Abstract

Parenting is a behavior or way that parents do in educating their children. Children are safe and it is the responsibility of parents to be educated and cared for as well as possible. It is parents who will determine the development and future of children later. Parents can imitate the parenting applied by the Prophet Muhammad. He is a messenger of Allah SWT, a role model and a concrete example in educating Islamic children. One of the books that examines the upbringing of the Prophet Muhammad is the book Educating with the Prophet Saw by Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafizh Suwaid. The purpose of this research is to reveal the upbringing of the Prophet Muhammad in the book Educating Children with the Prophet SAW Mendidik. The type of research that the author uses in this research is library research library research. In the process of data analysis techniques the author uses document analysis. The results showed that the method of educating children like Rasulullah SAW contained in the book Mendidik Bersama Nabi SAW by Muhammad Nur Abdul Hafizh Suwaid that can be followed includes good examples, the right time to provide guidance, Being fair and equal to children, Fulfilling rights Children, Pray for children, Buy children's toys, Help children to do good and obey, Do not criticize children.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah proactively seeks to involve all segments of society in various educational and social activities. This approach not only strengthens the basis of tolerance and understanding between religious communities but also helps reduce prejudice and promote peaceful coexistence. Education is one of the most effective tools used by Muhammadiyah to spread the values ​​of tolerance. Schools and universities founded by this organization offer curricula that emphasize the importance of social harmony and diversity. This education is not limited to academic knowledge alone, but also involves extracurricular activities that promote interaction between students from various religious and ethnic backgrounds. The success of this approach can be seen not only from the harmony maintained between religious communities within Muhammadiyah but also from the recognition and appreciation received from the wider community. This proves that religion can be a positive force in a pluralistic society, supporting the idea that tolerance and harmony are the main pillars in building and maintaining a society.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an merupakan pedoman hidup manusia yang harus dipelajari dan difahami oleh seluruh umat muslim di muka bumi. Mereka yang bisa menghafalkan Al-Qur’an  akan mendapatkan kemuliaan didunia maupun di akhirat. Usia sekolah dasar merupakan waktu yang tepat untuk mengajarkan peserta didik menghafalkan Al-Qur’an  mulai dari surat-surah pendek. SD IIC merupakan sekolah Islam yang terletak di Kabupaten Pacitan yang menerapkan  metode muroja’ah untuk membantu peserta didik menghafalkan surah surah pendek dalam Al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif . Pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode muraja’ah membantu peserta didik mencapai target hafalan yang telah diprogramkan oleh sekolah, membantu peserta didik menghafalkan Al-Qur’an dengan baik, dan benar sesuai makhraj dan tajwidnya. Setelah diterapkannya metode muroja’ah hafalan peserta didik menjadi lancar fashih, tartil dan mampu menambah hafalan surah pendek dengan cepat.

Abstract

This study aims to explore multicultural education strategies at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo and the challenges encountered in their implementation. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research was conducted over six months, from January to June 2024. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis involving school principals, teachers, students, and educational staff. The findings indicate that effective multicultural education strategies include integrating multicultural values into the curriculum, utilizing extracurricular activities to enhance cultural understanding, and providing teacher training in diversity management. Additionally, key challenges include educators’ lack of experience in supporting cultural diversity, resistance from some students and parents, and limited resources. The study's implications emphasize the need to enhance teacher capacity through multicultural training, develop a more inclusive curriculum, and strengthen school policies that support diversity. This research provides valuable insights for educational institutions in fostering an inclusive and harmonious learning environment and encourages further studies with a broader scope of schools to enrich perspectives on implementing multicultural education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Language skills are a crucial aspect of early childhood development, serving as a foundation for cognitive processes, social interactions, and future learning experiences. Despite this significance, many young children continue to exhibit delays in both speaking and comprehension. This study aims to explore the use of finger puppet educational games to enhance the language skills of early childhood students at TK Tunas Putra in Desa Mantren, assess improvements in their language abilities, and identify factors that support or inhibit implementation. Employing a classroom action research (CAR) approach, the study was conducted over two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that finger puppet games significantly improved children's language skills, evidenced by enhanced speaking abilities, enriched vocabulary, and increased confidence in peer communication. The study concludes that finger puppet educational games are an effective medium for fostering language development in young children. Furthermore, this research underscores the importance of teacher creativity in selecting appropriate learning media that align with children's characteristics, thereby optimizing their overall development, particularly in the language domain.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin di Desa Kasihan mengadopsi pendekatan holistik dengan fokus pada penguatan mental dan spiritual. Kegiatan melibatkan identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, pendampingan, pembentukan kelompok, dan pengembangan program swadaya. Abstract

Penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah secara tidak langsung ikut berperan dalam pengelolaan sekolah, peran tersebut dijalankan oleh leader. Kesuksesan atau keefektifan proses pendidikan akan sangat di pengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Seorang yang berjiwa pemimpin ialah kepala sekolah yakni sosok pemimpin di dunia pendidikan yang memiliki sikap cakap dan bijaksana terutama disiplin dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan. Inilah yang mendorong peneliti untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kedisiplinan guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebarkan secara online, didukung dengan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan pengambilan data dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo yang diselenggarakan oleh Majelis Dikdasmen Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 59 guru. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji Normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji Regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan guru. Adapun koefisien regresi sebesar Y=a+bX. Y=27,892+0,761X. Pengaruh yang dihasilkan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 73,0 % terhadap kedisiplinan guru. 27 % sisanya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor lain diluar variabel dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Background:Recent scholarship highlights communicative competence as a foundational dimension of teacher professionalism; however, within Islamic Early Childhood Education, its conceptualization remains fragmented, often limited to surface-level linguistic or performative skills. This narrow treatment obscures the ethical, dialogic, and digital dimensions necessary for cultivating educators capable of navigating contemporary pedagogical demands while remaining grounded in Islamic value frameworks. Research Objectives:This study investigates the multidimensional constitution of communicative competence among prospective Islamic early childhood teachers and seeks to theorize an integrative framework, Islamic Educommunication Competence—that synthesizes spiritual–moral ethics, dialogic interaction, and critical digital literacy. Methods: Using an interpretivist qualitative design, data were collected from 60 participants through semi-structured interviews, sustained classroom observations, and document analysis of teaching artifacts. A hybrid inductive–deductive thematic analysis was applied, supported by iterative coding validation and intercoder reliability to ensure analytic rigor. Results: The analysis reveals that communicative competence emerges through three interdependent domains: (1) ethical–spiritual orientation, characterized by adab, sincerity, and moral intentionality; (2) dialogic and sociocultural mediation, reflected in collaborative reasoning, reflective discourse, and contextual sensitivity shaped by local Islamic cultural practices; and (3) critical digital engagement, which enables ethical, multimodal, and audience-responsive communication. Together, these domains articulate a theoretical expansion of communicative competence beyond linguistic ability. Conclusions: The study advances a conceptual model of Islamic Educommunication Competence that repositions communicative ability as an ethical–dialogic construct embedded within digital ecologies. This model offers significant implications for teacher education curricula seeking to integrate Islamic ethics with contemporary communication practices. Future research should examine the model’s transferability across broader Islamic education contexts and its empirical impact on classroom outcomes.
