Abstract

Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan menjadi sangat penting, di mana pertumbuhan dan perkembangan lembaga dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan administrator dalam melakukan scaning lingkungan eksternal, kompetitor lembaga lain, memperhitungkan kompetensi internal dan harus dapat menciptakan strategi yang mumpuni untuk memenangkan persaingan tanpa meninggalkan esensi dari pendidikan itu sendiri serta diperlukan pemasaran. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pemasaran lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di MTsN 1 Tuban Jatim Penelitian kualitatif dengan Melihat permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai maka penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis Data dengan melakukan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitiannya: implementasi pemasaran lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di MTsN 1 Tuban Jawa Timur dilakukan dengan: 1) Product (Produk) Madrasah: produk/jasa madrasah yang ditawarkan berkualitas, program pembiasaan karakter, kurikulum kemendiknas, kementerian agama dan muatan lokal serta bidang ekstrakurikuler madrasah 2) Price (harga) Madrasah: Biaya administrasi pendaftaran ringan sesuai dengan kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Penetapan biaya jasa madrasah ada bulanan dan tahunan. 3) Place (tempat/lokasi): Lokasi di madrasah tsanawiyah sangat mudah akses, dengan jalan yang tidak rentan macet. Tidak bising sehingga kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap kondusif dan nyaman. 4) Promotion (promosi) Madrasah: promosi dengan kunjungan ke SD/MI, pemasangan baliho dan spanduk, penyebaran brosur madrasah, promosi lewat ekstrakurikuler yang sering menjuarai atau tampil di beberapa event dan promosi media sosial seperti facebook, website, instagram, maupun youtube madrasah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the significant influence of the principal's participative leadership style and school climate on the work ethic of teachers at MAN 2 Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. The approach in this research is quantitative. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population is all teachers at MAN 2 Mojokerto. The sample used was 105 respondents. The data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.The results of the research areThere is a significant influence of the principal's participative leadership style on the teacher's work ethic, which means that the higher the participative leadership style, the higher the teacher's work ethic.;there is a significant influence of school climate on teacher work ethic, which means that the higher the school climate, the higher the teacher's work ethic; There is a significant influence of the principal's participative leadership style and the school climate on the teacher's work ethic, which means that the higher the principal's participative leadership style and the higher the school climate, the higher the teacher's work ethic.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the managerial influence of school principals on teacher performance in MAN 1 Kediri City. The approach in this research is quantitative. The type of research used in this research is associative research. The population is the total number of MAN 1 Kediri City teachers, namely 83 teachers who are also the research sample. The data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the research are that there is a significant influence of conceptual skills on teacher competency in MAN 1 Kediri City, there is a significant influence of technical skills on teacher competency in MAN 1 Kediri City, there is a significant influence of Social Skills on competency teachers at MAN 1 Kediri City, there is a significant influence jointly between conceptual skills, technical skills and social skills on the competence of teachers at MAN 1 Kediri City.

Abstract

To determine the leadership of madrasah heads in improving the quality of educational institutions at MAN 1 Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with field research and uses a case study design. The research location is MAN 1 Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia. Data was obtained from school principals, leaders of MAN 1 Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia, staff and teachers. The data collection methods used were participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. From this research, the research results can be seen, namely: 1) The head of the madrasah in mobilizing to improve the quality of educational institutions at MAN 1 Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia by means of; participate in preparing lesson plans, select teachers who are competent in guiding students in self-development, provide motivation to subordinates, form team work (cooperation), coordinate task activities for participating in training, the head of the madrasah also holds meetings with subordinates, and provide motivation to subordinates by setting a good example. 2) The leadership of the madrasa head in directing the improvement of the quality of educational institutions at MAN 1 Bojonegoro, East Java, Indonesia by means of; the head of the madrasah motivates teachers to be more creative, and coordinates the results of their work, the head of the madrasah always evaluates teacher activities, and holds official meetings with subordinates, by providing motivation to teachers during official meetings, the head of the madrasah gives a task to teachers to take part in training, the head of the madrasah gives the task of making lesson plans to teachers, the head of the madrasah also gives good role models to subordinates to be an example of hard work for subordinates, 3) Leadership of the head of the madrasah in influencing the improvement of the quality of educational institutions at MAN 1 Bojonegoro Java Eastern Indonesia by means of the head of the madrasah giving an award to teachers who excel in guiding students, the head of the madrasah provides role models and provides attention, provides welfare, provides a good example, motivates subordinates, the head of the madrasah supports and gives appreciation for achievement to his subordinates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kepemimpinan Visioner Sebagai Langkah Strategis dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Tenaga Pendidik Di Pondok Pesantren Jawahirul Hikmah Tulungagung. Penelitian dalam disertasi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh   kiai  sebagai pemimpin pesantren merupakan fenomena kepemimpinan yang menarik. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan  metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah  l) Kondensasi data 2) penyajian data,    3) penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa:   kepemimpinan visioner  dilakukan dengan  kiai menjadi penentu arah,   agen perubahan, pembimbing  dan   teladan yang baik yaitu ruhul jihad dan semangat memperjuangkan dan memajukan pondok pesantren Jawaahirul Hikmah  dengan membentuk   tim dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan dan bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kepemimpinan Visioner Sebagai Langkah Strategis dalam Meningkatkan Kreativitas Tenaga Pendidik Di Pondok Pesantren Jawahirul Hikmah Tulungagung terdiri dari: a)  Kepemimpinan visioner Kiai Moch Zaki  yang dilanjutkan oleh putranya Gus Zaldi sebagai penentu arah dilakukan dengan mengkomunikasikan visi kepada seluruh komponen pondok pesantren JH baik dari secara horizontal maupun vertikal. b) Kiai di pondok pesantren Jawahirul Hikmah menjadi agen perubahan yang bertanggung jawab menggugah perubahan pondok Pesantren Jawaahirul dengan mengajarkan ilmu agama dan umum untuk  menyiapkan dan membentuk generasi muda yang berwawasan  agama dan  berintelektual  tinggi. c) Kiai sebagai pembimbing yang baik dengan membentuk kerjasama tim dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi pondok pesantren Jawaahirul Hikmah yaitu:  dibentuk tim dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan dan bekerjasama dengan pihak eksternal dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. d) Kiai sebagai uswatun hasanah atau teladan yang baik yaitu ruhul jihad dan semangat memperjuangkan dan memajukan pondok pesantren Jawaahirul Hikmah.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam bingkai pendidikan Islam. Fenomena pendidikan yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini pun cukup beragam, mulai dari aspek sosial, politik, budaya, kesehatan dan ekonomi serta aspek lainnya. Meskipun akhir-akhir ini prestasi intelektual anak-anak Indonesia mengalami peningkatan cukup baik dengan banyaknya prestasi di berbagai olimpiade sains Nasional atau Internasional, namun kemunduran justru terjadi pada aspek lain yang amat penting, yaitu karakter peserta didik/siswa sebagai generasi bangsa Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pemerintah merumuskan dan melaksanakan pendidikan karakter yang banyak di genjarkan di lembaga pendidikan sebagai solusinya untuk di perkuat moralitas peserta didik. Pendidikan karakter yang di integrasikan melalui Intelectual, Emotional and Spiritual Quotient hadir sebagai solusi problem moralitas dan karakter itu sendiri. Hanya saja pendidikan karakter ini memiliki kelebihan karena merangkum tiga aspek kecerdasan peserta didik/siswa, yaitu kecerdasan afektif, kognitif dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the optimization of spiritual leadership in the development of Islamic education in a madrasah. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. Data collection methods include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis methods employed are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) The spiritual leadership of the principal has been implemented effectively, primarily through the application of the values ​​of integrity (siddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), open human relations (fathanah), and innovative work (tabligh) in the school environment. The optimization of spiritual leadership in the development of Islamic education is reflected in the instillation of values that are not solely oriented towards worldly life, but also towards the afterlife. Thus, both the principal and teachers carry out their duties not only as administrative and instructional obligations, but as a form of devotion to Allah SWT.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strategic management of education in increasing competitiveness at the Al-Amin Mojokerto Islamic boarding school. The research method used is a qualitative research approach.The data collection procedure used in this research is: Participant Observation. in-depth interviews (in deep interviews), and Documentation. This research uses a case study design, so analyzing the data is carried out in three stages, namely: (1) data condensation, (2) data presentation, and (3) verification and drawing conclusions. Research results regardingstrategic management in increasing competitiveness at the Al Amin Mojokerto Islamic boarding school, namely: 1) The condition of demand for Islamic boarding schools with an increase in students every year, demand is getting bigger every year, Good management by providing Islamic boarding schools, Good communication with the head and foundation for the advancement of madrasas, adding educational staff and infrastructure, 2) Offers made by Islamic boarding schools by preparing and managing students well, students must board, so that students can go to school and recite the Koran, creating a clean and healthy environment, integrating the Ministry of Religion's curriculum learning and Salafiyah curriculum. 3) Marketing carried out by Islamic boarding schools is as follows: a) by combining learning from the Ministry of Religion curriculum and the Salafiyah curriculum, and supporting the development of life skills and achievements by providing qiro'atul Qur'an training, monthly khitobah, computer courses, bahtsul masail, tahfidz al-Qur'an, coaching and achievement development programs for subjects and special programs. b) the costs allocated are in accordance with the budget, economical and in accordance with needs and simplicity, c) by utilizing alumni because alumni are real living brochures and through websites and marching competitions. d) Location of the Islamic boarding school, namely: access to the madrasa is very easy and there is expansion of the location. b) the costs allocated are in accordance with the budget, economical and in accordance with needs and simplicity, c) by utilizing alumni because alumni are real living brochures and through websites and marching competitions. d) Location of the Islamic boarding school, namely: access to the madrasa is very easy and there is expansion of the location. b) the costs allocated are in accordance with the budget, economical and in accordance with needs and simplicity, c) by utilizing alumni because alumni are real living brochures and through websites and marching competitions. d) Location of the Islamic boarding school, namely: access to the madrasa is very easy and there is expansion of the location.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational support on teacher creativity and the meaning of work as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at MI Mujahidin. This research is quantitative. Using an explanatory research approach with a survey approach. The questionnaire was prepared based on research variables: organizational support, teacher creativity and meaning of work. Research data was taken from 100 teachers who were the samples for this research. Data collection was carried out using random sampling techniques. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using Smart PLS software. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational support has a positive effect on teacher creativity. Institutional support can stimulate an increase in creative ideas for teachers. Organizational support has a positive impact on the meaning of work. Organizational support will increase the meaningfulness of performance. The meaning of work has a positive influence on teacher creativity. Educational institutions support teachers and stimulate creativity and innovation. The mediating meaning of work on the positive influence of organizational support on teacher creativity. Thanks to the support from all elements at school, teachers will feel more meaningful for themselves. Organizational support from the workplace, recognition and motivation make teachers further develop their creative ideas and think that their work is essential and brings meaning to their work.

Abstract

This paper is a paper that raises the theme of quality management in madrasah education based on religious moderation and inclusion, in this paper there are three questions, first, what is the concept of quality management, in madrasah education? Second, what is the concept of religious moderation which is inclusive in madrasah education? and third, how is quality management in madrasah education based on religious moderation and inclusion? f? by using a content analysis approach to explain the concept of quality management in madrasah education based on religious moderation and inclusion in Indonesia, the results of this paper are first to know the quality management of madrasah education
