Abstract

This study investigates whether and how job involvement mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction among 264 employees in an automotive company in Indonesia. Survey data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Supported by cognitive social self-efficacy theory and self-determination theory of job involvement, the results of this study indicate that employees' self-efficacy has a positive effect on their job satisfaction through mediating job involvement. The implications for a proper focus on increasing self-efficacy through coaching are discussed in this study.

Abstract

Effective supply chain management (SCM) has become a potentially valuable way to secure competitive advantage and improve organizational performance because competition is no longer between organizations but between supply chains. This study examines the relationship between the influence of SCM practices on competitive advantage and organizational performance. The data for this study were collected from 165 employees in one of the MSMEs in the Agroindustry in Indonesia. Survey data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results suggest that higher levels of SCM practices can lead to increased competitive advantage and improved organizational performance. Also, competitive advantage can have a direct positive impact on organizational performance. This study also confirms the mediating effect of competitive advantage on the relationship between SCM practices and organizational performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada KFC taman palem cengkareng. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 pelanggan KFC taman palem. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel digital marketing (X1) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung ttabel yakni 6,9821,660. Kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung ttabel yakni 2,7371,986. Dan nilai signifikan regresi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dan secara simultan variabel digital marketing (X1) dan kualitasproduk (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) yakni fhitung ftabel sebesar 31,488 3,09. Dengan nilai persamaan regresi berganda Y = 6.818+- 0,330X1 + 0,473X2. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 62,7%, yang sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 93 karyawan di UMT menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Namun, iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.Kata kunci: iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen karyawan, SEM, SmartPLS

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction partially or simultaneously at Imperial Kitchen Restaurant and Dimsum Outlet Branch, South Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method, then used a saturated sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the t-count value was 7.505 with a t-table value of 2.00172 which means there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Support on Employee Job Satisfaction, the t-count value is 7.652 with a t-table value of 2.00172 which means there is a positive influence and significant between Organizational Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction, and this calculated f value of 36.267 > f table of 3.16 it can be concluded that Organizational Support (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y).
