Abstract

Hampir setiap negara didunia ini mempunyai sekelompok masyarakat yang kurang mampu dari segi ekonomi, termasuk di Indonesia. Berdasarkan kriteria keluarga tidak mampu yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) bulan September 2018 sampai maret 2019 menunjukkan jumlah keluarga tidak mampu mencapai sekitar 9,99 juta jiwa untuk di daerah perkotaan dan 15,15 juta jiwa untuk di daerah perdesaan. Berbagai program bantuan Pemerintah dalam upaya mengurangi keluarga tidak mampu akibat wabah corona virus disease (covid-19) sudah banyak menyalurkan bantuan terhadap keluarga miskin maupun rentan miskin, tetapi yang sampai di masyarakat banyak yang tidak sesuai target karena ada berbagai parameter yang menjadikan keluarga tidak mampu tersebut, akibatnya penyaluran bantuan tersebut menjadi kurang efektif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan model Analitychal Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang dikombinasikan dengan algoritma fuzzy. Metode AHP mempunyai permasalahan pada indeks konsistensi dari matriks timbal balik yang dihasilkan secara acak dari skala 9 poin dengan timbal balik yang baku. Untuk mengatasi semua kekurangan tersebut, metode F-AHP diusulkan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan hirarki kriteria, karena metode F-AHP dapat menentukan bobot kriteria utama secara maksimal. Hasil Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini diperoleh akurasi 92.78% yang dihasilkan oleh sistem pada 10 data training dibandingkan 50 data penduduk dari Kelurahan Pakisputih, Pekalongan

Abstract

AJAX is not a language programming, but a technic that possible to create interactive web application. With AJAX, web application can interaction with server in back screen, so not influence web page overall. The method of displaying the  result request from user and viewed in to system without must reload page overall. AJAX representation performed with creating programming in the system. This research provides a bridge between the user request and server response, so as to ease the burden of the server as seen from the server memory in unused. The result from this research is system can provides a faster display from the previous system. Testing system based on a rapid access on each menu. The result comparison between the old system and the new system is 43,8 versus 78,4 and server memory used is 2.112 MB versus 2.095 MB with 8 users. This comparison provides information that system with AJAX better to be used on building a system

Abstract

A final project is the last project that must be made by a student before obtaining a degree. In practice students often experience confusion in determining the topic to be taken or what the concentration will serve as the topic of the final projects, where the topic is in accordance with their competence.Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is also known as weighted linear combination or scoring method is a simple and most often used multi attribute decision technique. This SAW method we trying to use to determine the final projects what is in accordance with the competence of students in the department of informatics Semarang Private University Semarang.The Result of this research can be provide input for students in determining their final projects, taking into consideration the values they acquired during the course. With the results of this research is expected the students will be able to work on their project papers to the maximum.

Abstract

In this study, using Augmented Reality and Methods Markeless Video Animation, which is focused on Information Engineering Program Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at the University of Semarang. Communication in use for Media Marketing Communication at the Faculty of Information Technology and Communications there are several obstacles to the process of the communication campaign for new students to get the information they need to visit the information center part of the University of Semarang to request brochures, and other promotional media are on the website http: // ftik.usm.ac.id, banners, and newspaper media only limited information has not been a technology that combines state of reality or virtual engineering conditions. In order for the conditions created virtual become more real and displays overall excellence of the Information Engineering Program Faculty of Information and Communication Technology at the University of Semarang. By making use of augmented reality technology using the marker in the text Information Engineering Program of a model text, and video animation that can be displayed virtually using mobile phones both android, blackberry or iphone so that people will more easily attract and knowing full well what are the an advantage Informatics Engineering Program of the video display animation.Aplikasi It will be developed using the Unity 3D and Vuforia SDK. Keywords : Augmented Reality, Markeless, Video, Animation, Marketing

Abstract

Assets means of supporting business processes in an agency, one of which is building assets. The asset requires organized systematically and structured management. One of the alternatives in asset management is by using a web-based information system. The research describes the design of asset management information systems owned by PCNU Pekalongan. This web-based asset information system designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system development method uses Waterfall and tested with blackbox testing. Based on the results of blackbox testing, it can be concluded that asset information system has good functionality and has no errors. With this development, it can increase the effectiveness of asset management at PCNU Pekalongan. Keywords— Information System, Web, Asset, Unified Modelling Language

Abstract

Geographical Information System (GIS) is one of systems that functions to process spatial data so that it becomes information that can be understood by ordinary people. Leafletjs is one of the technologies in the development of Geographical Information Systems based online and open source, so the development more dynamic and flexible. This stud present the processing of spatial data into an online-based Geographical Information System. The database used in this development includes Green Space which is divided into 2 classifications, namely Public and Private, and there are 738 total data. With the large amount of data it is possible to process informatively using web-based Geographical Information System using Leafletjs technology. The results of the research, resulting in a percentage of 19.61% data on public greenpark, this results almost the minimum standards for greenpark in an area. So with the web-based information system, people can see the greenpark data in the form of a digital map that easy to understand because it is presented on a polygon map.

Abstract

Implementation of information systems is currently needed in all areas of life such as economics, social, health and education. One of the uses of information systems in the field of education is to assist in managing the schedule of activities at Islamic boarding schools. Some Islamic boarding schools currently still use the manual method of scheduling activities, such as recording in the agenda book and the delivery of activity information still uses the bulletin board. This causes the possibility of redundancies of activities and activity information being delivered late. So an application system was developed to assist in managing scheduling at Islamic boarding schools. The application is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and developed using Kodular tools. The results of the development are then tested using blackbox testing, the results that all menus and features in the application are running according to the performance flow, there are no errors and bugs and according to the needs of the Islamic boarding school. So that the application can be used to assist in managing the scheduling system at Islamic boarding schools effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Soft skill mengenai teknologi dan informasi memegang peranan yang sangat penting dan sangat dibutuhkan sekarang ini. Dengan latar belakang tersebut pembelajaran mengenai desain antarmuka dan penguasaan web sangatlah penting, khususnya bagi pelajar yang duduk di bangku sekolah. Pembelajaran teknologi informasi bagi SMA/Sederajat menjadi penting untuk diaplikasikan dan dilaksanakan, seiring dengan tuntutan kebutuhan penguasaan Teknologi Informasi di berbagai aspek kehidupan saat ini. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendorong minat siswa melalui kegiatan penyuluhan atau workshop dalam merancang desain antamuka dan pembuatan web sederhana.

Abstract

Purpose: Spatial data is used to display digital maps. Geographic information systems' access performance depends on spatial data formats. This study compared JSON and MySQL database data display speeds. Open-source RDBMSs work with various programming languages. JSON displays data in text format. The purpose of this study is to select spatial data for polygon and multipolygon Geographic Information Systems (GIS).Design of study: access speed to the GIS determined the method. This study evaluated how effectively JSON and MySQL displayed digital maps in GIS using two types of geographical data. JSON was in the server directory, and MySQL was on the database server. To measure performance, these two spatial data sets were compared using the same server parameters. Testers employed various tools, operating systems, devices, and browsers.Result: JSON data is stored on a live server and is easier to access while having more data. This test compares file size and speed on three online devices. This test generates JSON as the fastest geographic data, with an average access time of 3.9 seconds and 8.5 MB loaded. MySQL, which averages 9.7 seconds, loads 6.3 MB of files. Despite its larger file size, JSON is faster for spatial data, according to tests.Originality: Its comparison of JSON and MySQL databases based on its application for geographical data display in GIS is unique. This test offers geographic data in JSON faster than MYSQL. JSON can be used to choose location data that GIS can readily access.
