Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) mendeskripsikan langkah–langkah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam pembelajaran menulis artikel opini pada siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA N 2 Mendoyo, (b) mendeskripsikan kemampuan menulis artikel opini menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA N 2 Mendoyo, (c) mendeskripsikan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi guru dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada pembelajaran menulis artikel opini di kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA N 2 Mendoyo, dan (d) mendeskripsikan cara guru mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada pembelajaran menulis artikel opini di kelas XII MIPA 1 SMA N 2 Mendoyo. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian meliputi (a) guru telah menerapkan langkah-langkah pembelajaran dengan baik sesuai dengan pedoman jigsaw yang dipaparkan dalam RPP; (b) 17 siswa memperoleh kategori sangat baik dan 18 siswa memperoleh kategori baik, dengan skor rata-rata 85 sesuai dengan pedoman rubrik penilaian menulis artikel; (c) hambatan yang dihadapi guru yakni guru mengalami kesulitan untuk membangkitkan semangat siswa dalam belajar, guru kesulitan mengatur siswa dalam penggunaan gawai, guru kesulitan mengondisikan siswa; dan (d) cara guru mengatasi hambatan itu adalah guru mengajak siswa peregangan dengan melantunkan yel-yel, solusi berikutnya yang dilakukan oleh guru ialah mengawasi siswa lebih ketat dalam hal penggunaan gawai, guru menentukan kelompok untuk siswa, guru memberikan penghargaan kepada siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the art of storytelling skills in Early Childhood as a medium of education and entertainment, in shaping children's personalities, and guiding children's emotional intelligence. Character formation from an early age is very important so that children have a strong mentality when facing challenges, changes and certain situations in the future. The problems that are currently spreading in national life are the moral crisis and the crisis of role models. The moral crisis can be overcome through character building. In the scope of schools, character building can be applied through learning literature that has a moral dimension. We can say that the main function of children's literature is delce et utite 'to entertain and educate', which in practice are interconnected. Children's literature can play a role as an effective character builder because the moral values ​​(honesty, sacrifice, democracy, politeness, love, justice, and friendship) it carries are conveyed implicitly. The message of the story can be realized metaphorically so that the teaching and learning process takes place pleasantly and does not patronize. Instilling commendable characters in early childhood through fairy tales can be said to be the most effective because fairy tales are so close to their daily lives. The goal of literature education in Elementary Schools through fairy tales is in line with the goal of national education, namely the formation of humans who have good understanding, attitudes, and behavior. This research is a type of descriptive literature study. The sample in this study is a sample of the prose genre taken from local Sumbanese wisdom which is generally known by children such as Folk tales or fairy tales such as Watu Maladong, Wee Wini, Watu Kaweda and Pasola. Data collection techniques use library data collection methods, reading and recording, and processing research materials

Abstract

This study examines the linguistic landscape in the Sanur tourist area, Bali, as a representation of social, cultural, and ideological dynamics in the context of tourism globalization. Sanur as a multilingual public space displays the diversity of language use on signs, banners, billboards, and shop facades that reflect the interaction between local and global languages. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, an analysis was conducted on visual documentation and the social context of text use in public spaces, and linked to regional language preservation policies, especially Bali Provincial Regulation Number 1 of 2018. The results of the study show the dominance of English as a symbol of global economic power and the main communication tool in the tourism sector, while Balinese is used more symbolically as a local cultural identity. Ideologically, the Sanur linguistic landscape shows the negotiation between cultural preservation and the commodification of local identity amidst global market pressures. This study emphasizes that public space is not just an arena for communication, but also a field of representation of power, resistance, and cultural capital.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Bali merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran muatan lokal yang wajib dipelajari oleh siswa-siswa di Bali mulai dari jenjang sekolah dasar hingga sekolah menengah atas. Namun, proses pembelajaran bahasa Bali sering kali mengalami kendala karena berbagai faktor salah satunya pembelajaran yang masih monoton atau konvensional. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan membahas terkait proses pembelajaran bahasa Bali yang menyenangkan dan menarik melalui penerapan media wordwall. Tujuan dari penelitin ini adalah menjelaskan proses penerapan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran kosa basa Bali tingkat sekolah dasar dan mengetahui dampak penerapan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran kosa basa Bali tingkat sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah adalah siswa SD kelas V di SD Negeri 2 Ubung. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah penerapan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran kosa basa Bali. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga langkah dalam menganalisis suatu data, yaitu: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran kosa basa Bali dilakukan dengan penyiapan materi terlebih dahulu berupa soal yang dibuat dalam media wordwall selanjutnya melakukan permainan dengan siswa secara sistematis berdasarkan aturan yang dibuat. Dampak dari penerapan media wordwall dalam pembelajaran kosa basa Bali meliputi beberapa aspek pendidikan berupa motivasi belajar siswa meningkat, kreatifitas siswa, pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran, dan keaktifas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PBL) strategy is an innovative approach that is relevant to the Independent Curriculum, which aims to create meaningful learning, improve 21st-century skills, and support student character formation. This study aims to examine the relevance, implementation, and impact of PBL strategies on student learning outcomes, while exploring the potential for its development in various educational contexts. Through a descriptive qualitative method, this study analyzes the application of PBL in integrating various disciplines, the use of technology, and its application at both formal and non-formal education levels. The results of the study show that PBL makes a significant contribution to improving students' critical thinking skills, creativity, cooperation, and responsibility. In addition, this strategy has been proven to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum by encouraging students to be active, independent, and adaptive to real-world challenges. The potential for PBL development includes the integration of digital technology, expansion to community education, and enrichment of student character through cross-disciplinary projects. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing PBL strategies as the main approach in creating holistic and transformative learning experiences. With the support of education policies, teacher training, and adequate facilities, PBL can be a strategic solution in building innovative and sustainable education.
