Abstract

Registration service is one of the most important factors in the activities in the hospital, which is the beginning of the patient getting a good or bad impression of the services provided by all health workers in the hospital. The path consists of Man, Machine, Money, Material, and Method. This research was conducted in the medical record unit for receiving RJ patients at the Buton District Hospital. This type of research uses a descriptive research design with a qualitative study approach. The subjects in this study were patient registration officers, head of medical records and patients. The object of this research is the factors that hinder the service of receiving RJ patients. The data collection methods used were observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, there were 13 medical record officers with details of 5 officers who graduated from medical records and 8 others including public health graduates. The machines used are still lacking, there are no queuing machines, loudspeakers, network access that is still not running well, and generators that are always damaged so that when a light goes out, the service will be stopped. The allocated funds are still very less. The materials used are sufficient, however, in making KIB it is still done manually. There is no SOP for accepting outpatients.The Man, Machines, Money, Material, Method still hinder the outpatient admission service.

Abstract

In the world of education, medical records become quite vital in the context of administrative and documentation aspects. In terms of administration, the existence of health records can make it easier for teachers or UKS managers to store and search for files related to student health. Activity This community service is carried out as a regular activity that is usually done by lecturers every semester. The service team chose SMP N 7 Baubau City as the object of community service due to the location affordable, inadequate school health unit (UKS) facilities and students still need counseling to increase knowledge about recording personal health.Community service activities are carried out using the presentation/lecture method, the presentation is carried out for approximately 30 minutes. Participants were given information about the importance of recording student health identification and personal health records. In the Student Identification and Health Data Recording Program, participants were given an explanation on how to record the correct identification according to the family card and the importance of correct identification. In this activity, participants were given an example of a student index card to make it easier to find student health data. This activity is expected to improve the quality of UKS and the orderly administration of an educational institution, making it easier for UKS supervisors to search for student health data. is also a source of information for research in the health sector, and can be used as research material for academics who need it

Abstract

Analisis kuantitatif adalah review bagian tertentu dari isi rekam medis dengan maksud menemukan kekurangan khusus yang berkaitan dengan pendokumentasian (pencatatan) pada berkas rekam medis, Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien.. Mengetahui penyebab angka ketidaklengkapan berkas rekam medis. Di Puskesmas Wolio Kota Baubau, pada komponen identifikasi pasien, laporan yang penting, autentifikasi, dan pencatatan yang baik. Metode penelitian analisis kuantitatif pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Cara pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar studi dokumentasi sampel sebanyak 98 dokumen rekam medis dengan teknik, proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan presentase ketidaklengkapan tertinggi review identifikasi pasien, yaitu : pada item No.Telp/HP pasien sebesar 95.9% tidak lengkap, pada review laporan yang penting presentase ketidaklengkapan tertinggi yaitu : pada item diagnosa sebesar 40.8% tidak lengkap, presentase ketidaklengkapan tertinggi review autentifikasi yaitu : pada item nama dokter sebesar 87.8% tidak lengkap, dan presentase ketidaklengkapan tertinggi pencatatan yang baik yaitu : pada item pencatatan pencatatan jelas dan terbaca sebesar 39.8% tidak lengkap.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to provide knowledge about how to make lecturer research results into community service results that are published in the National Journal indexed by Sinta. The service method used is an educational method with systematic implementation steps in the form of: activity preparation stage, activity implementation stage, activity evaluation and mentoring stage. After carrying out this service program, it is hoped that the participants will have the knowledge and expertise in converting research results into community service work published in the National Journal indexed by Sinta.

Abstract

Puskesmas as the spearhead of health services and gate keeper in formal health services and referral screening, must be able to provide quality services in accordance with service standards and compe-tency standards. To support this, one of the policy directions and strategies of the Ministry of Health is to improve equitable access and quality of health services, especially in Puskesmas, name-ly through an accreditation policy. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the effec-tiveness of the implementation of the accreditation policy at the Baubau City Health Center. This type of research is a qualitative research with a single embedded case study design. This study uses a Consolidated Implementation Research Framework (CFIR) covering four main domains, used to guide the collection and analysis of qualitative data as recommended by Damschroder and Lowery (2009). This research was conducted at health centers that have different accreditation statuses, namely Primary Accreditation and Intermediate Accreditation. Informants were interviewed using The Consolidated for Implementation Research (CFIR) framework as a guide in collecting and ana-lyzing qualitative data. This research was carried out from April to May 2022. The research subjects consisted of 10 people consisting of an accreditation team from 2 Puskesmas in Baubau City, name-ly Kadomoko Health Center and Bukit Wolio Indah Health Center. The results show that the fac-tors from CFIR that most dominantly affect the effectiveness of the implementation of accredita-tion policies are available resources, implementation climate, as well as external policies and incen-tives, as well as positive acceptance of accreditation policies because they are felt to provide many benefits and advantages, especially in terms of developing a quality management system. and efforts to improve service performance at the Puskesmas. Based on the results of this research, it is neces-sary to follow up in the form of policies from the Health Office regarding the availability of re-sources at the puskesmas, as well as develop broader research in several Puskesmas and the Health Office in order to better describe the problems related to policy implementation in a holistic man-ner.

Abstract

This study intends to develop a performance model for hospital medical staff by analyzing the influence of work meaning and servant leadership on job performance, as well as testing the mediation role of employee gratitude and work engagement, including measuring the impact of all variables if tested simultaneously. Some previous empirical studies have stated that servant leadership has a 67% effect on improving employee performance, but other studies show the opposite. The respondents of this study were 323 medical record officers from private hospitals in Makassar City. This study uses a factorial correlation design that was tested using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) and Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 22. The study results show that employee gratitude significantly strengthens the relationship between servant leadership and job performance. In addition, work engagement has proven to be a suitable catalyst for the relationship between meaningful work and job performance. Developing dimensions and indicators of servant leadership, meaningful work, employee gratitude, work engagement, and job performance from the perspective of employee interaction with the organization is valuable in strengthening social exchange theory in the health sector. This study also suggests that hospital management should always maintain employee gratitude and employee work engagement as an effective strategy for improving the performance of hospital medical record officers.

Abstract

Sistem penyimpanan rekam medis sangat penting dilakukan dalam suatu institusi pelayanan kesehatan, karena sistem penyimpanan dapat mempermudah rekam medis. Namun beberapa kendala masih ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan dan peyimpanan rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi sistem peyimpanan dan peyediaan rekam medis di Puskesmas Bungi Kota Baubau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala rekam medis, dan petugas rekam medis. Hasil penelitian bahwa dua tema telah berhasil digolongkan, yaitu mengevaluasi pelaksanaan peyimpanan rekam medis, dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan peyediaaan rekam medis di Puskesmas Bungi. Sistem penyimpanan di Puskesmas Bungi dilakukan secara sentralisasi. Sedangkan pelaksanaan penyediaan rekam medis di Puskesmas Bungi masih belum menggunakan alat bantu tracer dan buku ekspedisi serta mendistribusikan rekam medis ke poli.

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan berkas rekam medis yang baik maka dibutuhkan sistem manajemen yang baik, dimana tercermin dari terlaksananya fungsi manajemen dengan didukung oleh unsur-unsur manajemen yaitu manusia (man), bahan (material), mesin (machine), metode (method) dan uang (money). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui upaya-upaya terkait unsur manajemen dalam pengelolaan berkas rekam medis di Puskesmas Betoambari Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala instalasi rekam medis dan 2 orang petugas rekam medis serta seorang kepala puskesmas sebagai informan triangulasi. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi.  Berdasarkan unsur man petugas di Puskesmas Betoambari berjumlah 5 orang dan sebagian belum pernah mengikuti seminar/pelatihan khusus, berdasarkan unsur material dan machine ketersediaan bahan dan alat penunjang di unit rekam medis cukup memadai, berdasarkan unsur method setiap kegiatan pengelolaan berkas rekam medis yang ada di Puskesmas Betoambari mengikuti SOP yang ada, berdasarkan unsur money pengalokasian anggaran dana untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan sarana prasarana telah terpenuhi, namun untuk pengalokasian dana untuk seminar atau pelatihan khusus SDM belum terlaksana.

Abstract

Quantitative analysis is a review of certain parts of the contents of medical records with the intention of finding specific deficiencies related to documentation (recording) in medical record files. Preliminary study results show that there are still incomplete forms. The purpose of this study was to determine the percentage of completeness of medical record files in the surgical case inpatient ward at the Baubau City Hospital BLUD 2018. This research used a descriptive research type and a quantitative approach with a total sample of 54 medical record files in the surgical case inpatient room. The results of the study showed that the results of the identification analysis in the entry and exit summary files in the surgical case inpatient ward of the 54 samples of the entry and exit summary files were most complete in the component name, gender, date of birth, each address was 100% and the most incomplete on the Age component of 3.70%. Identification analysis of medical resume files in the surgical case inpatient ward of 54 samples of medical resume files, the most complete in the medical record number component was 100% and the most incomplete in the address component was 100%. file identification analysisinformed concent in the surgical case inpatient room of 54 file samplesinformed concent the most complete in the name component was 46.29% and the most incomplete in the address component was 94.44%.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Aplikasi dalam aktifitas pelayanan pasien sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dalam era industri Kesehatan melalui pengembangan Tehnologi Informasi Kesehatan sehingga minat tenaga Profesional Pemberi Asuhan sangat tinggi terhadap pemanfaatan Aplikasi (Utilisation). Tujuan mengetahui penilaian Task Technology Fit terhadap aktifitas pelayanan melului pemanfaatan aplikasi. Secara khusus untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tugas, tehnologi dan tenaga yang akan memberikan keberhasilan terhadap aktifitas pelayanan (Ablity Impact) pasien melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi (Utilization). Metode rancangan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi tenaga professional pemberi asuhan sebanyak 256, pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dan observasi pemanfaatan aplikasi, analisis dengan uji validitas dan realibilitas melalui aplikasi dan penyajian data dalam bentuk distribusi tabel sehingga mempermudah dalam membuat kesimpulan. Hasil ada 6 (enam) penilaian: 1) Penilaian unsur Task, 2) Penilaian unsur Technology, 3) Penilaian unsur Fit, 4) Utilization dengan Ability Impact. 5) Task Technology Fit dengan Utilization, 6) Task Technology Fit dengan Ability Impact. Luaran yang dicapai Penilaian Task Element, Technology Element, Fit Element mendapatkan penilaian signifikan pada variasi keterampilan, tugas, otonomi, umpan balik pekerjaan dengan penggunaan aplikasi jaringan komputer secara visual, aural, read/write dan kinesthetic. Penilaian Task Technologi Fit terhadap aktifitas pelayanan dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi memiliki persepsi ketergantungan dengan mengetahui dan melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Task Technology Fit bernilai positif terhadap pemanfaatan aplikasi. Pemanfaatan aplikasi memediasi Penilaian Task Technology Fit terhadap aktifitas pelayanan. Juga unsur tenaga bernilai terhadap Task Technology Fit dalam meningkatkan aktifitas pelayanan. Kesimpulan unsur Task, Technology, Fit, Utilization. Ability Impact memberikan penigkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan strategi pelayanan dengan baik yang mampu memberikan kemudahan menerima informasi Saran penelitian selanjutnya penilaian Task Technology Fit diperluas menjadi studi perbandingan pada semua bagian dan unit pelayanan di rumah sakit.
