<![CDATA[Permasalahan yang terjadi pada IKM monel adalah adanya kecenderungan penurunan produktivitas kerja pada tenaga kerja IKM monel. Banyaknya tenaga kerja yang terserap setiap tahunnya mengakibatkan nilai produksisetiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan, akan tetapi tingkat produktivitas kerja dari tenaga kerjanya mengalami penurunan. Penurunan produktivitas tenaga kerjapaling signifikan terjadi pada tahun 2013 sebesarRp.89.137.818 dan tahun 2014 turun Rp. 60.833.328. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal terhadap produktivitas kerja pada tenaga kerja secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga kerja IKM monel di Desa Kriyan yangberjumlah 1.818 orangdengan sampel penelitian 95 tenaga kerja. Teknikpengumpulan databerupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal dan faktor eksternal secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadapproduktivitas kerja pada tenaga kerja IKM monel dengan kontribusi 52%, sedangkan secara parsialfaktor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap produktivitas kerjasebesar 10,11% dan faktor eksternal memiliki pengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap produktivitas kerjasebesar 45,56%. Saran yang berkaitan dengan hasil penelitianyaitu bagi pengusaha harus memperhatikan upah yang diberikan pada pekerja agar pekerja lebih semangat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. The data analysis technique is used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linearregression analysis. The results of this study indicate that internal factors and external factors simultaneus positively affect work productivity in theworker of IKM monel with 52% contribution. Partially internal factor had positive and significant impact on work productivity amounted to 10.11%.External factor had positive and significant impact on work productivity amounted to 45.56%.Suggestions relating to the results of research that is for employers should pay attention to the wages given to the worker so that the worker can be more enthuastic in doing their work.]]>
