Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: ahmadnugroho17@student.ub.ac.id ABSTRAK Undang-undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 menyatakan bahwa lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat merupakan hak asasi dan hak konstitusional bagi setiap warga Negara Indonesia. Perlindungan lingkungan hidup berkelanjutan menjadi tanggung jawab bersama seluruh warga negara Indonesia, negara mempunyai kewajiban dan tanggung jawab berdasarkan konstitusi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif atau penelitian hukum doktrinal, yaitu menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan terkait dengan persoalan tanggung jawab Negara dalam menjamin lingkungan hidup yang berkelanjutan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan Prundang-undangan statute approach dan pendekatan perbandingan comparative approach. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran dan tanggung jawab serta alternatif pengaturan dalam memberikan solusi yang ideal dalam perlindungan lingkungan hidup berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Konstitusi Hijau, Tanggung Jawab Negara, lingkungan hidup berkelanjutan ABSTRACT The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that a proper and healthy environment is the human and constitutional rights of every Indonesian citizen. Sustainable environmental protection is the responsibility of all citizens, while the state has the responsibility for its citizens according to the constitution. This research employed normative-juridical and doctrinal methods and statutory and comparative approaches, which are intended to analyze related laws concerning the responsibility of the state to assure a sustainable environment. The research results are focused on the role, responsibility, and alternative regulation in providing proper solutions for the protection of a sustainable environment. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, there are a lot of fake news circulating on social media, especially about health, this is what makes people misguided in responding to this pandemic, and results in panic buying. This Community Service aims to make people able to distinguish between fake news and true facts about COVID-19. Moreover, currently the growth of positive cases in Indonesia is increasing. Karangturi National University in collaboration with Rumah Asa held an activity with the theme of the dangers of the internet in terms of spreading hoax news during the pandemic with the parents of students as the target.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang mempunyai barang banyak biasanya memiliki gudang lebih dari satu. Gudang tersebut bisa berupagudang pengecer, gudang distribusi, dan gudang pokok. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kemampuan untuk mengelolabarang banyak di gudang yang tidak sedikit pula. Pengelolaan yang dimaksud adalah kapan akan memesan barang dankapan akan mengeluarkannya. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menjaga arus perputaran barang dan menjaga pemenuhanpermintaan pasar. Pengelolaan yang baik tahu kapan harus mengisi gudang yang stoknya hampir habis karenapermintaan pasar yang tinggi, oleh karenanya perlu dirancang perangkat lunak yang bertujuan membantu perusahaanuntuk mengelola barang banyak dan tersimpan di banyak gudang. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancang bangunpenyediaan informasi menggunakan metode safety stock untuk memperoleh nilai suatu barang memanfaatkan Java sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya. IDE yang digunakan adalah netbeans karena mudahdalam pengaturan antarmuka pengguna. Perangkat lunak jasperReport digunakan untuk membuat dan menyetaklaporan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat berjalan baikdan sesuai dengan yang direncanalkan. Sebuah jFrame diperlukan sebagai frame utama dan sedangkan untukpenambahan frame menggunakan internal frame atau jDialog sehingga aplikasi menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

The manual management system that is still implemented at the Orphanage can result in an inefficient management system such as collisions in visiting schedules, the effectiveness of data is not organized, and the target of assistance is not distributed as needed. There are various ways to overcome schedule collisions, reduce data access time and costs and improve management performance, one of which is by designing a Management Information System. The purpose of this research is to identify a method for designing an orphanage management system using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, the data of which was obtained from the relevant journals in 2017–2021. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method can be useful for researchers and practitioners, for researchers this research will help them to see the accuracy of methods that are appropriate for use in making Management Information Systems at Orphanages. From the research results, it was found that the relevant years for conducting research related to management systems in orphanages were 2021 and 2019. From the research results, it was found that the system development method most often used was the Waterfall method with a testing method using the black box method.

Abstract

This study explores the utilization of simple Augmented Reality (AR) technology to enhance customer engagement in the marketing programs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), specifically focusing on Anna Rental Perlengkapan Bayi in Semarang. The research employs an experimental design, developing and evaluating an AR-based information system prototype. Data collection methods include structured interviews, direct observations, and analysis of Instagram post performance. Results indicate a significant increase in customer engagement with AR content, showing an increase from fewer than 100 viewers for regular content to approximately >200 viewers for AR content, with 5% of these engaging further by clicking the AR link and 2% proceeding with a call-to-action. These findings align with existing theories on the effectiveness of interactive technologies in marketing. The study concludes that AR technology can substantially enhance customer engagement and suggests that SMEs adopt such technologies for improved marketing outcomes. Practical implications highlight the need for training and support for SMEs to implement AR effectively. This research provides a foundation for further studies on AR applications in SME marketing strategies in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the midst of technology users in Indonesia, there are still many business fields that have not maximized technological advances for their business, one of which is the Berkah Dalem clean water depot business located in Mijen, Kebonagung, Central Java. In the problems that exist in this study, it is known that the order acceptance system at the Berkah Dalem clean water depot still uses a manual method which is less effective and efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a website-based clean water ordering system and create sales and order information data that can be accessed easily. The method used is the waterfall method for software development using XAMPP. The results achieved are the design of a website-based ordering system has passed the feasibility test of using the system with data that all status tests are accepted, so it can be concluded that the designed system is successful and can be applied to the clean water depot business.

Abstract

important for various groups of people, especially in supporting appropriate decision making through the use of information technology. In the business world, an efficient system can provide real-time information, thus simplifying operational processes. However, at Toko Tri Karya, the process of selling groceries is still done manually, starting from inputting sales data to making reports. This causes various obstacles, such as delays in data processing and the possibility of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design a web-based sales information system that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in data management. This system will be designed using the PHP programming language, which will provide convenience for the admin in managing sales information. Hopefully, with the application of this computerized system, Toko Tri Karya can overcome existing problems and achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Reported of lost and found items at Unkartur was still done conventionally. Campus residents usually reported to security regarding the loss they experienced. However, the process of reporting and searching for lost items required a lot of time, energy, and money. Therefore, this study aimed to design a system for reporting lost and found items, especially in the Unkartur campus environment. The methods used in this study were Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). This system was useful in managing lost and found item data to be more structured and efficient. The results of the design of this Lost & Found system could be a solution in the process of searching for lost items and returning found items in the Unkartur campus environment.

Abstract

Higher education institutions frequently struggle to manage research, community service, and output data. Manual data and information management is prone to mistakes. It is challenging for leaders and stakeholders to monitor and evaluate performance. This study intends to address these issues by offering a platform that meets the needs of the Community Service Research Institute (LPPM), leaders, and stakeholders. The primary features produced are statistics on research, service, and output data, as well as report generating automation. This study employs RAD to create the system. The system developed has been declared functional based on the results of blackbox testing with equivalent partitions. According to the 91% usability testing estimate, users are pleased with the information system built, and the system is simple to use. This system's specific benefits and potential implications include improved data management efficiency, consolidated data access, accreditation and reporting support, and higher institutional reputation

Abstract

The world of education has undergone major changes since the advent of technology and the internet. Most students prefer new learning methods brought by technology rather than listening and writing in class which are considered outdated. The presence of technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) should be able to overcome the weakness of conventional learning methods and make it more interesting for students. Conventional learning activities in class such as writing and taking notes can be replaced by AI which is designed to perform tasks like humans. Therefore, this study was conducted by developing a system for recording and summarizing lectures using AI technology. The system development process uses the waterfall method as a guide, while the system modeling is created using the UML method. The application of AI technology into conventional learning methods can create a more interactive class by setting aside student's tasks like writing and taking notes, creating more interaction with the lecturer, resulting in a higher quality of education.
