Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is how to improve the ability to read the Qur'an in elementary school age children through the application of the iqro' method with letter cards. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability to read the Qur'an of elementary school age children through the application of the iqro' method. Problems encountered in grade 1 SD IT Ali Mahfudz. Titi Harapan is that children do not know the hijaiyah letters, distinguish the hijaiyah letters and pronounce the hijaiyah letters correctly. Therefore, the researcher aims to describe the iqro method with letter cards that can attract children's interest. Thus, researchers hope that children will increase their understanding in the field of reading the Koran. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of learning with the iqro' method can improve the ability to read the Qur'an. It can be seen that children are more enthusiastic and cheerful when doing Iqra 'activities with letter card media. Children are more enthusiastic about using the Iqra' method with letter card media with more attractive color modifications

Abstract

Narkotika dalam perkembangannya tidak hanya sebagai obat tetapi suatu kesenengan karena efek yang ditimbulkannya, oleh karena itu banyak terjadi tindak pidana penyalahgunaan Narkotika. Untuk itu, pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 yang mengatur sanksi pidana bagi penyalahguna Narkotika, selain sanksi pidana juga ada sanksi berupa rehabilitasi. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan sanksi pidana terhadap pengguna dalam tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika, serta menganalisis dasar pertimbangan yang dipakai oleh hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap pengguna dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika berdasarkan putusan nomor : 500/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Tjk. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan secara normatif dan empiris. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data sekunder dan data primer dan bersumber dari penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan, selanjutnya data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan sanksi pidana terhadap pengguna dalam tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika tentu tak terbatas hanya pada berat vonis yang dijatuhkan oleh majelis hakim ataupun lama masa pemidanaan seorang narapidana, akan tetapi juga sangat bergantung pada sarana maupun fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang. Selanjutnya, dasar pertimbangan yang dipakai oleh hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap pengguna dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika berdasarkan Putusan Nomor 500/Pid.Sus/2023/PN.Tjk terdiri dari alat bukti, keterangan saksi, keterangan ahli, dakwaan dan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum, unsur-unsur yang memenuhi dalam Dakwaan Jaksa, serta hal-hal yang memberatkan dan meringankan dalam diri terdakwa.
