Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ambiguitas Peran dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Karyawan Pada PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara., baik secara parsial maupun simultan di PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiasif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 75 orang. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan data adalah dengan kuesioner atau angket. Teknik analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran atas tanggapan jawaban responden dan sebaran data, sedangkan analisis statistik inferensial untuk pengujian hipotesis. Pengolahan datanya dibantu dengan microsoft excel dan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dengan menggabungkan variabel Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) dapat mempengaruhi Turnover Karyawan (Y) dan memiliki korelasi yang kuat. Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dapat memproyeksikan Turnover Karyawan (Y) dengan pengaruh yang positif, dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2) memproyeksikan Turnover Karyawan (Y) dengan pengaruh yang negative. Semakin tinggi Ambiguitas Peran (X1) maka semakin tinggi atau meningkat pula Turnover Karyawan (Y), dan semakin tinggi atau meningkat Kepuasan Kerja (X2), maka menurunkan Turnover Karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara bersama-sama Ambiguitas Peran (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2 ) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Karyawan (Y) pada PT Pandawa Solusindo Nusantara. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh Ambiguitas Peran, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada PT Mega Asia Global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner pada karyawan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT Mega Asia Global Divisi Produksi ,dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden, diperoleh dengan metode sampling jenuh, pengolahan data menggunakan program Microsoft Excel dan software SPSS versi 25, teknik analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi sederhana dan berganda, serta regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; dan (3) Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, dan Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Causes of Job Satisfaction Involved by Leadership Ethics and Organizational Commitment of Employees. The design of this study is a descriptive study that describes the information and characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. The description used is for statistical calculation, whereas survey investigation is conducted to measure the variables with questionnaires spread by 18 questions using five points LIKERT SCALE. The method used to evaluate the survey results of several studies with regression, primary data collected from the respondents and also secondary data to support information. From the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership ethics, organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Data analysis used in this study is SPSS. The results of this study conclude that leadership ethics has a certain influence on organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Ethics, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious nutritional problem that occurs when a child's physical development is permanently hampered, due to chronic malnutrition in the early stages of growth. Stunting prevention requires a comprehensive approach involving government, society and the health sector. The main risk factors associated with stunting include poor nutrition during pregnancy, low nutrition during the first 1,000 days of life (from conception to two years of age), poor hygiene, and infectious diseases. Interventions to prevent stunting include providing nutritional education for pregnant women, encourage exclusive breastfeeding, provide nutritional supplements to children, and improve children's health, access to sanitation and drinking water. These programs must be implemented within a framework that allows fair and sustainable access for all community groups, including those at high risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of servant leadership and personnel commitment to employee performance at PT. The true dynamic partners of the Independent Variables are servant leadership and personnel commitment while the dependent is employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 55 respondents using a random sampling method from a population of 55 workers at PT. True Dynamic Partners. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data was obtained from agencies. The results of this study show that Servant Leadership (X1) and Personnel Commitment (X2) make a positive contribution to employee performance (Y) at PT Mitra Dinamika Sejati. Servant Leadership and Personnel Commitment together contribute to employee performance. Keywords: Servant Leadership, Personnel Commitment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji relevansi penilaian harga wajar saham dengan metode Discounted Cash Flow Model (DCF) dengan pendekatan valuasi Free Cash Flow to Equity (FCFE) dan metode relative valuation pada saham-saham yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Obyek penelitian pada karya tulis ini adalah saham-saham yang terdaftar pada IDX30. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga wajar saham IDX30 dengan metode relative valuation dengan pendekatan Price to Book Value (PBV) menghasilkan 6 saham perusahaan mengalami undervalued dan 24 saham mengalami overvalued dan dengan pendekatan Price Earning Ratio (PER) menghasilkan 12 saham mengalami undervalued dan 18 saham mengalami overvalued. Sedangkan dengan menggunakan metode Discounted Cash Flow Model dengan pendekatan Free Cash Flow to Equity menghasilkan 19 saham yang mengalami undervalued dan 11 saham yang mengalami overvalued.Kata Kunci : Valuasi, DCF, FCFE, Indeks IDX30, Relative valuation, Price to Book Value dan Price Earning Ratio
