Abstract: The study aims to determine the influence of Work Ethics, Work Stress and Work Experience simultaneously and partially on the performance of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi employees, Simalungun Regency. The type of research is quantitative research and the nature of the research is descriptive research. The respondents of the study were 71 company employees. The conclusions of the results of this study are: (1) Work Ethics have a significant partial effect on the Performance of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Employees, Simalunggun Regency, because the t-count value (5.387) > t-table (1.996) was obtained; (2) Work Stress has a significant partial effect on Employee Performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi, Simalunggun Regency, because the -t-count value (-2.105) < -t-table (-1.996) was obtained; (3) Work Experience has a significant partial effect on the performance of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Employees, Simalunggun Regency, because the t-count value (6.539) > t-table (1.996) was obtained; (4) Work Ethics, Work Stress and Work Experience have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi, Simalunggun Regency, because the F-count value (159.267) is obtained > F-table value (2.74); and (5) Changes in employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi, Simalunggun Regency are 87.2%. determined by Work Ethics, Work Stress and Work Experience, while the remaining 12.8% is caused by other variables/factors not discussed in this study. Keywords: Work Ethics, Work Stress and Work Experience Employee Performance Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Etika Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Kabupaten Simalungun. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian yaitu penelitian deskriptif. Responden penelitian adalah karyawan perusahaan berjumlah 71 orang. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Etika Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Kabupaten Simalunggun, karena diperoleh nilai thitung (5,387) > ttabel (1,996); (2) Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Kabupaten Simalunggun, karena diperoleh nilai -thitung (-2,105) < -ttabel (-1,996); (3) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja Karyawan PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Kabupaten Simalunggun, karena diperoleh nilai thitung (6,539) > ttabel (1,996); (4) Etika Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Kabupaten Simalunggun, karena diperoleh nilai Fhitung (159,267) > nilai Ftabel (2.74); dan (5) Perubahan Kinerja karyawan pada PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Padang Matinggi Kabupaten Simalunggun sebesar 87,2%. ditentukan oleh Etika Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 12,8% disebabkan oleh variabel/faktor lain yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini.
