Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in technology which, apart from being a hosting and domain service provider, is also an internet service provider. Therefore, server performance is very much considered in supporting the performance of hosting and internet services. In order to maintain the stability of server performance and the hardware in it, controlling temperature, humidity and the presence of fire in the server room is very important for the pic server. However, there are several things that become an obstacle that a pic server is not always in the server room, while problems can occur outside of pic server working hours or control hours. This research aims to create a monitoring system for temperature, humidity and fire in the server room that can be accessed remotely via the internet and the data is displayed in real time which makes it easier for the pic server in the monitoring process so that at any time the problem will be handled quickly. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The margin error of the measurement results is for a temperature of 0.91%, humidity 1.42% and the fire sensor is able to read the presence of a fire with a distance of more than 5 meters.

Abstract

Pelayanan terhadap pelanggan sebagai faktor penting dalam memperlancar usaha, dengan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada seluruh pelanggan akan memberikan kepuasaan pelanggan. Penelitin ini menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Tujuan dari metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Identifikasi atribut yang dianggap penting bagi pelanggan PT. Pananjung Anugrah Solution. Pada variabel dengan nilai total tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja terdapat variabel terendah yaitu Emphaty (Empati) dengan nilai total tingkat kepentingan 3,96 dan tingkat kinerja 3,96 dan yang tertinggi adalah variabel Reliability (Keandalan) dengan nilai total tingkat kepentingan 12,65 dan tingkat kinerja 12,92 artinya pernyataan pada kedua variabel dianggap penting bagi konsumen dan kedua variabel itu pun masih kurang dalam tingkat kinerja pada PT. Pananjung Anugrah Solution. atribut yang dianggap penting pada penelitian ini adalah Emphaty (Empati), Reliability (Keandalan). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diatas, nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) sebesar 150,95%, artinya bahwa indeks kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan di PT. Pananjung Anugrah Solution termasuk kedalam kriteria nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) pada rentang skala 0,81 – 1,00 atau termasuk kedalam kriteria nilai “Sangat Puas”.

Abstract

This paper explores the influence of the internet of things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) on the decision-making processes of modern manufacturing systems. With the proliferation of IoT devices and the development of AI technologies, manufacturing companies increasingly leverage these technologies to improve their decision-making abilities. This study aims to investigate the potential benefits, difficulties, and ramifications of integrating IoT and AI in manufacturing systems. The review employs the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) method with a systematic mapping process with four research questions. A total of 1282 articles were collected between 2017 and 2023, reviewed in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 66 articles were chosen. The research on IoT and AI technologies influentially affects other research in the production control layer manufacturing area based on the top-ten cited articles. In contrast, the research in this area focused on the operations management layer, specifically manufacturing analytics processes. This paper’s findings contribute to a greater understanding of the impact of IoT and AI on decision-making in modern multi-domain manufacturing systems and provide direction for future research in this field.

Abstract

This research was conducted at a manufacturing company that produces mining equipment such as conveyors in Cikarang. In the Galvanizing Finishing process carried out by 1 operator, namely Yuswo, lifting the product from the bottom and lifting it onto the table for the galvanizing finishing process. This product is lifted manually with a weight of 47 kg per product. During work, operators often complain of pain around the lower back area. Based on the results of a questionnaire from Nordic Body Map, workers complained of pain in the lower back area. The aim of this research is to assess and analyze the working posture of production operators and provide suggestions for improvements related to manual lifting. Measurement and analysis in this study used the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method. Based on the results of the final score, REBA received a value of 11, which means the risk level is very high and needs immediate improvement. From the results of this research, to reduce the risk of injury to workers, proposals and improvements were made to the place for carrying out the lifting process manually.

Abstract

This research was conducted at manufacturer of Toyota and Daihatsu brand cars. One of the products, the Body Center Pillar part, is the lowest productivity, where the target PPH is 50 pcs / hour, the actual PPH is 40 pcs / hour or still minus 10 pcs every hour. Necessary non valuable work that causes a high cycle time of 90 seconds, thus affecting production capacity. This study aims to determine the factors that cause Non-Valuable Work which results in a high Cycle Time of 90 seconds, which has an impact on low production capacity in line 6D-01-1 using the Quality Control Cycle (QCC) method. The subject of the study is the work process carried out by production operators where the productivity results are still low while the object of research is the measurement of process time or Cycle Time Part Body Center pillar consisting of 4M and 1E factors, namely: Machines, Materials, Methods, People, and Environment. After making some improvements of the engine factors and methods, use the Quality Control Cycle (QCC) method. Cycle Time decreased to 72 seconds so that PPH increased from 40 pcs to 50 pcs and production productivity in line 6D-01-1 increased.

Abstract

PT. DENSO INDONESIA is an automotive manufacturing industry company Spare parts for two-wheeles and four-wheeles motor vehicles from foreign investors between Japan and Indonesia, So not familiar with continuous improvement (kaizen) in every work process. In fact, PT. DENSO INDONESIA continues to make periodic and continuous improvements to bind the quality of the products produced and eliminate wastes in each work process. PT. DENSO INDONESIA must eliminate muda handling in the work area to speed up work process. This study aims to eliminate muda handling using lean manufacturing with the DMAIC approach. DMIAC method is used to search for data and facts in genba and analyze to get solutions from problems, To find the root couse and idea solutions, use additional tools, with fishbone method and 5W+1H analyze. Do implementation change work tools can eliminate muda handling, this implementation can reduce working time and increase benefits for the company, in 1 year implementation of lean manufacturing with DMAIC approach can save costs of RP 135,244,800 and reduce working time by 28.86%..
