Abstract

Abstrak Perjuangankelasadalahmasalah yang selalumunculdalamsejarahperjalananmanusia, bahkandalamkehidupanmasyarakat modern perjuangankelasmasihdapatditemui.Dalam novel The Hunger GameskaryaSuzanne Collins, diceritakanduakelompokmasyarakat yang masing-masingmewakiliduakelas yang berbedadalamstruktur social masyarakat.MerekaadalahCapitol sebagaikaumpemilik modal yang memilikikuasadankekayaan, sehinggamerekabebasmelakukanapapun demi kepentinganmereka.Sebaliknya, masyarakatdistrik 12 sebagaikelasbawahtidakmemilikiapapun.Fakta-fakta yang muncultersebutmelatarbelakangimasalah-masalah yang munculseperti(1) bagaimanakehidupankelas-kelas social digambarkandalam novel The Hunger Gameskarya Suzanne Collins ? Metode yang digunakanadalahhermeneutika yang jugasekaligussebagaiteknik, sedangkanpendekatan yang digunakanadalahpendekatanpragmatik.Hasil yang didapatkanakanmenjelaskanbahwakeduakelompokmasyarakat yang berbedaterlibatdalamkonflik yang berkepanjangan. Kaumproletarselalumenjadiobyekeksploitasibagikaumborjuis.Tetapihalinilah yang memunculkankesadarankelasbagikaumproletar, sehinggaperjuangankelasakanmunculsebagaibentukperlawananterhadapkaumborjuis. Padaakhirnyakaumproletarharusbersatuuntukmenghancurkanmusuhmerekayaitukapitalisme yang di bawaolehkaumborjuis.Merekaharusmelenyapkankepemilikanpribadiuntukmewujudkanmasyarakattanpakelas. Kata Kunci: marxisme, perjuangankelas, dankelassosial Abstract Class struggle has a very real existence in modern society. In Suzanne Collins’s The Hunger Games there are two different classes in Panem social structure. The Capitol as a representative of the bourgeoisie and District 12 become representatives of the proletariat. The Capitol as the owner of the mode of production has wealth and power. It is make them able to do anything they want. While District 12 is the lower classes who do not have anything. They can only work for the bourgeoisie to survive. Based on that presumptively facts, problems arise along with questionings, which are delivered to two main questions of (1) How is social class depicted in Suzanne Collin’s The Hunger Games ?and (2) How does class struggle rise in Suzanne Collins’s The Hunger Games ? The used method must not get rid of hermeneutics, the approach is classified to pragmatics, while the technique scopes on the way of interpretations work on. As the result describes that different social class bring both parties engage in sustainable conflict. The proletariat as the powerless one was oppressed by bourgeois, they become object of exploitation. This raises their class consciousness. And lead to the emergence of the class struggle among them. Lastly, proletariat must unite in order to destroy their real enemy, capitalism, which was brought by the bourgeoisie. They have to abolish private property in order to establish classless society. Abstract

This research was intended to determine the effectiveness of the Memrise game on English Vocabulary Mastery of MA ALMUHTADI MA students. This research was conducted 10 times which included an observation, a pre-test at the beginning, treatments and a post-test at the end. This research was conducted in Tenth-grade MA ALMUHTADI with a total of 26 students. In this research, researcher used a quantitative model with a pre-experimental approach. The results of the pre-test and post-test were then processed for data normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the data was normally distributed. Then use the sample T-test to determine Sig. Based on the results of the T test, significant p (0.000) < ? (0.05). Due to the significant value was lower than 0.05, there was not enough evidence to reject the null hypothesis (H0), the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This means that the students' vocabulary mastery was significantly better after receiving the treatment. It was indicated that learning vocabulary through memrise games was effective for increasing students' vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

This research was supposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Community Circle Strategy in enhancing students' English-speaking skills at MA Al Balagh. This research consists of 8 stages, including observation, pre-test examination at the second meeting, implementation of strategies, and post-test examination at the final meeting. The study was conducted on 24 students of class X at MA Al Balagh. The method employed was quantitative with a pre-experimental approach. Data from pre-tests and post-tests were examined for normality using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, indicating that the data were normally distributed. Further analysis utilized the T-test to determine significance (Sig.). The results of the T-test indicated that the significance value (p = 0.000) < ? (0.05), suggesting insufficient evidence to reject the null hypothesis (H0), thus accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This indicated a significant improvement in students' vocabulary mastery following the treatment. These findings affirm that employing the Community Circle Strategy was effective in enhancing students' speaking skills.

Abstract

This article was created to find out a leadership model called the situational leadership model. This is most relevant to be implemented in organizations and is believed to have a positive impact on employee performance. However, a leader who is reliable and masters an effective leadership style will not be successful in an organizational environment. This article was prepared based on a literature review study. This technique is used with the aim of uncovering various theories related to the problem being studied in order to serve as reference material for discussing research results. According to Hershey and Blanchard's situational leadership theory, situational leadership style is the level of leadership and guidance provided by the leader, the level of emotional support or human support provided by the leader and, the degree of readiness demonstrated in carrying out certain tasks, functions or goals. In conclusion, leaders must increase maturity and apply a leadership style that is appropriate to communication skills. Skills must also be acquired by managers and executives to communicate ideas to employees.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis putusan perkara pidana nomor 989/Pid.Sus/2021/Pn Bdg terhadap hak-hak anak dari anak korban kekerasan seksual pada perkara nomor 989/Pid.Sus/2021/Pn Bdg. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif sengan menggunakan pendekatan yang meliputi pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), Pendekatan Konseptua (conceptual approach), dan Pendekatan Kasus (case approach), sumber data yang diperoleh dari bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder serta bahan hukum tersier, pengolahan bahan hukum dengan melalui tahapan editing, sistematisasi serta deskripsi dan dianalisis secara deduktif. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa. Perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dari anak korban kekerasan seksual dalam perkara No.989/PID.SUS/ 2021/PN.Bdg kurang dipertimbangkan oleh hakim, dalam pertimbangannya hakim lebih menekankan terhadap kepentingan anak korban atau ibu anak dari anak korban kekerasan seksual, selanjutnya terkait perlindungan hukum terhadap anak dari anak korban kekerasan seksual, agar anak dari anak korban kekerasan seksual mendapatkan kepastian terkait perlindungan hukum maka anak dari anak korban kekerasan seksual harus diposisikan sebagai korban kekerasan seksual. Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in enhancing reading comprehension of English culinary texts among tenth-grade vocational culinary students at SMK Miftahul Ulum Solokuro. Employing a one-group pretest-posttest design, 28 students participated in four project-based sessions focused on understanding and applying English recipe texts. The results showed a statistically significant improvement, with average scores increasing from 48.5 (pre-test) to 83.68 (post-test). The paired-sample t-test revealed a p-value of 0.000, and the effect size measured by Cohen’s d was 3.74, indicating a very large effect. These findings highlight PjBL’s effectiveness in bridging the gap between academic English reading and real-world culinary practices. By contextualizing learning through projects, students not only improved their reading comprehension but also acquired essential skills for workplace readiness in the culinary industry

Abstract

Abstrak: This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of animation video in improving students’ vocabulary achievement and to explore students’ responses toward the use of multimedia in vocabulary learning. The research employed a quasi-experimental design involving two eleventh-grade classes from a vocational school: the experimental class (TKJ), which was taught using animation videos, and the control class (TKR), which received conventional instruction. Richard Mayer’s Multimedia Learning Theory served as the theoretical foundation, emphasizing the cognitive benefits of combining verbal and visual elements. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and classroom observations. The results of the Mann-Whitney U Test revealed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. Students in the experimental group scored higher and showed more positive responses toward the learning process. The Students were more motivated, engaged, and found vocabulary easier to understand through animation. In conclusion, the use of animation video not only improves vocabulary achievement significantly but also fosters a more interactive and engaging learning environment for vocational school students. Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas video animasi dalam meningkatkan pencapaian kosakata siswa dan untuk mengeksplorasi tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan multimedia dalam pembelajaran kosakata. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimental yang melibatkan dua kelas kelas sebelas dari sebuah sekolah kejuruan: kelas eksperimen (TKJ), yang diajar dengan menggunakan video animasi, dan kelas kontrol (TKR), yang menerima instruksi konvensional. Teori Pembelajaran Multimedia dari Richard Mayer menjadi landasan teori, yang menekankan pada manfaat kognitif dari penggabungan elemen verbal dan visual. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan observasi kelas. Hasil dari Mann-Whitney U Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik antara kedua kelompok. Siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen mendapatkan nilai yang lebih tinggi dan menunjukkan respon yang lebih positif terhadap proses pembelajaran. Siswa lebih termotivasi, terlibat, dan menemukan kosakata yang lebih mudah dipahami melalui animasi. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan video animasi tidak hanya meningkatkan pencapaian kosakata secara signifikan, tetapi juga menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menarik bagi siswa sekolah kejuruan.

Abstract

The concept of waqf also reflects the values of social care and sustainability in Islam. "Waqf of insurance policies" refers to the act of allocating the benefits or proceeds from an insurance policy for charitable or public benefit purposes. In this context, "insurance policy" refers to an insurance contract that involves the payment of premiums to an insurance company in order to obtain financial protection from certain risks, such as property damage, health, or other unforeseen events. This means that some or all of the benefits derived from insurance claims will be allocated for charitable or social benefit purposes, such as helping people in need, supporting education, or building public facilities. The waqf of insurance policies is an innovation to explore the potential of wealth so that it can be empowered more optimally as much as possible for greater benefits and also solve the problems of the people. This paper uses a qualitative approach and normative juridical methods as well as related literature. The results showed (1) Its existence can certainly open up greater opportunities to be able to grow the economic potential of the people so that it can be empowered for the general benefit and be able to solve various kinds of economic problems of the people. (2) Waqf of sharia insurance policies is part of a breakthrough in waqf management in exploring the economic potential of the people to distribute wealth effectively and on target. The synergy of naẓir, government, or related institutions is needed in the management, supervision, and development of waqf so that waqf assets remain productive, trustworthy, and truly useful to overcome the problems of the people, especially in the real sector. (3) Some of the main functions of waqf insurance policies in overcoming people's problems are for 1) Social Welfare such as hospitals, schools, orphanages, and mosques, which provide benefits to the community as a whole 2) Educational Development such as establishing schools, colleges, or training centers, which provide access to quality education to the community, even future generations. 3) Economic Empowerment such as creating jobs, developing skills, and improving the local economy. For example, waqf can be directed to establish micro or medium enterprises that provide economic benefits to the community. 4) Health Care such as establishing hospitals or health centers financed from waqf proceeds. 5) Religious Development such as building and maintaining places of worship such as mosques,ṡallâ, or other religious institutions. 6) Public Benefit such as developing infrastructure, recreational areas, and other public facilities. 7) Social and Spiritual Growth such as improving the socio-religious of the community.
