Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak pemasaran konten di TikTok terhadap perilaku pembelian mahasiswa Generasi Z, khususnya fokus pada studi kasus yang dilakukan di Universitas Teuku Umar. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif, khususnya berfokus pada hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Studi menerapkan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 orang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat dipahami bahwa variabel pemasaran konten tertentu mempunyai dampak penting terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel pemasaran content mempunyai dampak yang signifikan secara statistik mengenai keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00<0,05. Variabel pemasaran konten berkonstribusi signifikan terhadap 22,2% variasi keputusan pembelian, sisanya 70,8% ditentukan oleh variabel lain variabel yang tidak dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze whether online customer ratings and customer reviews influence purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The population of this study were students at PTN Meulaboh, West Aceh. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique based on the Lemeshow formula to obtain a sample size of 96 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that partially online customer ratings do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as obtained by the sig value. of 0.128>0.05 and the calculated t value < ttable (0.535 <1.985). Furthermore, customer reviews partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions where the t-count value of the customer reviews variable (X2) is 5,811 greater than the t table value (5,811 <1.985) and the sig value. 0.000<0.05. Then simultaneously online customer ratings and customer reviews together have a positive and significant effect as seen from the calculated f test of 48,389 and f table of 3.094 (48,389>3.094) and the sig value. 0.000>0.05. Then look at the Adjusted R Square value of 0.499 or 49%, the remaining 51% is explained by other factors outside this variable.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat. PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat is a state-owned enterprise business that is engaged in sending packages, documents and goods to various areas of West Aceh. In carrying out its activities, employee performance needs to be improved in order to increase the consistency of the company so that it can evaluate and change in an increasingly advanced era. The purpose of this study intends to determine and determine the influence of environmental factors and work motivation obtained by employees on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires (questions) to employees and then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests through the SPSS version 25 tool. The results showed that environmental variables and work motivation at PT Pos Indonesia Aceh Barat were able to have a positive impact and had an impact significantly to employee performance by 87.2%.
