Abstract

North Kalimantan Province is a new province that is dynamic in development in order to prosper the inhabitants. The research and exploration to make a plan to develop new renewable energy are one of their main programs. The hydro-power plant of Mentarang, Malinau Regency, Kalimantan Utara is a plan program in 2020. The research study of hydro-power plants is essential as a reference in the development plan and avoids the hazard, miss calculation due to human error, etc. Seismic refraction is used in the feasibility study and detailed engineering study (FS DED) of Mentarang's Hydro-power plant. Analysis from the Seismic refraction method can be used as an input parameter for deciding the feasibility of Mentarang's hydro-power plant. This study aims to characterize the sub-surface layers, structure, and sub-surface layer thickness within this area. The seismic refraction method uses the intercept time or travel-time versus distance and processed using the reciprocal method, then it is modelled using inversion and resulted in a 2D profile. This research study was used the seismic refraction method with geometry acquisition of 14 sources with two spread and 5 meters of geophone interval.  The analysis result of the 2D inversion profile model, in general, is classified as four strata layers. These strata are categorized as weathered layers with 5-15 meters of thickness, clay, and Sandstone about 5-20 meter of layer thickness, Sandstone with the layer thickness of about 20-50 meters, and lastly, granite, lava rocks, or limestone with depth more than 70 meters below the subsurface. There is a possibility of a structure at an offset of 70 meters, but this method's limitation will overestimate the conclusion. Therefore, it is necessary to bring another method that more sensitive to work further in research study evaluation of hydro-power plant Mentarang, Malinau Regency, North Kalimantan.

Abstract

PT. Ariake Europe Indonesia is one of the companies that has a focus on the food seasoning industry. The seasoning products produced by the company are Chicken Meat Powder and Kril Extract, these products are condiments that have the flavor of chicken. then the seasonings that have been produced are distributed to various retail or spice mix shops in the Jabodetabek area, apart from the Indonesian market, this company is also distributed to Japan. In carrying out the production process, the company always needs raw materials, while in the inventory of these raw materials, unexpected problems often occur, such as a shortage of raw materials which causes the production process to not run smoothly and employees are forced to be transferred to other production departments to work on this type of production. other spices. In addition, there has been an overproduction which resulted in the capacity in the warehouse being piled up. Therefore, to avoid bottlenecks in the production process, it must be balanced with the availability of good (optimal) raw materials. Based on the existing background, it can be formulated the problem that wants to be raised, namely "Analyzing the flow of the inventory control system for raw material ingredients for food preparation from raw materials to finished goods (finish good) PT. Ariake Europe Indonesia".

Abstract

UKM Semprong Amoundy yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Karawang merupakan usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang makanan khsusunya adalah pembuatan kue tradisional yaitu kue semprong yang sudah beroperasi selama 15 tahun. UKM Semprong Amoundy belum pernah menggunakan metode apapun dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahan mana yang memiliki nilai serapan modal yang tinggi dan bahan yang termasuk dalam golongan A, B, dan C. Selanjutnya menentukan bahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis melalui suatu metode yaitu Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil dari klasifikasi menurut metode klasifikasi ABC yaitu pada kelompok A adalah telur, golongan B yaitu tepung beras, dan terdapat 4 bahan yang termasuk golongan C adalah gula pasir, tapioka, garam, dan bahan vanili. Hasil dari metode EOQ menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode ini lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku seperti telur, tepung beras, gula, tapioka, garam, dan vanili.

Abstract

The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in the industrial world in order to obtain high profits for the company. P, but the reality is that in the field, defective products are found in every production. So the company must find the cause of the defective product and find a solution by using SPC. The method used in this study uses statistical process control methods with data processing tools, namely flowcharts, check sheets, Pareto charts, control charts, and fishbones. The data needed in the study is the number of production and defective products in October 2020 - March 2021. The percentage of defective products experiencing the highest number of defects in December and March with a total defect of 30 with a percentage of 20%. The results found that in December and March experienced a high proportion of defects and exceeded the upper control limit (UCL). the control limit p with CL is 0.0059, the lower control limit is 0.00446, and the upper control limit is 0.00734. it was found that in December and March experienced a high proportion of defects and exceeded the upper control limit (UCL). several factors that affect product quality consisting of 5 (five) factors including: human factors, machines, method factors, raw material factors, and environmental factors

Abstract

Industrial world development makes companies have to do a lot of improvisation to achieve the company's final output that is in line with the company's vision and mission. PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry and produces various kinds of car spare parts. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Total Quality Management on company performance, identify the effect of Total Quality Management on employee productive behavior, and identify Total Quality Management on company performance through mediation of employee productivity. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. Total Quality Management has a positive significant effect on employee productive behavior of 0.498, so H1 is accepted. Total Quality Management on the company's performance directly has a significant positive effect of 0.746 so that H2 is accepted. The effect of employee productive behavior on employee performance results in tcount which is smaller than ttable, then H3 is rejected. H4 for indirect effects using mediation in the form of employee productive behavior on Total Quality Management with employee performance accepted.

Abstract

PT. Gadino Sejahtera Abadi is a type of PLN partner service company because it provides services in the field of electricity administration and connectivity. In addition, it has carried out several activities of the company in an effort to satisfy consumers. This activity is expected to provide efficient results. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the quality of customer satisfaction services either together or in part. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research that uses quantitative approaches. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and use multiple regressions. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 59 people. Based on the results of this study that the quality of service (X) consisting of reliability, certainty, reality, empathy and responsiveness, has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Some test results show that only variable assurance has some effect on customer satisfaction with a significant number of variables

Abstract

Research has made efforts to contain the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the work area of ​​PT. Rosaria Bakery. This study aims to determine how occupational safety and health programs are implemented in an effort to prevent the spread of the covid-19 virus in the work environment of PT. Rosaria Bakery has formed a Covid-19 Team which has established Working Guidelines for the New Normal Conditions. This work guide contains several modules that must be adhered to by all employees and other related parties to PT. Rosaria Bakery, including the Work From Home module, the driving module, the receiving guests and packages module, the meeting module, the dining module (canteen), the prayer prayer module, the janitor module and the Work Guide. The purporse of this study is to monitor the implementation of occupational safety and health programs carried out by workers in an affort to protect all employees. And this method han an employee as a resource person who is working some where by isong validation and reliability test.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in make-to-order-based printing services. In MTO-based companies, forecasting can be used to prevent unfulfilled consumer demand and inventory. The purpose of this study is to obtain the best forecasting results using the double exponential smoothing method based on the smallest MSE value and verify the forecasting results using the tracking signal method. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it is found that the double exponential smoothing method with parameter value =0.2 was chosen because it has the smallest MSE value of 5712904.8. forecasting results for the next 3 months, namely January to March 2022, have increased successively by 5491, 5724, 5956. Forecasting using double exponential smoothing with parameter value =0.2 is still within the tracking signal control limit, namely (±4).
