Abstract

CSR is the social responsibility of a corporation which includes legal, economic, ethical and environmental responsibilities. Meanwhile, creative MSME are efforts where business actors carry out various creative ways to increase the competitiveness of their MSME by utilizing CSR funds provided by the company. The CSR obtained by MSME comes from funds provided by PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk which operates in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this service is to provide information regarding the pattern, application mechanism and form of PT's CSR program. Aneka Tambang, Tbk. The method used in this service is the socialization method which starts with the FGD stage, needs analysis, implementation of activities and evaluation. From the results of the socialization carried out in Pomalaa District, the MSME target partners were very enthusiastic about knowing the pattern, mechanism and form of the company's CSR utilization program to improve the MSME owned by the target partners. The output of this activity is that MSMEs learn about efforts to increase creative MSME through the use of CSR which can be achieved through partnership, community and participatory patterns. The mechanism for obtaining CSR is through the stages of proposal submission, selection, realization and reporting. The forms of the program include developing the capabilities of MSME players, increasing their ability to understand financial management, improving human resources, production and technology and marketing.

Abstract

Jeruk Siompu merupakan tanaman khas Pulau Siompu yang memiliki bau serta rasa manis yang khas dan tidak dimiliki oleh jeruk lainnya. Saat ini hanya tersisa satu desa yang membudidayakan tanaman ini yakni Desa Wandaiwula salah satu desa yang berada di Pulau Siompu. Hal ini terjadi karena perawatannya yang membutuhkan tenaga ekstra, kurangnya ketertarikan mayarakat serta faktor hama juga yang membuat tanaman ini mulai punah. Melihat kondisi yang terjadi saat ini, maka kegiatan ini berupa pendampingan kepada masyarakat khususnya penduduk Desa Wakinamboro Kecamatan Siompu Kabupaten Buton Selatan tentang peningkatan pengetahuan teknik budidaya serta penanaman jeruk Siompu sebagai upaya pelestarian tanaman jeruk dalam memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dengan sasaran sebanyak 20 orang mitra penduduk Desa Wakinamboro. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode pendampingan dengan beberapa langkah tersistematis berupa focus grup discussion, analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil yang dicapai setelah edukasi kegiatan adalah peserta memiliki peningkatan pengetahuan terkait teknik budidaya jeruk Siompu dari hasil pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan pretest yakni sebesar 2% peserta paham dan setelah posttest sebesar 96% peserta menjadi paham. Sehingga terjadi kenaikan tingkat pemahaman sebesar 47%. Hasil lainnya dari program pengabdian ini adalah jumlah bibit jeruk yang telah ditanam sebanyak 60 pohon yang nantinya akan dirawat dengan baik oleh mitra sehingga mampu tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik hingga berbuah.

Abstract

Campus asset management is the processing of operational supporting infrastructure on campus. So far, the asset management system at the Baubau Polytechnic Campus still uses the conventional method, namely by recording through albums and control cards attached to the walls of each room. This method is prone to loss of assets because it is not controlled. For this reason, software for digitizing asset management information is needed using the Relational Unified Process (RUP) system development method. The approach of this method is iterative and use case driven which focuses on solving asset management problems. This system works to control in real time the process of borrowing or transferring assets. this system is very helpful for the Baubau Polytechnic Campus in managing assets, especially on the problem of losing assets. This system also provides information about the physical condition of assets in each room so that it can assist the Asset Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) to transfer assets so that campus operations can run optimally.

Abstract

Campus assets are a means of supporting performance to support attracting interest and supporting student teaching and learning activities. The assets of an organization must be well managed so that they can operate effectively and efficiently so that they can deliver high benefits. So far, the asset management system at USN Kolaka Campus B still uses Microsoft Excel to manage assets for asset data collection and special notebooks for borrowing assets, which creates difficulties when controlling assets that are easily moved (means) such as infocus, printers, chairs and others. The use of this facility requires asset tracking and good supervision if a facility is in poor condition or even damaged, so a system is needed that can carry out asset management as well as provide asset lending services. This system uses the CodeIgniter and Boostrap framework so that the use of program code is simple, safe and responsive to various screen sizes. The performance of this system controls assets when the asset location is moved, whether through borrowing, permanent transfer, or a change in physical condition (good or damaged). This can be used as a reference by the Asset Technical Implementer (UPT) so that asset management can run effectively and efficiently. The measure of system feasibility was calculated using a Likert scale obtained from the results in questionnaire with 12 respondents. The calculations are carried out taking into account 3 aspects, namely information quality, system quality and service quality. The measurement results of the three aspects are of a usability value of 87%, so the system that was built obtains the title of very feasible.

Abstract

Human resources are an important pillar for a company because their quality will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations. The quality of human resources can be measured in several ways, such as work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture. If these three variables are owned by workers, then the performance of the organization's employees can be classified as good. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Triatra Sinergia Pratama Site Batu Kajang. The data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique where 70 employees were selected as research samples and data was collected using a questionnaire via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS IBM 25.0 software. The research results show that the variables of work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance. The results of this research found that to improve employee performance, companies need to provide work motivation, job satisfaction and implement a good organizational culture towards their employees.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge about how to make lecturer research results into community service results that are published in the National Journal indexed by Sinta. The service method used is an educational method with systematic implementation steps in the form of: activity preparation stage, activity implementation stage, activity evaluation and mentoring stage. After carrying out this service program, it is hoped that the participants will have the knowledge and expertise in converting research results into community service work published in the National Journal indexed by Sinta.
