Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh switching barrier dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada produk Interbis di PT. Multimas Sumber Harapan Padang baik secara parsial maupun simultan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh switching barrier terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada produk Interbis melalui citra merek di PT. Multimas Sumber Harapan Padang dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada produk Interbis melalui switching barrier di PT. Multimas Sumber Harapan Padang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu dengan menggunakan riset lapangan dan riset pustaka. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan path analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukka bahwa: 1) Switching Barrier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan karena t hitung 7,020 lebih besar dari t tabel dan nilai sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). 2) Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan karena t hitung 10,200 lebih besar dari t tabel dan nilai sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). 3) Switching Barrier dan Citra Merek berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama sama terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) karena F hitung 196,297 lebih besar dari F tabel dan nilai sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari α (0,05). 4) Switching Barrier berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Citra Merek karena nilai analisis path sebesar 0,363 dimana lebih besar dari α (0,05). 5) Citra Merek berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Switching Barrier karena nilai analisis path sebesar 0,252 dimana lebih besar dari α (0,05). 6) Hasil analisis determinasi diperoleh angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,804 atau sebesar 80,4%. Hal ini menunjukan persentase sumbangan variabel Switching Barrier dan Citra Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan sebesar 80,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi varibel diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan teori keseimbangan dari Nawawi, 2012. Dalam teori keseimbangan ini terdapat input, outcome dan comparison person yang bertujuan :(1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai :(3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinanberpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengelolaan data dengan menggunakan Analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f yang didasarkan atas data primer dari hasil survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner langsung kepada 44 karyawan PT. Pertani (Persero) Cabang Sumbar. Hasil analisis dari data penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai :(2) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai :(3) kepemimpinan danbudaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka perlu penelitian lebih lanjut tentang budaya organisasi yang kurang sesuai dan kepemimpinan yang kurang baik terhadap kinerja karyawan di bagian operasional PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance through Motivation (Case Study in Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang). "Where variable X is Job Satisfaction and Motivation dependent variable Job Performance (Case Study on Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang ) ". This study uses a classic assumption test consisting of the Normality test, the Herosadisity Test, the multicoreanerity test and the multiple regression test, the determinant test and the path test while the hypothesis is tested using the t test and F test. The results of this study are the variable job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the work performance of Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang employees Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the work preservation of Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Branch Padang employees and job satisfaction indirectly has a significant effect on work performance Pizza Hut Branch Ahmad Yani Padang employees through motivation

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) engaged in rail transportation services. The company is very concerned about improving employee performance. Factors that affect achievement are career planning, work environment and work stress. Career planning is an opportunity created by the company in developing the talents possessed by its employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of these factors on employee performance in optimizing company functions so that they improve better. The data population processed in the study amounted to 510 people and the sample used was 83 people who were processed using the Slovin formula. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM) in measuring the level of relationship of each variable with its construct indicators. The results obtained are the contribution of career planning, career environment, and work stress to employee performance of 46.5%, with 53.5% being influenced by other variables outside of this study. So that this research can be used as an indicator in optimizing employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of firm size and financial performance through GCG on value of the firm both directly and indirectly. This research was conducted at state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2017. The population used in this study is the financial statements of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2012-2017. The number of BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 20 companies. So the total population in this study is 120 BUMN financial statements for 6 years. The number of companies sampled in this study were 14 companies during the study period, from 2012-2017 using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is path analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of hypothesis testing and path analysis show that firm size has a positive and significant effect on corporate governance and negative effect on value of the firm partially. Financial performance has a positive and not significant effect on GCG but has a significant effect on value of the firm. While GCG does not affect the value of the company either directly or indirectly.

Abstract

The contribution of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative to the development of the community's economy is very large considering that most of the people whose business scale belongs to this home business group are widely found in the environment, especially in Pandai Sikek Sepuluh Koto (X Koto) District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The purpose of this activity is to make the product packaging more attractive and durable and can avoid product damage, but it also aims to market products using digital marketing. The implementation of this service begins with a pre-survey of the location. Furthermore, entrepreneurship training and cooperative marketing and financial management programs were carried out. The method of implementing the activities to be carried out in the community services program is in accordance with the field of problems handled in the cooperative. The community services activities carried out produced several outputs, namely the availability of unique product packaging to be the hallmark of products produced by Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperatives, as well as the existence of marketing and promotional media based on digital marketing so that the market share of weaving craftsmen's products becomes wider. The other hand, activities can also improve the expertise of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative in skills and marketing products.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM hasil tangkapan ikan di Kelurahan Teluk Kabung Tengah dalam meningkatkan market share mereka. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam hal pengembangan produk dan pemasaran. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek langsung dalam memperbaiki kualitas produk dan pengemasan. Selain itu, diberikan pula pendampingan dalam hal pembuatan brand produk dan pemasaran online melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM hasil tangkapan ikan di Kelurahan Teluk Kabung Tengah mampu meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pengemasan sehingga mendapatkan kepercayaan dari pelanggan. Selain itu, pelaku UMKM juga mampu memperluas pangsa pasarnya dengan meningkatkan kerjasama dengan pengecer dan memasarkan produk secara online. Diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat setempat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan kualitas hidup melalui pengembangan UMKM yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know: a) how the development of tourism sector in the city of padang, b) what development programs undertaken by the cultural and tourism office of the city of padang, and c) obstacles faced by the culture and tourism office of the city of padang in developing tourism object . Technique of collecting data in this research is done by interview, observation also literature study. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis that is digging information from the source about the development of tourism sector in Padang city. The results showed that a) Tourism sector in the city of Padang has experienced a good development. This is evident from the increase in the number of visitors who come to the tourist attraction of the city of Padang, especially Padang Beach attractions and Sweet water Beach has become a favorite tourist destination for local and foreign tourists. In addition, the municipal government of Padang together with the tourism office also continues to make development efforts by revitalizing the 5 selected tourist objects, namely padang beach, siti nurbaya, heritage, old town, and waterfront, b) development program undertaken by the culture and tourism office the city of Padang through various activities such as tourism destination development programs, partnership development, regional tourism product development, promotion of tourism in social media sharing and web, c) Constraints faced in the development of urban tourist attraction is limited budget funds, community mindset is still primitive and yet modern, the education of the tourism actors is still low and not well managed infrastructure in some tourist attractions such as beaches sweet water, sand jambak and others.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: 1) comparison of financial performance between conventional Bank (BRI) and Bank Syari'ah (Bank Panin Syari'ah) listed in BEI period 2011-2015 seen from financial liquidity ratio (Quick Ratio, LDR), ratio solvability (CAR), and Rentability ratio (ROA, BOPO and NPM). 2) Differences in the financial performance of conventional banks (BRI) and Bank Syari'ah (Panin Bank Syari'ah). The population in this research is Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Panin Syari'ah. The sample is the financial statements of the two banks from 2011-2015. The analysis method used is the analysis of liquidity ratio, solvability and Rentabilitas. Hypothesis test using two different test average (independent sample t- test). The results show that quick ratio, LDR, CAR, ROA, BOPO, and NPM Bank BRI is good, because it has been able to reach predefined standards. For Bank Panin Syari'ah only the ratio of CAR, ROA, BOPO and NPM are said to be good, because it has been able to achieve the standards that have been determined despite decreases and increases. As for the ratio of LDR and Quick ratio in Bank Panin Syariah has not been good because during the period 2011-2015 has not been able to reach the standard set by BI at 81% -110% and 15% -20%. Quick Ratio, CAR, ROA and Net Profit Margin of Bank BRI and Bank Panin Syaria'ah there are significant differences. Meanwhile, if seen from the ratio of LDR, and BOPO there is no significant difference between the financial performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Panin Syariah due to significant value greater than alpha 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and company size on CSR disclosure either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2017. The population in this study are all BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2012-2017 as many as 20 companies. The number of companies sampled in this study were 14 companies during the study period, from 2012-2017 using the purposive sampling metho The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and the F test. The results showed that: 1. Financial performance had a positive and significant effect on the disclosure of CSR of BUMN in the 2012-2016 period. 2. The size of the company has a positive and significant effect on the disclosure of CSR of BUMN in the 2012-2016 period. 3. The contribution of financial performance and company size to CSR disclosures is 43.9% while the remaining 56.1% is influenced by other variables such as managerial ownership, institutional ownership, leverage and others.
