Abstract

Organizational ability is one of the soft skills that is important for vocational school students to prepare for the world of work. One way to improve organizational skills is through designing effective proposals. This research aims to improve the organizational skills of class X students at SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 through designing effective proposals. This research uses a quantitative method with a pre-test and post-test design. The research sample was 30 class X students of SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 who were chosen randomly. The research instrument used was a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions. The data analysis technique used is the Mc Nemar Test. The results of the research showed that there was a significant increase in the organizational abilities of class Effective proposal design can improve the organizational skills of class X students at SMK Sasmita Jaya 1

Abstract

Curah hujan merupakan parameter penting dalam kajian kondisi cuaca karena berpengaruh terhadap berbagai bidang, seperti pertanian, transportasi, dan mitigasi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola kondisi atmosfer yang berkaitan dengan karakteristik curah hujan menggunakan data cuaca historis melalui metode K-Means Clustering. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri atas 96.453 data pengamatan dengan variabel utama meliputi suhu, kelembapan, dan kecepatan angin. Tahap awal penelitian meliputi prapemrosesan data berupa pemilihan fitur dan normalisasi. Jumlah cluster optimal ditentukan menggunakan metode Elbow dan diperoleh tiga cluster sebagai konfigurasi terbaik. Proses pengelompokan dilakukan dengan algoritma K-Means menggunakan jarak Euclidean. Hasil pengelompokan menunjukkan bahwa setiap cluster memiliki karakteristik kondisi atmosfer yang berbeda, yaitu kondisi lembap dengan suhu rendah, kondisi peralihan dengan dominasi kecepatan angin tinggi, serta kondisi relatif kering dengan suhu tinggi dan kelembapan rendah. Evaluasi kualitas clustering menggunakan Silhouette Score menghasilkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 0,368 yang menunjukkan kualitas pengelompokan berada pada kategori cukup baik. Selain itu, nilai terendah pada Davies–Bouldin Index diperoleh pada jumlah tiga cluster, sehingga mendukung pemilihan konfigurasi tersebut sebagai jumlah cluster optimal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode K-Means Clustering terbukti mampu mengelompokkan data cuaca historis ke dalam pola kondisi atmosfer yang berbeda dan dapat digunakan sebagai pendekatan pendukung dalam analisis karakteristik curah hujan berbasis data historis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Climate, Work Motivation, and Self-Efficacy on the Performance of Senior High School Teachers in the Palmerah District, West Jakarta. Teachers play a strategic role in determining the quality of education, making it essential to understand the factors that affect their performance. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 126 teachers selected through proportional sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring four key variables: Organizational Climate (X₁), Work Motivation (X₂), Self-Efficacy (X₃), and Teacher Performance (Y). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 27. The findings reveal that all three independent variables significantly affect teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.240 indicates that 24% of the variance in teacher performance is explained by these variables, while the remaining 76% is influenced by other external factors. The F-test result (F = 12.857; Sig. = 0.000) confirms the simultaneous effect, while the t-test results show significant partial effects from Organizational Climate (t = 4.178; Sig. = 0.000), Work Motivation (t = 4.340; Sig. = 0.000), and Self-Efficacy (t = 1.998; Sig. = 0.048). These results emphasize that teacher performance is shaped not only by individual competence but also by environmental and psychological factors.
