Abstract

Strategi merupakan proses penyusunan langkah-langkah untuk masa depan perusahaan dengan membangun visi dan misi perusahaan. Dalam rangka menciptakan nilai terbaik yang berasal dari konsumen. Strategi yang telah ditentukan harus sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan, sehingga akan membawa posisi perusahaan ke posisi yang terbaik. Fokus penelitian ini merujuk pada perusahaan industri ice cream dengan sampel yaitu PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk dan PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT antara PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk dan PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan analisis SWOT. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Dari penelitian ini dapat kita ketahui bahwa penerapan SWOT sangat diperlukan untuk dapat bertahan dalam peliknya persaingan dunia bisnis. Dari analisis ini dapat kita ketahui bahwa kedua perusahaan memiliki manajemen strategi masing masing untuk dapat bertahan, seperti pada analisa produksi, strategi yang dilakukan PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk yaitu meluncurkan produk dengan varian rasa baru. Sementara, PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk berupaya untuk terus mempertahankan kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Animated films have the advantage of being an alternative learning medium that instills character values in children. The ideal criteria for animated films include ease of understanding, simplicity, effective storytelling, the use of polite language, entertainment through engaging games, and the delivery of values easily accepted by children. One animated film that meets these criteria is "Ruby Rainbow". The aim of this research is to identify the character values present in the children's film "Ruby Rainbow" and evaluate its ability to foster character values in the second-grade students of MI Gampong Mutia Langsa. This qualitative research employs a study design involving 26 students as research subjects during the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. Research instruments include observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. The research analysis reveals that in the "Ruby Rainbow" season 2, particularly in episodes 11 "Penyanyi" and " Ling Ling menetaskan telur," episode 38 "Kota Sekapal Danau Pelangi (Part 2)," and episode 50 "Tidak ada pasien yang sabar," produced by 38°C Animation Studio and CJ E&M Corporation, there are character values such as hard work, social concern, creativity, appreciation of achievements, communication skills, and responsibility.

Abstract

The behavioral aspect of the budget relates to the human behavior involved when the budget is prepared and implemented. This study aims to determine the aspects that exist in profit planning and budgeting and also to find out about how it is applied to the theoretical system in behavioral accounting. In conducting this research, the writer uses a descriptive method. Descriptive research is a research method that describes the characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. The results of this study are that we are able to understand aspects of behavioral accounting in profit planning and budgeting.

Abstract

This research aims to encourage the influence of the Sasak culture-based Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model on the mathematical literacy abilities of class III students at SDN 20 Cakranegara. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. The population consisted of 56 students who were divided into two classes: class III A as the experimental class and class III B as the control class. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, where the entire population was taken as the research sample. Data was collected through observation and written tests. The research instruments include written tests and observations, which have been tested for validity and reliability. The research results show that the application of the CTL model based on Sasak culture is effective in increasing students’ mathematical literacy. This is shown by the increase in the average posttest score in the experimental class (89.94) compared to the control class (78.57), as well as the results of the N-Gain test which shows a significant increase of 83% in the experimental class. Apart from that, the independent t-test results show a sig value. 2-tailed is 0.000, which is less than 0.05 (sig. 2-tailed < 0.05), so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant influence of the Sasak culture-based CTL learning model on the mathematical literacy abilities of class III students at SDN 20 Cakranegara.
