Abstract

The study aims to investigate the challenges and issues arising from the impact of digital leadership and organizational capabilities on Early Childhood Education (ECE) School Mover in Bandung City. This includes understanding how these factors may hinder or enhance the educational environment in such institutions. This research examines the influence of digital leadership and organizational capabilities in Early Childhood Education (ECE) School Mover in Bandung City. The author used the Structure Equation Model (SEM) in conjunction with quantitative methods on a sample of 238 participants. Results indicate that all indicators on both variables effectively reflect the latent variables, and show a strong level of validity. These findings underscore the significance of digital leadership in enhancing educational organizational capabilities. Even though ECE is part of School Mover, with the vision "Freedom to Learn, Freedom to Play," this research reveals that there is still a gap between the need for digitalization in education and the ability of ECE organizations to adopt digital technology. Efforts to overcome this inequality must include technology training for teaching staff, support from the government, adequate budget allocation, and a leadership model that can lead ECE organizations in adopting digital technology. The demonstrated strong correlation between digital leadership and organizational capabilities underscores the need for targeted interventions to bridge the digital leadership implementation gap in ECE.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak usia dini pada kelompok B melalui permainan tradisional oray-orayan di RA Rohmatika Desa Rancatungku Kecamatan Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Bandung. Secara khusus kedisiplinan yang di maksud dalam penelitian ini yaitu disiplin dalam menataati peraturan sekolah ,mengantri baris berbaris dengan rapih dan menyimpan sepatu pada tempatnya . Penelitain Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang difokuskan pada situasi kelas, atau lazim dikenal dengan classroom action researarch prosedur yang di gunakan berbentuk siklus. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model Kemmis & Mc Taggart penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus . Teknik penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh,dapat disimpulkan dari Siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui permainan tradisional oray orayan menunjukkan ada perkembangan kedisiplinan dalam menataati peraturan sekolah ,mengantri baris berbaris dengan rapih dan menyimpan sepatu pada tempatnya.

Abstract

The success of early childhood education institutions is undoubtedly linked to the role of the principal, who must possess the qualifications and competencies of a kindergarten/RA principal as stipulated by the Minister of Education. The performance of a principal will undoubtedly influence various components within an educational institution, including teacher welfare and the progress of early childhood education institutions. This study aims to determine the influence of the performance of PAUD principals in Cangkuang Kulon Village, Dayeuhkolot District, Bandung Regency on teacher welfare and PAUD progress. The research was conducted by collecting data from questionnaires distributed to 23 PAUD institutions with a total of 54 teacher respondents. This study obtained 74.1% of the data. PAUD principals in Cangkuang Kulon village showed continuous improvement in the quality of education, and PAUD teachers obtained welfare in accordance with the indicators as PAUD teachers, as seen from 64.8% of PAUD teachers always having a professional attitude in accordance with Law No. 14 of 2005 in facing work challenges. PAUD institutions are in line with PAUD institutional development indicators, as evidenced by 59.3%, indicating that PAUD institutions meet children's needs in terms of learning and physical activities.
