Abstract

Tulisan ini mengangkat masalah relasi antara komunitas Islam dan Hindu yang secara umum ada di Bali. Hanya saja dalam rangka kepentingan metodologis dibatasi pada komunitas Islam dan Hindu di tiga daerah yaitu: Denpasar, Karangasem dan Singaraja. Relasi Islam dan Hindu di Bali pada dasarnya diperkuat pada tatanan budaya Bali yang berkembang dan terus lestari hingga saat ini. Peranan geneologis yang terjadi akibat perkawinan antar keluarga di masa lalu menjadi tali penguat relasi dimaksud. Peranan raja-raja di masa lalu dan generasinya hingga saat ini juga memberikan kontribusi yang tidak sedikit terhadap kehidupan harmonis Islam dan Hindu yang ada di Bali. Pemerintah daerah lewat Forum Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama dan Kementerian Agama memberikan media yang lebih besar setelah masa reformasi, sehingga relasi semakin baik dan menempatkan kearifan local sebagai salah satu fondasinya.----------------------- This article explores the problem of relations between Mulsim and Hindu community in Bali. Methodologically, it consisted of three regions: Denpasar, Karangasem and Singaraja. Basically, the relation between Islam and Hindu in Bali has been strengthened by the Bali’s local culture which still continues to develop and exist until today. Genealogical relations due to marriage among families in the past and their generation’s nowadays also contribute significantly to the living harmony among Hindus and Muslims in Bali. Too, local governments trough Forum Kerukunan Antar Umat Beragama (Religion Followers Forum) and the Ministry of Religious Affairs facilitate wider medium of dialogues after the Reformasi era; therefore, relation among them remains constructive and puts forward local wisdom as the basis.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil II inPekanbaru. This research aimed to observe the effect of knowledge management andorganizational learning on career development and employees’ performance.This researchused 138 respondents as sample and used purposive sampling as sampling method. Pathanalysis used to determine the effect of career development as mediating variable in therelationship between knowledge management and organizational learning to employeesperformance.The result showed that knowledge management and organizational learninghad significant effect on career development, then knowledge management and careerdevelopment were also having significant effect on employees’ performance. Besidethat, career development mediated the relationship between knowledge management andorganizational learning on employees’ performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and placement to spirit at work and performance of employees at Department of Revenue District Bengkalis. This study uses primary data is the data obtained from the interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees UPTD at Department of Revenue District Bengkalis. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure. The analytical method used in this study is path analysis with SPSS. From the results of the testing that has been done, there is a direct influence of competence on the performance for 0,530, the indirect effect between competence on performance through spirit at work of 0.582, the direct effect of the placement on the performance of 0,243, the indirect effect between competence on performance through spirit at work of 0.321, and spirit at work influence on the performance of 0.192. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is approximately 4.73, which means, variable competence, placement and spirit at work to performance of employees by 73.4%, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this study model.

Abstract

Strategic Management Implementation and Its Influence on StrategicLeadership and Organizational Performance at Culture Department of RiauProvince, under the guidance of Machasin and Jahrizal.This study aims to see the effect of strategic planning, strategicimplementation, evaluation and control of strategic management onorganizational performance mediated by Strategic Leadership.This research uses quantitative method. Location of research in PekanbaruKebuayaan Agency. Determination of the sample using census method with allmembers of the population as subject studied were as many as 74 respondents.Methods of data collection in this study include questionnaires, interviews, andobservation. Data analysis method used Path Analisys using Partial Least Squere(PLS).The results of this study obtained feasible results and can be used as the basisfor making policy for Culture Department of Riau Province. This study concludesthat strategic management implementation has significant influence on strategicleadership, strategic management implementation has significant effect onorganizational performance, then strategic leadership has significant effect onorganizational performance. It is recommended to improve the performance of itsorganization especially that leads to change or innovation, improvingmanagement functions so as to improve organizational performance and enhanceits strategic leadership through capability so as to gain strong strategicleadership and real impact to improve the performance of Riau Province CultureAgencys organization

Abstract

This aims of this study is to compare the performance of employees ofthe regional water utility company (PDAM) (case study of PDAM Tirta Siak andTirta Kampar). This research uses primary data, namely data obtained frominterviews and administering questionnaire to all employees of PDAM Tirta Siakand Tirta Kampar. Secondary data obtained relates to the history of the object ofresearch and organizational structure. Th samples size were 93 employees ofPDAM Tirta Siak and 96 employees of PDAM Tirta Kampar. The analyticalmethod used of this research is a multiple liniear regression analysis andindependent sample t-test in the form of spss version 24 program.The results of this study indicate that 1) partially and simultaneouslyleadership, motivation and compensation have a positif and significant effect onthe performance of employees of PDAM Tirta Siak. 2) partially andsimultaneously leadership, motivation and compensation have a positive andsignificant effect on the performance of employees of PADM Tirta Kampar. 3)there is a difference between performance of employess PDAM Tirta Siak andTirta Kampar, the performance of PDAM Tirta Siak is better than PDAM Tirta Kampar.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah Untukmengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerjakaryawan dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerjakaryawan PT. Perindustrian & Perdagangan Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukanpada PT. Perindustrian & Perdagangan Bangkinang Pekanbaru khususnya padabagian produksi yang berlokasi di Jalan Taskurun/ Jalan Duku No. 9 KelurahanWonorejo Kecamatan Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh karyawan PT. Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Bangkinang Pekanbaruyaitu sejumlah 158 orang. sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, makadapat di ambil kesimpulan pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadapterhadap kinerja sebesar 0,216. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungankerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,241. Dengan demikianmaka pengaruh tidak langsung (0,241)>pengaruh langsung (0,216). Artinyalingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasankerja. pengaruh langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,159.Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,191

Abstract

This study is a policy research, which use STAIN in Central Java as objects of research, while faculty, students, employees, officers and graduates of the unit being analyzed. The analysis technique used is exploratory descriptive. To implement the balanced scorecard at STAIN would require accurately data and documents, it is to be aware of changes in key indicators that can be used as the basis of evidence the organization’s activities. In this study, the perspective which used is the perspective of stakeholders, administrative and financial management, and the teaching and learning process, work ethos, culture and good governance. The results of the five perspective are referred to the differences of implementation, but for administrative and financial management perspective STAIN, in Central Java, faced the same thing that is the not optimal care units so that are still limited contribution to STAIN revenue.***Kajian ini merupakan kajian kebijakan, yang menggunakan STAIN di Jawa Tengah sebagai obyek penelitian, dengan pejabat fakultas, mahasiswa, pegawai, dan lulusan yang menjadi obyek analisis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif, dengan perspektif stakeholder, pejabat administratif dan keuangan, proses belajar mengajar, etos kerja, budaya, dan dan good governance. Hasil dari lima perspektif ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan implementasi, sementara dari perspektif pengelola administrasi dan keuangan menghadapi masalah yang sama yaitu tidak optimalnya unit-unit perawatan sehingga masih kecil kontribusinya bagi perolehan STAIN.

Abstract

Temporary marriage or nikah mut'ah is a phenomenon that occurs within Islam. Nevertheless the ulama differ in their opinions of its validity. The majority of Sunni Muslims believe that this type of marriage was originally permitted but later forbidden. Whereas the Shi'ah group believe that contract marriage is permitted, and some of them even recommend it. Yet, it seems that the arguments they propose all have their weaknesses because temporary can still be disputed. Because of these problems, we should bring the issue of contract marriage back to the principles oflslamic teachings which hold human dignity in high esteem, value the ability of people to find the truth, and provide guidance to channel biological desires responsibly. As long as temporary marriage does not contradict these values the validity is maintained, but if it opposes these values then the prohibition cannot be denied.

Abstract

The reason for this study is to find out how business the board, hierarchical culture, and inspiration impacted the exhibition of Miniature, Little, and Medium-Sized Endeavors (MSME) in Pekanbaru City's culinary area during the Coronavirus flare-up. The population of this study is made up of 209 Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses located in the city of Pekanbaru.68 These Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses were chosen as the sample for this study by applying the Slovin formula. Primary data were gathered through the use of a questionnaire to support the findings of the study. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the classical assumption test. We tested the hypothesis and evaluated the instrument's quality by employing the F test (simultaneous test), the t test (partial test), and the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) in SPSS (Statistical Program Society Science) version 25 for Windows. The results showed that the business management variable had a positive and significant impact on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses, that the organizational culture variable had a positive and significant impact on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses, that the motivation variable had a positive and significant impact on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Businesses, and that the business management variables, organizational culture, and motivation had a positive and significant impact simultaneously on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses that are Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) must acquire business capital by acquiring additional partners in order to expand.

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 2) the influence of personality on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 3) the influence of the environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship and 4) the influence of personality, entrepreneurial knowledge and the environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research is quantitative with a multiple linear regression analysis model. This research uses data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents. The sampling method used was the simple random sampling method. This research uses statistical data analysis methods using SPSS version 25. The results of the research show that 1) Knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 2) Personality has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 3) Family environment has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship, 4) Knowledge of entrepreneurship, personality, and The family environment together has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This means that the influence of these factors interacts with each other, where individuals who have good knowledge about entrepreneurship, a strong personality, and a positive family environment will have a great interest in pursuing an entrepreneurial career.
