Abstract

Artikel ini ditulis untuk mengetahui tentang Peranan Pemerintah dalam Pengelolaan Kawasan Wisata Rumah Adat Atakkae sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Unggulan Kabupaten Wajo dan Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat pemerintah dalam pengelolaan Kawasan Wisata Rumah  Adat Atakkae sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Unggulan Kabupaten Wajo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah pengunjung obyek wisata dari tahun 2017-2020. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah  sumber primer yang dituturkan atau sumber data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah Teknik kualitatif dimana peneliti menggunakan kata-kata secara deskriptif untuk menjelaskan fakta yang diperoleh peneliti menggunakankata-kata secara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu factor-faktor yang berperan mendukung pengembangan objek wisata Rumah Adat Atakkae meliputi factor lokasi, topografi, keadaan iklin, sumber air, aksesibilitas, infrastruktur dan sapta pesona, sedangkan factor yang kurang mendukung adalah atraksi wisata dan akomodasi. Atraksi wisata atau daya Tarik yang terdapat di obyek wisata Rumah Adat ini tidak lain hanya pemandangan alam saja tanpa adanya atraksi wisata pendukung lainnya dan tidak tersedianya fasilitas akomodasi baik itu penginapan maupun rumah makan objek wisata Rumah Adat Atakkae.

Abstract

There are inconsistencies in the purchase and selling of tourist items that have not been formally organized by the government. However, tourist objects have an effect on the community by allowing them to increase their income via small enterprises. Using qualitative descriptive research and a phenomenological research technique, this study tries to investigate the process of developing a tourist attraction and the socioeconomic effect of the Wajo Regency tourist attraction. Using three methods to collect data for this study: observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings demonstrated that the presence of the Wajo Regency tourist attraction might allow a small company to turn a new page in terms of raising their daily revenue. The community members who are actively engaged in the creation of the Wajo Regency tourist attraction have a social influence on the surrounding community's attitude towards the environment. Tourism in the Wajo Regency may have both beneficial and bad effects on the local people.

Abstract

Halal Tourism is a spirituality tourism monitored by government and marketed due to Indonesian Majority of Muslim religion invested their time and money for it. As the technology advancement occurred, it invites more visitors in Indonesia; therefore, finding marketing model is important to preserve the values of Halal Tourism in Indonesia. With qualitative content analysis, Author is able to examine the video structures ranging from visual, text, and meaning which would elaborate the essential element to be put in marketing model visualization. The analysis could build greater investment if the analysis result could influence the suggestion, and the suggestion is implemented in action. After all the Halal Tourism as spirituality tourism is also dynamic especially after COVID-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Increase in Sales Volume of Lipa Sabbe Sengkang Tourism Products and the Increase in Volume of Lipa Sabbe Sengkang Tourism Products in Wajo Regency. The type of research uses qualitative methods, namely the presentation of data in the form of statements of words or descriptions of something in the form of sentences set forth in writing. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that tourism product innovation in increasing sales volume of Lipa Sabbe Sengkang to entrepreneurs in Wajo district. The researcher added that entrepreneurs should hold promotions more often so that tourists are aware of new production, the existence of Lipa Sabbe Sengkang, opportunities that can be implemented well if entrepreneurs work together to carry out marketing and promotion, the Government and the public really need to get to know Lipa Sabbe Sengkang closely. In increasing sales of Lipa Sabbe Sengkang Tourism Products to market Lipa Sabbe Sengkang Tourism Products so that Entrepreneurs take various events to promote to Social Media and introduce globally including holding a Silk Festival in Wajo Regency because Lipa Sabbe Sengkang is a Cultural Identity for the city of Sengkang, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the actual conditions of coastal communities in Takalar Regency and determine the role of coastal communities in increasing income through tourism businesses in Takalar Regency. The type of research uses qualitative methods, namely presenting data in the form of verbal statements or descriptions of something in the form of sentences set out in writing. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research obtained show that the results of observations through literature studies show that Takalar Regency, with its six (6) coastal areas, is a fairly high economic booster. This is proven by field investigations that coastal areas are used for buying and selling transactions for marine products (fish, shellfish). etc.) which is quite promising. Several locations, including the Fish Auction Place (TPI), are never empty of community activities to improve the economy. This condition shows that people in coastal areas have a fairly high opportunity to improve their welfare by looking at their activities. Then, related professions or jobs, apart from being fishermen and fish sellers (traders), the people who live in coastal areas, especially the Sanrobengi area, are tourism actors with professions as restaurant owners, accommodation providers and inter-island transportation services, opportunities that can be implemented well if Entrepreneurs synergizing to carry out marketing and promotion is really needed. The government provides support and assistance through the Department of Industry and Trade, making it easier to process permits and to get to know Coastal Communities more closely in increasing Income through Tourism Businesses in Takalar district.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the tourism and business sector in Maros Regency, especially with the popularity of Rammang-Rammang Tourism Attraction, has generated significant demand for accommodation. In response to this need, a study was conducted to evaluate the business potential of guest houses in the area. The research involves market surveys, marketing, and financial analysis. The results show that the guest house business has bright prospects, supported by high demand and positive financial analysis. Therefore, the guest house business in the Rammang-Rammang Tourism Attraction Area of Maros Regency is considered feasible to run. This study is expected to be a guide for potential entrepreneurs or investors who are interested in investing in the accommodation sector in the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar dengan menggunakan audio visual. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Pantai Date, Banggae Timur, Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan pendekatan R&D (Penelitian dan Pengembangan). Subjek penelitian adalah 19 mahasiswa prodi destinasi Politeknik Pariwisata Makasar sebagai responden, sementara validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Tahapan penelitian diantaranya Identifikasi Masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain Produk, Validasi desain, revisi desain, testing produk, Revisi Produk , mengoperasikan produk dan final produk hasil revisi. Hasil validasi aspek materi rata-rata menunjukkan skor 86,75% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek yang dinilai oleh ahli materi adalah tentang Bahasa, Asynchronous, Grammar dan Informasi tentang produk wisata. Sementara validasi pada aspek media menunjukkan skor rerat 84,5 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Simpulan penelitian bahwa materi yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan media audio visual pada tema Storynomics tourism products layak digunakan sebagai bahan pembelajaran mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris. Diperlukan penelitian di masa datang tentang pengaruh media yang memuat Storynomics Pantai Date terhadap hasil belajar atau motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Dibutuhkan juga uji coba pada kelompok yang besar.
