Abstract

Abstract. In an effort to create customer retention, the company improves product quality, service and purchasing power suitability so that consumers can feel satisfaction in using the product and create barriers to switching to Hanasui products at Beauty Shoppy Jombang. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence in maintaining customer satisfaction and switching barriers to customer retention in customers of Hanasui brand products at Beauty Shoppy Jombang by using quantitative methods. The total population in this study is 150 customers. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction and switching barriers have a significant effect on customer retention of Hanasui products at Beauty Shoppy Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of store atmosphere, external stimuli, and product attributes on impulse buying behaviour in consumers who shop at Kediri Town Square supermarkets. Impulse buying is a purchase that occurs spontaneously without prior planning, often triggered by external factors and in-store situations. Store atmosphere includes elements such as lighting, music, layout, and aroma that can create a comfortable and attractive shopping atmosphere, thus encouraging consumers to make impulse purchases. External stimuli such as promotions, advertisements, and product displays also play a significant role in influencing spontaneous purchase decisions. In addition, product attributes including product design, quality, packaging and price can be the main attraction for consumers, encouraging them to buy products without thinking. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach with a sample size of 35 respondents, to collect data obtained from consumers who shop at Kediri Town Square supermarkets in Kediri City, and data analysis techniques are carried out using (SEM) structural equation modelling with the help of smart PLS software. The results showed that the three variables have a significant influence on impulse buying behaviour in consumers, with store atmosphere and external stimuli having a greater impact than product attributes. The findings provide insights for business practitioners regarding the importance of managing these elements to increase sales through impulse purchases.

Abstract

Banyak ragam profesi dalam dunia kerja bisa memberi berbagai macam pilihan untuk setiap siswa memilih terjun ke dalam dunia kerja yang diminatinya. Urgensi kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk menggali sekaligus memberikan bekal pada siswa-siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di SMK jurusan akuntansi tentang macam-macam bidang akuntansi dan gambaran masa depan yang bisa mereka raih dan tempuh. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di SMK Palapa Ngoro Jombang, pada 22 dan 23 November 2019. Metode pengabdian disampaikan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab dan interaktif dengan siswa peserta. Sesudah dilaksanakan program pengabdian ini siswa bisa mendapatkan gambaran tentang berbagai macam bidang akuntansi dan profesi – profesi akuntansi yang kelak bisa dipilihnya.
