Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pola hubungan kemanusiaan pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pendidikan, sehingga terbuktif secara empirik tentang perilaku humanitas pendidik terhadap peserta didik dalam proses pendidikan di kota Malang. Selanjutnya peneliti memberikan tawaran konsep peningkatkan kualitas humanitas pendidik dalam proses pendidikan di kota Malang. Pendekatan dilakukan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif–fenomenologis. Instrument; indept interview, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Model analisis; Miles dan Huberman, dan grand theory; teori humanisasi Freire. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti, bahwa:Perilaku humanitas pendidik terhadap peserta didik dalam proses pendidikan di (SDN Purwantoro 7 dan SDN Buring) kota Malang – masih menemui kendala paradigmatis; guru masih berpandangan, ‘kekerasan’ yang dilakukan- dapat memicu lahirnya ‘spirit dan kemauan’ belajar anak. Dampaknya, proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan pendekatan threats of violence. Maka sebagai tawaran konsep dalam penelitian ini:Meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik kompetensi guru melalui re-awareness terhadap potensi personal guru dengan penguatan apresiasi diri secara natural. Menguatkan motivasi ekstrinsik melalui penyehatan sistem manajerial keorganisasian melalui pemberian apresiasi terhadap kinerja guru. Meningkatkan layanan trilogi+1 pembelajar; konsep humanis yang memperlakukan guru, peserta didik, dan orangtua sebagai pelaku yang sama-sama aktif; koordinatif, komunikatif, dan apresiatif terhadapt setiap pencapaian pengetahuan yang didapatkan, serta menjadikan IP sebagai objek dan media pengembangan mentalitas peserta didik (manusia).

Abstract

Good integrated curriculum planning affects the implementation of curriculum in a good boarding school environment. The impact has a positive nuance for the development of curriculum management in Madrasah. The purpose of this research is to reveal: How to plan integrated curriculum on Madrasah in the pesantren environment in improving the quality of existing teachers. The study used a qualitative approach with multi-case design. Data validity collection and verification techniques. The results showed that (1) Integrated curriculum management in Madrasah in the boarding school needs to coordinate so that the curriculum is in accordance with the needs in three research locations, (2) The principal activities at the Madrasah And teachers can provide information to convey activity materials to students (3) The involvement of the principal in curriculum planning in the institution of boarding schools can exist if supported by local and national subjects. The conclusion of this study as follows (1) can improve teacher's professional and quality of education, (2) can improve the professionalism of teachers and students by the guidance on the new curriculum, (3) can meet the needs of society.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the reinforcement of teacher competence is a continuous thing to do in sustainability because it is about mastery of the learning process in the school. Learning is helping students gain a variety of experiences, so that students' behavior increases, both quantity and quality. The experience includes knowledge, skills and values or norms that serve as controlling attitudes and behaviors. Learning is done by setting up a variety of interactions that exist in and around learning moments that include effective learning elements that influence student success. Good learning according to the Gestalt tradition, which is an attempt to give the subject matter in such a way that students more easily organize it (organize it) into a meaningful pattern.

Abstract

Perairan Minahasa Utara bagian Barat pada umumnya merupakan hamparan batu karang yang memiliki potensi sumber daya perikanan yang relatif melimpah salah satunya adalah gurita (Octopus). Dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya ini masyarakat nelayan Desa Budo menangkap gurita menggunakan alat tangkap pancing yang disebut sihoru atau gara–gara boboca, alat tangkap ini adalah alat tangkap pancing jenis tonda. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan warna umpan terhadap jumlah hasil Tangkapan dan mengetahui spesies octopus hasil tangkapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan adalah eksperimental dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik Uji T. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil nilai analisis P coklat hitam dan sebesar 0.6041, coklat dan merah sebesar 0.4762, hitam dan merah sebesar 0.8455 yang semua nilainya berada diatas α0.05 = 2.2281 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan warna umpan tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi gurita yang tertangkap adalah Octopus cyanea. Kata kunci :Desa Budo, gurita, sihoru

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa model dan bentuk pancing yang digunakan nelayan Pasir Panjang, Kota Bitung dalam perikanan gurita. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara ilmiah nelayan belum dapat menentukan model pancing yang efektif dalam kegiatan penangkapan gurita. Alat dan bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat tangkap pancing dengan tali pancing No.1000 dan Tiga buah pancing gurita dengan bentuk yang berbeda (bentuk kepiting, kain rumbai dan udang). Pengoperasian pancing gurita dilakukan pada waktu pagi menjelang siang hari selama satu bulan di daerah penangkapan yang sama. Analisis data untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan bentuk pancing terhadap jumlah dan berat serta rerata jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan bentuk mata pancing berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil tangkapan, dengan mata pancing bentuk rumbai memperoleh hasil tangkapan yang lebih banyak dibandingkan bentuk Kepiting dan Udang.  Kata kunci : bentuk pancing gurita, gurita

Abstract

The study aims to test the adaptability to psychological well-being through the role of the intervening variable, school well-being at Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lumajang Regency. The study's limitations include its emphasis on three variables, which could restrict its depth of understanding.  Furthermore, data collecting using a single-location sample. This research is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study was new students at Miftahul Ulum Lumajang Islamic boarding school, with a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula of 102 new students. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire via Google Form. The data processing techniques used in this study used the SMART-PLS version 4.0 application. The research findings in the hypothesis testing concluded: 1) adaptability has a significant positive effect on the psychological well-being of new students by 22.3%, 2) adaptability has a significant positive effect on the school well-being of new students, by 69.1%, 3) school well-being has a significant positive effect on the psychological well-being of new students by 60.5%, 4) adaptability has a significant positive effect on the psychological well-being of new students through the intervening role of school well-being variables by 41.8%.
