Abstract

Enhancing network infrastructure is achieved through integrating VXLAN technology, Python-automated circuit operations, and Ansible-driven Network Operating System (NOS) configurations, complemented by GitHub for reliable configuration backups. VXLAN, a robust network virtualization protocol, addresses the challenges of managing extensive network segments. Python scripts facilitate the automated analysis, creation, and management of network circuits, significantly boosting efficiency and accuracy. Ansible, a powerful automation tool, is employed to streamline NOS configurations, ensuring consistency and reducing manual overhead in network settings. Concurrently, GitHub, working in tandem with crontab scheduling, offers a dependable platform for the automated, regular backup of configurations, thus enhancing network resilience and simplifying recovery processes. The collective implementation of VXLAN, Python, and Ansible automation, along with GitHub for configuration management, marks a notable advancement in operational efficiency, underscoring their importance as critical components in the modernization and security of network infrastructures.

Abstract

The implementation of audio-visual learning media is very good for learning in madrasah, because students learn. This implementation is not only to attract attention so that students are able to pay attention to what material is in it, but the implementation of this learning media is to improve their memory through audio-visual learning. As according to Hamalik (Atin Fatimah 2019: 23) there are three factors that affect the success of a learning media implementation, namely: support from the head of the madrasah, peer teacher support, and internal support in the classroom. This implementation will not work if it is only driven by one factor such as the teacher, but everything will work if all are able to encourage and influence each other to keep running well an audio-visual learning media

Abstract

Teachers are not only responsible for teaching but also play an active role in curriculum development to ensure effective implementation in classrooms. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Al Baitul Amien 02 Elementary School (Full Day School) in Jember, focusing on the role of fourth-grade teachers. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews, observations, and document studies as data sources. The findings revealed three main issues: limited training and experience with the Independent Curriculum, insufficient high-quality references in textbooks, and suboptimal time management. Additionally, disparities in digital access and teachers' technological competencies pose challenges to fostering creative and innovative learning. This study highlights that active teacher involvement in curriculum development and adaptation can enhance learning quality, though it requires greater support in training and resources. The study provides insights for improving the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in primary school settings.

Abstract

This study investigates the challenges faced by fourth-grade teachers at SD Al Baitul Amien 02 (Full Day School) in Jember in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The introduction identifies key issues such as a lack of experience with the curriculum, insufficient training, and low-quality textbooks that hinder the effective adoption of student-centered learning. The study employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interviews and classroom observations to explore how teachers navigate these challenges. Results reveal that teachers struggle with time management due to a packed schedule, limited access to digital resources, and a lack of basic digital competencies, which further complicate the implementation process. The study concludes by highlighting the need for improved teacher training, better access to resources, and more time for teachers to adapt to the curriculum changes in order to enhance the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school.
