Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi nasional adalah suatu keharusan jika suatu negara ingin meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan rakyatnya terutama usaha mikro yang terus meningkat belum diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas usaha mikro yang merata. sektor UMKM memiliki berbagai masalah, yaitu keterbatasan akses modal kerja maupun investasi, kesulitan dalam pemasaran, distribusi dan pengadaan bahan baku, kualitas SDM yang rendah keterbatasan akses informasi mengenai peluang pasar, biaya transportasi tinggi, birokrasi yang kompleks, dan kebijaksanaan ekonomi yang belum jelas arahnya. Sifat unbankable usaha mikro inilah yang memunculkan semacam Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM), Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ), Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) ataupun Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ) sebagai lembaga-lembaga finansial mikro yang menyalurkan dana zakat dan wakaf produktif dalam bentuk modal. Penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada akibat distribusi dana zakat dan wakaf produktif kepada perkembangan usaha mustahik dan menganalisa apakah terdapat perbandingan pemasaran saat sebelum serta setelah memperoleh dana zakat dan wakaf produktif, populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan zakat dan wakaf produktif terhadap pelaku usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Jombang setelah menerima zakat dan wakaf produktif dari LAZISNU Kabupaten Jombang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Leadership Style on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with associative methods. Source of data used is primary data. The technique used for sampling is Non Probability Sampling and using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 35 respondents. The data collection method uses a Likert Scale model questionnaire. The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had no significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style has an influence on the performance of MA Al-Bairuny Jombang teachers. The ability of several independent variables to influence the dependent variable is 43.2% and the remaining 56.8% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.Keywords:Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Leadership Style, Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss work motivation, work discipline and workload on job satisfaction of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 6 Jombang. The method used is the associative method, which is research carried out to determine whether there is a relationship or influence between two or more variables. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 6 Jombang. The data collection technique used was questionnaire data collection. The sample used consisted of 55 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques, primary data sources using observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires directly then processed using SPSS for Windows version 26. The results of research and data processing show that work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a negative effect on job satisfaction and workload has a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, job satisfaction and work commitment on the performance of Jombang Regency Agriculture Service employees. The research method used is a quantitative approach, used to test a population or sample, the data is analyzed statistically, the aim is to test the hypothesis being developed. The type of research carried out by the author uses associative research. This research is used to determine whether there is an influence or relationship between the targeted variables. This research can build a theory that can function to explain, predict and control a symptom. The sampling technique is a retrieval technique. To determine the sample to be used in research, various sampling techniques are used. Non-probability sampling A sampling technique that does not provide an equal chance for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample. The sample technique for this research uses total/census sampling, a sample return technique where all members are collected and used as samples as subjects studied or as respondents providing information. The sample taken in this research amounted to 64 respondents.  Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and distributing questionnaires directly, then processed using SPSS for Windows version 26. The research results from this study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: the influence of service quality on the decision of KJKS BMT RIZQONA TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG members. This type of research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the commissioner, respondents were members of KJKS BMT RIZQONA, amounting to 100 people, sampling techniques using non-Probability. In this study an R2 of 0.644 was obtained, which means that the variable quality of service only contributed an influence of 64.4%. Based on the results of the t test obtained t value of 13.332 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. Then Ho refused Ha accepted, that the quality of service significantly influences the decision of KJKS BMT RIZQUNA TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG members. Keywords: Service Quality, Member Decision

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Setyo Joyo Perkasa Jombang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh, di mana seluruh populasi sebanyak 36 karyawan menjadi responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel pelatihan (sig. 0,019) dan disiplin kerja (sig. 0,031) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, variabel lingkungan kerja tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial (sig. 0,540). Meskipun demikian, hasil uji simultan membuktikan bahwa pelatihan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelatihan dan penegakan disiplin merupakan faktor krusial untuk mendorong kinerja di perusahaan.
