Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance through Motivation (Case Study in Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang). "Where variable X is Job Satisfaction and Motivation dependent variable Job Performance (Case Study on Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang ) ". This study uses a classic assumption test consisting of the Normality test, the Herosadisity Test, the multicoreanerity test and the multiple regression test, the determinant test and the path test while the hypothesis is tested using the t test and F test. The results of this study are the variable job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the work performance of Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang employees Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the work preservation of Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang employees and job satisfaction indirectly has a significant effect on work performance Pizza Hut Branch Ahmad Yani Padang employees through motivation

Abstract

Expressed breast milk is breast milk that is taken by expressing it from the breast to be stored and later given to the baby. A working mother, who still wants to give exclusive breastfeeding, will find it difficult to give her breast milk directly so that breast milk is given in the form of expressed milk. Basically, breast milk is sterile, but during storage at room temperature, the number of bacteria can increase and decrease the nutrients contained in breast milk. The nutritional components contained in breast milk are macronutrients such as protein, carbohydrates and fats. This study was a pure experimental study using post tes only group design. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in temperature and storage duration of Dairy Milk on the content of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat). The sample in this study were exclusively breastfeeding mothers for 3 to 6 months who were in the working area of the Nilam Sari Public Health Center, Bukittinggi City. Statistical test using One Way Annova test. The results of this study indicate that the levels of protein, carbohydrates, and fat in breast milk stored for 6 hours at room temperature 20-250C, for 7 days and 14 days in a freezer at a temperature of -150C experienced a significant decrease with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of temperature and storage time of expressed breast milk on the content of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat). Therefore, breast milk should be given directly to the baby. However, for working mothers, the storage of expressed breast milk can still be done by taking into account the sterility of the breast milk container, the storage temperature and not repeating the storage. Abstract

Permasalahan pelaksanaan inspeksi AHTS untuk kesiapan operasional kapal adalah 1) Pemeliharaan dan perawatan kapal yang belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal oleh crew di atas kapal, 2) Kurangnya pemahaman kru terhadap aturan tentang standar keselamatan yang harus dipenuhi di kapal, 3) Adanya dokumen dan sertifikat yang telah habis masa berlakunya di atas kapal dan perlu dilakukan endorsement (pengukuhan). Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah:1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan inspeksi ke AHTS Logindo Stamina oleh pen-carter untuk kesiapan operasional kapal pada PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk, 2) Untuk mengetahui adakah hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan inspeksi ke AHTS Logindo Stamina oleh pen-carter untuk kesiapan operasional kapal pada PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Logindo Samudramakmur Tbk Jakarta dari bulan Februari sampai Mei 2019. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara observasi, interview, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Staf Operasional PT Logindo SamudramakmurTbk.Hasil penelitian ini adalah diperlukannya pemeliharaan dan perawatan secara berkala untuk menjamin bahwa armada yang dimilikinya selalu dalam kondisi laik laut dan siap untuk beroperasi di lautan lepas pantai ketika disewa (carter) dengan tahapan: 1) persiapan pelaksanaan inspeksi kapal meliputi: a) kondisi kapal, b) petugas pendamping inspektor, c) waktu dan tempat, d) prosedur manual dan catatan harian di kapal, e) peralatan keselamatan, f) akomodasi, 2) Proses pelaksanaan inspeksi kapal meliputi: a) kondisi kapal, b) bagian lambung kapal, c) bagian mesin kapal, d) alat keselamatan di kapal, e) sertifikat di atas kapal, 3) laporan hasil inspeksi dan pemenuhan kelengkapan persyaratan oleh owner (pemilik kapal), 4) terbitnya sertifikat on hire sebagai syarat penyerahan kapal kepada pihak pen-carter karena didalamnya berisi keterangan mengenai waktu dan tempat penyerahan kapal dan keterangan mengenai jumlah sisa bahan bakar di kapal sebelum kapal disewa atau digunakan oleh pihak pencarter.
