Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to increase competitive advantage through the Business Environment, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Management in small and medium businesses in Buleleng Regency by using a quantitative approach. This research is explanatory in the form of causality between variables. In this study examines the causal relationship between the business environment, quality management, supply chain management, and the competitive advantage of Small Business Retail in Buleleng regency. Data collection used in this study used a questionnaire method. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling technique. The results showed the business environment, Supply Chain Management, and quality management had a positive effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Relationship Management, Service Quality, Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Loyaltas Pelanggan di perusahaan Astra Motor Sangsit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa kuisioner dengan alat ukur Agree-Disagree Scale dimana populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Astra Motor Sangsit dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 94 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu softwarePLS VERSI 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Customer Relationship Management terhadap Nilai pelanggan. 2) Tidak ada pengaruh variabel Customer Relationship Management terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 3) Ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Service Quality (kualitas Pelayanan) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 4) Ada pengaruh Signifikan variabel Service Quality (kualitas Pelayanan) terhadap nilai pelanggan. 5) Tidak ada pengaruh signifikan variabel Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali kaitan kosep pemasaran kewirausahaan, kapabilitas operasi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing LPD di kabupaten Buleleng. Model penelitian dikembangkan dengan menggabungkan dua fungsi perusahaan yaitu pemasaran dan operasi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing lembaga perkreditan desa (LPD) di Kabupaten Buleleng. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan lembaga perkreditan desa di kabupaten buleleng yang masuk kategori sehat sejumlah 80 LPD, yang tersebar di sembilan kecamatan di Kabupaten Buleleng. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pimpinan LPD di Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik analisis data dengan metode analisis SEM berbasis GSCA. Pemasaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kapabilitas operasi. Pemasaran kewirausahaan tidak terbukti berpengaruh langsung ke keunggulan bersaing, Kapabilitas operasi terbukti memediasi hubungan antara pemasaran kewirausahaan dengan keunggulan bersaing LPD di kabupaten Buleleng. Temuan penelitian ini secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pemasaran kewirausahaan dan kapabilitas operasi merupakan instrumen strategis yang mendasari LPD di kabupaten Buleleng dalam mempertahankan atau meningkatkan keunggulan bersaingnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapabilitas pemasaran dan kapapabilitas operasi terhadap kinerja operasi restoran di Kabupaten buleleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitiian ini adalah berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS (Smart Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square) versi 3.0 dimana jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 58 restoran di Kabupaten Buleleng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kapabilitas Pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Operasi. Kemudian Kapabilitas Pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Operasi. Selanjutnya Kapabilitas Operasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Operasi.

Abstract

The diversity of tourist attractions in Bali causes competition between tourist attractions to become increasingly fierce, especially in the Tabanan Regency area. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a strategy for developing Puncak Bukit Catu Agro based on sustainable agrotourism. The objectives of this research include: (1) determining a development strategy for Puncak Bukit Catu Agro based on sustainable agrotourism; (3) determine the priority strategy for the development of Puncak Bukit Catu Agro based on Sustainable Agrotourism. The main method used in this research is the descriptive analysis method. The data collection techniques used in this research are the Interview and Questionnaire Method. The analysis used in this qualitative research is data analysis using an interactive model. Apart from that, SWOT and QSPM matrix analysis is also used in formulating the strategy to be implemented. Agro Puncak Bukit Catu is an agrotourism that has an impact on the development of rural tourism in the village of Bukit Catu. Agrotourism is an economic activity that has potential social, economic and environmental impacts. The qspm matrix shows that the position of Puncak Bukit Catu Agrotourism is in quadrant I. This focuses on product development strategies. This means that Puncak Bukit Catu Agrotourism needs to develop products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh: (1) kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kompensasi terhadap motivasi, dan (4) kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi pegawai tenaga kontrak Kantor Camat Kubutambahan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Subjek penelitian adalah pegawai kontrak Kantor Camat Kubutambahan dan objek penelitian adalah kompensasi, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dilengkapi dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, dan (4) motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Brand Awareness also plays an important role in shaping consumer perceptions of a product. However, there is still uncertainty about the extent to which these two factors, SEO and Brand Awareness, are able to influence consumer purchase intentions. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the influence of SEO and Brand Awareness on consumer purchase intentions, especially on The Body Shop products. The research method used is multiple linear regression, with data collection from 100 selected respondents using the quota sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software version 20. The results of the study showed that search engine optimization and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intentions. In conclusion, digital marketing strategies through search engine optimization and strengthening brand awareness have proven effective in increasing consumer purchasing decisions for The Body Shop products. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to develop digital marketing strategies, especially through search engine optimization and campaigns that increase brand awareness to maintain competitiveness and encourage consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Bumdes is a company in a village that needs to establish a competitive advantage. This is because there are many similar businesses throughout Buleleng district. This study aims to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and holistic marketing mix as a source of competitive advantage for BUMDes Buleleng Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SEM GeSCA method. The results showed entrepreneurial orientation has no direct influence on competitive advantage, but the indirect effect through a holistic marketing mix. The competitive advantage of Bumdes in Buleleng district can be created through the development of an entrepreneurial orientation which is translated into marketing activities.
