Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan pendidikan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, peran komite sekolah, dan integritas sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan melalui mutu proses pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Kudus, Pati, dan Rembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) mutu proses berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 36,42%. (2) Pembiayaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan, pembiayaan pendidikan berpengaruh mutu proses sebesar 10,11%, mutu proses memediasi penuh pengaruh pembiayaan pendidikan terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 19,1%. (3) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 25,2%, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu proses sebesar 19,62%, mutu proses memediasi parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 51,9%. (4) Peran komite sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan, peran komite sekolah berpengaruh terhadap mutu proses sebesar 7,78%, mutu proses tidak memediasi pengaruh peran komite sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan. (5) Integritas sekolah tidak berpengaruh terhadap mutu lulusan, integritas sekolah terhadap mutu proses sebesar 4,93%, mutu proses memediasi secara penuh pengaruh integritas sekolah terhadap mutu lulusan sebesar 13,7% The purpose of this study is to determine effect of financing education, principal leadership, school commitee, and school integrity to graduate quality through learning process quality. The analysis used is descriptive statistic and path. The results showed that (1) There’s effect of the learning process quality to graduate quality by 36.42%.(2)There’s no direct effects of financing education to graduate quality, there’s effect of financing education to learning process quality by 10.11%, learning process quality is fully mediated effects of financing education to graduate quality with indirect effects by 19.1%.(3)There’s effect of the principal leadership to the graduate quality by 25.2%, there’s effect of principal leadership to learning process quality by 19.62%, learning process quality is partially mediate the effects of principal leadership to graduate quality by 51.9% (4)There’s no dirrect effect of school commitee to graduate quality, there’s effect of school commitee to learning process quality by 7.78%, learning process quality does not mediate the effect of school commitee to graduate quality. (5)There’s no dirrect effect of school integrity to graduate quality, there’s effect of school integrity to learning process quality by 4.93%, learning process quality is fully mediated school integrity to graduate quality with indirect effects by 13.7%.

Abstract

Diare merupakan kondisi dimana frekuensi defekasi yang tidak biasa lebih dari 3 hari sekali, juga perubahan dalam jumlah dan konsistensi feses cair. Penyakit diare sangat sering dialami oleh anak – anak. Penyakit diare masih menjadi masalah di dunia maupun di Indonesia itu sendiri. Data WHO pada tahun 2017. Menjelaskan bahwa setiap tahunnya terjadi sekitar 1,7 milyar kasus diare di seluruh dunia dan pada rentang waktu yang sama, UNICEF juga mempertegas bahwa angka kematian anak yang diakibatkan oleh penyakit diare di seluruh dunia menyentuh angka 1.300 anak per hari atau 480.000 anak per tahunnya(1). Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi diare yaitu dengan konsumsi oralit dan melakukan diet makanan seperti bubur tempe. Balita sering mengalami diare dkarenakan daya tahan tubuh yang masih lemah. Kondisi diare pada balita sangat berbahaya karena dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup balita tersebut. Balita yang mengalami diare lebih sering mengeluh sakit pada perutnya. Gejala lainnya yaitu gangguan gizi akibat nafsu makan berkurang, muntah-muntah karena adanya gangguan keseimbangan cairan dalam tubuh. Diare dapat menyebabkan hipoglikemia dan kematian jika tidak segera ditangani dengan cepat.(1) Larutan gula dan garam atau oralit diberikan untuk menggantikan cairan dan elektrolit guna mencegah terjadinya dehidrasi. Campuran gula dan garam dalam air diserap dengan baik oleh tubuh pada penderita diare. Garam dapat berfungsi untuk meningkatkan pengangkutan absorbsi gula melalui membrane sel, sedangkan gula berfungsi untuk meningkatkan penyerapan air pada dinding usus sehingga dehidrasi dapat tertangani. Pada umumnya banyak orang tua yang telah mengetahui kegunaan oralit, namun masih banyak ibu yang tidak memberikan larutan oralit pada balitanya saat menderita diare.(1)Selain mengkonsumsi oralit diet bubur tempe juga dapat dikonsumsi untuk mengatasi masalah diare. Pemberian bubur tempe kepada penderita diare berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat berguna untuk mempersingkat penyembuahan diare, dan menambah berat badan.  Posyandu Mekar  merupakan posyandu di wilayah Jaten yang terletak di Dusun Dagen Kabupaten Karanganyar. Di Desa Dagen terdapat banyak kasus diare pada balita sebanyak 123 kasus pada tahun 2023 dan jumlah balita terbesar berada di Dukuh Dagen. Edukasi adalah pemberian pengetahuan tentang hal tertentu sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat. Pemahaman yang baik akan tercipta sebuah mindset yang baik pula. Dikarenakan ibu balita di wilayah Posyandu Mekar  belum mengetahui cara pembuatan oralit yang benar dan belum mengenal tentang manfaat bubur tempe maka edukasi ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pemahaman terhdap ibu balita tentang cara membuat oralit yang benar dan alternatif mengatasi diare dengan bubur tempe.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of work discipline, work ethos, and work environment on employee performance using a quantitative method. The study collected data from 169 production employees using a questionnaire and analyzed the data using SPSS 22. The results showed that work discipline, work ethos, and work environment have a significant impact on employee performance, and these factors have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The study's implication is that companies should prioritize work discipline, work ethos, and work environment to improve employee performance. The study adds to the growing body of research on the importance of these factors in enhancing employee performance. Highlight: The study used a quantitative method to examine the impact of work discipline, work ethos, and work environment on employee performance. Abstract

The wound healing process in patients who were observed for one week showed that 99 cases of patients had experienced a wound healing process that was appropriate to the process, 31 cases of patients experienced an extension of the wound healing process due to various different factors, and 42 cases of patients experienced an infected wound condition. The patient is able to explain the process of good wound healing, is able to explain correct wound care, is able to explain good nutritional intake. The implementation method used is health education regarding the wound healing process, good wound conditions, good nutritional intake. It was found that there were differences in the level of knowledge about the wound healing process and the correct way to care for wounds between the pre-test and post-test. This shows that there is an increase in knowledge among the audience after health education is carried out. This is evidenced by the difference in the level of knowledge during the pre-test and post-test, having the ability to apply correct wound care, to avoid infection, being able to know which wound care is appropriate to the patient's needs so as to prevent infection in the wound.
