Abstract

An artificial neural network (ANN) is a network of a group of units to be processed which is modeled based on the behavior of human neural networks. ANN has one of its tasks, namely prediction. Multilayer perceptron (MLP) is one of the ANN methods that can be prediction all of data. Where the prediction needs to be reviewed because the prediction process does not always run normally. So, it takes a good measurement accuracy in order to get an accuracy sensitivity. The accuracy technique in this paper is carried out using Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) based on absolute error and detection rate. The results obtained with absolute error achieve an accuracy of 99.73% while the accuracy based on the detection rate achieves an accuracy of 99.49%. this can be seen in the case of the prediction of (Indonesian Rupiah) IDR exchange rate against United State Dollar (USD) with the MLP algorithm by testing using MAPE to achieve sensitivity with absolute error.

The community we encountered at this community service location included farmers, small traders, village office employees, and a small percentage who work in the city as private sector employees and students. The fertile village boasts expanses of well-maintained rice fields and palm oil plantations, and several residents are entrepreneurs. For the hybrid marketing theme, we focused on the entrepreneurial community. Most of them trade directly without using digital media. Hybrid marketing is the application of marketing knowledge plus sales through digital devices or media, utilizing mobile phones, smartphones, or gadgets owned by traders/entrepreneurs to maximize sales of the goods/products they offer to potential buyers. The methods used in this community service included interviews, dialogue, and presentations by us as the activity implementers. The problem faced by traders in Melati 2 village is that their businesses are living hand-to-mouth. Therefore, we explain how implementing hybrid marketing can boost sales and improve their standard of living. Hopefully, after the implementation of this Community Service, it can provide benefits in the form of increased welfare in Melati 2 Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which primarily affects the lungs but can also affect other organs. Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB) poses a serious challenge to TB control in Indonesia because its treatment requires a longer duration and is associated with more severe side effects. One of the major challenges in the management of DR-TB is patients’ non-adherence to treatment, which is often influenced by financial constraints, including transportation costs to healthcare facilities. Yayasan Mentari Meraki Asa has implemented a transportation assistance program (enabler) since 2020 to support patients in completing their treatment. This study aims to develop a system for selecting prospective recipients of enabler funds for patients with DR-TB using the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (Fuzzy SAW) algorithm. The system is designed to evaluate several criteria, namely income, number of dependents, disease severity, and the level of patient dependency. Through this approach, the distribution of assistance is expected to become more objective, targeted, and transparent, while supporting improvements in the treatment success rate of DR-TB.
