Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di restoran Joglo Ijo Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menjelaskan peran pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di restoran Joglo Ijo, Kota Gorontalo dengan menggunakan lima aspek kualitas layanan: Berwujud, keandalan, responsif, jaminan dan empati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti kepada konsumen Joglo Ijo Restaurant City of Gorontalo dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan yang diberikan oleh karyawan Joglo Ijo Restaurant secara keseluruhan baik. Dari jawaban informan dapat mengetahui kualitas layanan dengan dimensi kelima memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of inflation on Murabahah (sale-purchase agrrement between the bank and the customer with known profit) financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia. The data in this study are secondary data from the official website of each Sharia bank and then analyzed by using simple regression analysis. The finding shows that the inflation rate has a positive and significant effect on Murabahah financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia. The positive coefficient indicates that an increase in inflation will make people greatly desire to apply for Murabahah financing because they are worried about a greater increase in inflation in the following year. This aldo occurs because the increase in inflation makes people save a lot in Sharia banks, so that banks must optimally use these funds in the form of financing operations of what is called Murabaha financing. The coefficient of determination is 0.9871, meaning that 98.71% of Murabahah financing in Sharia banks in Indonesia is explained by the inflation rate. Meanwhile, 1.29% is the variability of other variables on Murabahah financing, such as banking profit variables, CAR ratios, NPF ratios, and third party funds.

Abstract

Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat (BPR) Syariah di Indoneisa menghadapi sejumlah tantangan di tengah wabah Covid-19. Di masa pandemi Covid 19 saat ini, BPR Syariah akan menghadapi beberapa kemungkinan resiko terhadap kinerja keuangan. Untuk itu perlu di lakukan Penelitian untuk menganalisis dampak Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan BPR Syariah dengan melakukan analisa Laporan Keuangan menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu rasio Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Finance (NPF) dan Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang diambil adalah 6 Bulan sebelum dan 6 Bulan setelah diumumkannya kasus pertama Covid-19 yaitu pada 2 Maret 2020. Data diolah dengan paired sample t-tes, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil pengolah data, menunjukkan Secara keseluruhan dampak Covid-19 terhadap kinerja keuangan BPR Syariah di Indonesia bahwa dampak Covid-19 terhadap BPR Syariah berdampak signifikan pada variabel NPF dan FDR. Adapun variabel CAR dan ROA tidak berdampak signifikan atau tidak terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan pada saat sebelum dan sesudah diumumkannya kasus Covid-19 pertama kali.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the application of maqashid syariah principles in marketing strategies carried out by Priority Banking Officers (PBOs) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Gorontalo branch office. In an era of tight competition, marketing strategies based on sharia principles are an important key to attracting and retaining priority customers. Methodology – This study uses a qualitative approach by interviewing PBOs and analyzing related documents to explore how Maqashid Syariah is implemented in banking services. Findings – The results of the study indicate that BSI Gorontalo has implemented several strategies in accordance with maqashid sharia, such as a personal approach to customers, exclusive services based on justice and welfare, and investment education in accordance with sharia principles. These strategies aim to improve the social welfare of customers, as well as ensure the sustainability and growth of the bank. Implications – These findings indicate that the implementation of maqashid sharia not only strengthens the bank's position in the sharia banking market, but also has a positive impact on community welfare. Originality – Therefore, further research is expected to explore how this strategy can be expanded and optimized to achieve a greater social impact in society.
