Abstract

Pelatihan pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan software SPSS V.20 ini dilakukan pada siswa tingkat akhir Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Riau (STP Riau) yang berlokasi di jalan Pattimura No. 54 Pekanbaru. Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Riau (STP Riau) terdiri dari dua program studi, yaitu Manajemen Perhotelan dan Manajemen Pariwisata. Berdasarkan hasil perbincangan dengan salah satu dosen di STP Riau, bahwa pada saat itu mahasiswa tingkat akhir banyak menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Untuk membantu dan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengolah data kuantitatif, kami mencoba memberikan pelatihan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS V.20. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar siswa mau mencoba dan mengolah datanya sendiri, tanpa menggunakan jasa pengolahan data

Abstract

This study aims to reveal an overview of the application of andragogical principles in training, the learning outcomes of the training participants to sew clothes, and reveal the relationship between the application of andragogical principles and the learning outcomes of the training participants to sew clothes based on the initial observations that the author has made, located at Balai Work Training (BLK) in Padang. The results of the observations show that the high learning outcomes of the training participants are thought to be caused by the application of andragogical principles to the sewing training. This type of research is a correlational study that uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was the training participants in sewing clothes for the January-March period this year. The sampling technique is saturated sampling and the sample is the whole population. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the tools used were questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the application of andragogical principles in sewing good clothes; 2) the learning outcomes of the training participants to sew clothes are classified as good; 3) there is a significant relationship between the application of andragogical principles and learning outcomes in sewing training at the Vocational Training Center (BLK) in Padang. The suggestion of this research is that it is hoped that the instructor can deepen knowledge in teaching adults so that the results obtained are more optimal. Abstract

Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) merupakan sebuah pendekatan penyelesaian masalah dengan menekankan peran pengalaman sebelumnya. Permasalahan baru dapat diselesaikan dengan memanfaatkan kembali dan mungkin malakukan penyesuaian terhadap permasalahan yang memiliki kesamaan yang telah diselesaikan sebelumnya. Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) telah berhasil diaplikasikan untuk penyelesaian masalah pada berbagai bidang. Pada paper ini disajikan survey atau review yang berisi tinjauan singkat perkembangan Case-Based Reasoning(CBR) berikut bidang aplikasinya.

Abstract

Tingkat penjualan merupakan salah satu tolok ukur keberhasilan dalam usaha perdagangan. Pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan teknik peramalan tingkat penjualan berbasis jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) dengan metode propagasi balik.Tingkat penjualan berbasis JST yang dikembangkan terdiri 6 neuron masukan yang merupakan nilai parameter yang berpengaruh pada tingkat penjualan dan 1 neuron keluaran yang merupakan tingkat penjualan hasil prakiraan. Parameter-parameter tersebut meliputi : cuaca, tingkat hari libur (dalam 1 minggu), ada dan tidaknya event/kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di kota tempat restoran tersebut berada, banyaknya menu spesial yang ditawarkan, biaya iklan yang dikeluarkan dan frekuensi iklan di media. Adapun luaran sistem adalah tingkat penjualan yang dicapai restoran tersebut selama 1 minggu.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan 90 data penjualan dengan 80 data digunakan untuk pelatihan dan 10 data digunakan untuk pengujian. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap 10 data penjualan, JST dengan metode propagasi balik diperoleh tingkat penyimpangan rata-rata sebesar 3.3 %

Abstract

This study aims to understand more about how enterprise risk management disclosure can affect firm value. The research method used is qualitative research with a literature review approach to structurally discuss previous research articles. In this study, the literature used is published from 2017-2023, which can be accessed in full-text PDF format through Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application. The results showed that risk management disclosure has a positive and significant influence on firm value. This means that the more enterprise risk management disclosure items published by the company, the higher the value of the company. The extent of disclosure of information regarding risk management is one of the factors that investors consider before making a decision to buy shares, in addition to the company's ability to generate profits in good condition.

Abstract

Birds are a group of vertebrate animals that have feathers and wings. There is a diversity of bird species in the world, that makes it difficult for ordinary people to distinguish certain types of birds, but technological advances now allow for easier identification. This research uses a dataset from Kaggle to classify various bird species in the world. This dataset consists of 84,635 bird images, covering 525 different species. In this study, we focused on 30 classes, with a total of 5,050 data divided into 4,760 training data, and 150 data each for test and validation. Classification was performed using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), with the training process yielding the highest accuracy of 96.30% on training data and 81.33% on validation data after 20 epochs.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mustard plant disease classification system using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method integrated into a web-based platform. Classification is carried out on three classes, namely Spotted Mustard Leaves, Rotten Mustard Leaves, Healthy Mustard Leaves, with the addition of the Not Mustard Leaf class as a distractor class to test the robustness of the model against images that are not included in the main classification category. The dataset used consists of 800 images, 200 images each per class. The CNN model was built with a sequential architecture consisting of several convolutions, pooling, dropout, and dense layers, and using ReLU and SoftMax activation functions in the output layer. The training process is carried out up to 100 epochs, but with the use of Early Stopping callback, the training stops at the 60th epoch, with the best performance (best epoch) achieved at the 32nd epoch. Evaluation of the model on test data showed an accuracy of 93.75%, with high precision, recall, and F1-score values in each class. The model was then implemented into a web interface so that users could upload leaf images and obtain classification results automatically. The results of this study show that CNN is effective in detecting mustard leaf disease and has the potential to be applied as a digital image-based diagnostic tool in agriculture.

Abstract

Technological developments is currently making the financial business and loan business from cash (cash) to Cashless, from Credit to Online credit (Shopee Paylater). In Indonesia, Shopee Paylater is an example of a company that currently dominates the fintech market in the paylater sector in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence on the variables of ease and trust on the variable of customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were customer who had used the Shopee Paylater feature with a sample size of 57 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the Trust variable had an effect on customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater. The ease variable has no effect on customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater. Trust and ease variables. Influence on customer satisfaction at Shopee Paylater in Pekanbaru.
