitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan perusahaan. Temuan utama mengungkap bahwa MD&A berperan sebagai moderator yang signifikan dan memperkuat pengaruh positif laporan audit terhadap keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi regulator dan praktisi perbankan mengenai perlunya kombinasi audit independen dan pengungkapan MD&A yang transparan untuk meningkatkan praktik keberlanjutan.
