Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa lembar kerja siswa (LKS) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan Edmodo yang valid, praktis serta memiliki dampak potensial bagi peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah development and research (DR) dengan sampel one group pretest-posttest design, subjek penelitian ini yaitu kelas X IPA 2 SMA PGRI Gelumbang. Pengembangan LKS merujuk pada tahapan pengembangan ADDIE yang memuat 5 (lima) kegiatan, yaitu; analysis, design, development, implementation, serta evaluation. Teknik evaluasi produk LKS, menggunakan evaluasi formatif Tessmer (1998) yang membuat 4 (empat) tahapan evaluasi, yaitu; expert review, one-to-one, small group dan field test. Tingkat kevalidan produk LKS aspek materi, bahasa, desain dan media oleh expert review diperoleh nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 0,84 dengan kategori sangat valid, tingkat kepraktisan produk LKS tahap one to one dan small group diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 0,95 dan 0,96 dengan kategori sangat praktis, serta berdasarkan dari nilai hasil pretest-posttest siswa, diperoleh nilai rata-rata untuk N-Gain keseluruhan siswa sebesar 0,72 dengan kategori tinggi. Maka, disimpulkan bahwa LKS Fisika berbasis inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan Edmodo sangat valid, sangat praktis, serta memiliki dampak potensial bagi siswa yaitu dengan meningkatnya pemahaman konsep Fisika siswa.Kata kunci: LKS, Inkuiri Terbimbing, Pemahaman Konsep

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether communication and the ability to innovate influence member participation and management performance in consumer cooperatives in Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted by distributing research questionnaires to 10 active consumer cooperatives in Pekanbaru City with a total of 30 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses the SEM-PLS statistical test tool. The research results show that communication has a positive effect on member participation, the ability to innovate has no effect on member participation, communication has no effect on management performance, the ability to innovate has a positive effect on management performance, indirectly communication through member participation has a positive and significant effect on management performance, Indirectly, the ability to innovate through member participation has no influence on the performance of cooperative management.
