Abstract

Pemenuhan Hak Cuti Menjelang Bebas Bagi Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pelaksanaan Pemberian Hak-Hak Narapidana Berkaitan Dengan Hak Cuti Menjelang Bebas Bagi Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Makassar; (2) Frekuensi Pemenuhan Hak Cuti Menjelang Bebas Bagi Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Makassar; (3) Faktor Determinan Dalam Pemenuhan Hak Cuti Menjelang Bebas Bagi Narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan sumbernya, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui metode wawancara terhadap Staf, Kasi dan Kabid Bimkemas Lapas Klas I Makassar serta dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, undang-undang maupun sumber lain yang berkaitan. Pengolahan dan penyajian data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan pemberian hak-hak narapidana berkaitan dengan hak cuti menjelang bebas bagi narapidana di lembaga Pemasyarakatan klas I Makassar sudah terlaksana namun untuk pemenuhan hak cuti menjelang bebas belum maksimal. (2) Frekuensi pemenuhan hak cuti menjelang bebas bagi narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Makassar menunjukkan tingkat frekuensi yang masih sangat rendah. (3) Faktor determinan dalam pemenuhan hak cuti menjelang bebas bagi narapidana Di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas I Makassar ada dua faktor yaitu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu a. terpenuhinya syarat subtantif dan administratif, b. kolaborasi yang baik antara petugas Lapas dan narapidanya, c. Narapidana harus mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku di dalam Lapas. Faktor penghambat a. Narapidana tidak mendapatkan remisi (sebagai bagian dari syarat subtantif), b. Tidak adanya penjamin bagi narapidana, c. Memiliki catatan buruk dalam buku register F, d. tidak adanya dukungan dari masyarakat.

Abstract

Fungsi Pengawasan DPRD Dalam Pengelolaan APBD Di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor determinan dalam pelaksanaan fungsi   pengawasan DPRD dalam pengelolaan APBD di Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan sumbernya, jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui metode wawancara terhadap Ketua Komisi C, Anggota Komisi C dan Staf Komisi C DPRD Kota Makassar serta dokumentasi dan observasi. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari berbagai literatur seperti buku, undang-undang maupun sumber lain yang berkaitan. Pengolahan dan penyajian data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Faktor yang determinan dalam dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Kota Makassar yaitu faktor yang terjadi di dalam lembaga dan di luar lembaga DPRD sendiri, keterbatasan kualitas Sumber daya manusia, terbatasnya fasilitas dan sarana. Tetapi untuk meminimalisasikan suatu penghambat DPRD Kota Makassar memiliki suatu perangkat komisi sesuai bidangnya yang di optimalkan untuk melakukan pengawasan, Selain itu juga adanya pengawasan lembaga intern dari pemerintah pusat seperti Badan pengawas keuangan dan pembangunan (BPKP) dan Badan Pengawas Daerah (Bawasda) yang merupakan lembaga intern yang membantu DPRD dalam Pemeriksaan keuangan daerah.

Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program which is one form of the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in helping the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SD Inpres Panrangngaji which is located in Campaga Village, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi. In this program, students who are involved have a responsibility to help the school in the teaching process, help adapt technology, and assist administration. In addition, students have a responsibility to improve student character and increase student interest in learning during this pandemi. The results of this program are as an inculcation of empathy and social sensitivity in students to the problems of community life around them, honing thinking skills in working together across fields of science and students' diverse origins in solving problems faced by developing students' insight, character and soft skills , encourage and spur national development by fostering community motivation to participate in development, as well as increasing the real role and contribution of universities and students in national development.

Abstract

Peserta didik sekolah dasar sudah banyak menggunakan gim saat ini, namun jenis gim yang mereka gunakan lebih bersifat hiburan dan komunikasi dan tidak memiliki muatan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan gim edukasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan GDevelop terhadap penguasaan konsep peserta didik sekolah dasar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian pra-eksperimental dengan menggunakan intrumen pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian adalah 13 Peserta didik kelas IV di salah satu Sekolah Dasar di Kota Makassar. Data  penguasaan konsep diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen tes sebelum menggunakan gim edukasi atau Pre-Test dan instrumen tes setelah menggunakan gim edukasi atau Post-Test.  Berdasarkan hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan penguasaan konsep IPS Peserta didik yang ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata sebelum menggunakan gim edukasi atau Pre-Test sebesar 32 dengan kategori sedang dan mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan gim edukasi atau Post-Test yaitu nilai rata-rata sebesar 61. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Gain diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,43 yang artinya peningkatan penguasaan konsep berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gim edukasi terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar yang ditandai dengan peningkatan hasil belajar. Elementary school students are already using a lot of games today, but the types of games they use are more entertainment and communication in nature and do not have educational content. This study aims to find out how the application of educational games developed using GDevelop influences the mastery of elementary school students' concepts. To achieve this goal, a pre-experimental study was carried out using the pretest-posttest instrument. The research sample was 13 Grade IV students at an elementary school in Makassar City. Concept mastery data was obtained using test instruments before using educational games or Pre-Test and test instruments after using educational games or Post-Test. Based on the test results, it showed that there was an increase in students' mastery of IPS concepts which was marked by an average score before using educational games or the Pre-Test of 32 in the medium category and experienced an increase after using educational games or the Post-Test, namely an average value of 61 Based on the results of the Gain analysis, a value of 0.43 is obtained, which means that the increase in mastery of the concept is in the medium category. This shows that the application of educational games has proven to have a positive impact on the quality of learning in elementary schools which is marked by an increase in learning outcomes.

Abstract

Letak SDN 41 Sabangko yang berada di pulau kecil dengan keterbatasan akses listrik membuat sekolah ini menghadapi berbagai permasalahan diantaranya (i) keterbatasan air yang menjadi kebutuhan guru dan siswa membuat aktivitas disekolah terganggu, siswa dan guru harus kembali ke rumah masing-masing jika mereka ingin melakukan buang air hal ini tentu berdampak negatif untuk proses belajar mengajar; (ii) air yang digunakan oleh guru yang tinggal disekolah memiliki kadar salinitas yang cukup tinggi membuat air tersebut tidak layak konsumsi dan mandi. Guru harus mengeluarkan biaya yang tinggi untuk membeli air galon yang didatangkan dari pulau Sulawesi. Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (i) membantu guru dan siswa memenuhi kebutuhan air di WC sekolah melalui pembangunan sistem pompa air submersibel berbasis tenaga surya sehingga guru tidak lagi mengangkat air secara manual ; (ii) melakukan konversi air asin menjadi air laut melalui penggunaan teknologi reverse osmosis sehingga air layak minum, konsumsi dan digunakan untuk mandi yang diharapkan mampu mengurangi kebuthan air galon yang mahal; (iii) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru agar mampu melakukan instalasi, perawatan dan mitigasi potensi kerusakan sistem pompa submersibel dengan tenaga surya dan konversi air asin menjadi air tawar. Terdapat 4 luaran yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini yaitu (i) Peningkatan penguasaan mitra memanfaatkan pompa submersibel berbasis tenaga surya dan reverse osmosis; (ii) 1 publikasi di jurnal nasional ber-ISSN; (iii) 1 publikasi di media online lokal; (iv) 1 video kegiatan yang diuploud kedalam akun resmi dan media sosial DICD Universitas Bosowa

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  bagaimana aktivitas siswa SMK dalam pembelajaran yang menggunakan website pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan video berbasis Youtube. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sampel 16 siswa kelas XI SMK di salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara yang mendalam. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, dapat diperoleh bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa menggunakan website pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan youtube berada pada kategori baik. The aim of this research is to find out how vocational school students' activities are in learning using learning websites that are integrated with YouTube-based videos. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive, with a sample of 16 class XI vocational school students in one of the schools in West Halmahera Regency. Data was obtained by conducting in-depth observations and interviews. As for the results of this research, it can be obtained that students' learning activities using learning websites integrated with YouTube are in the good category.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate increasing interest in learning physical education in elementary schools by modifying the sport of soccer. This research was carried out in elementary schools. Data collection techniques through processes. Pre-Intervention, Intervention, and Post-Intervention. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design (quasi-experimental design). The collected data will be analyzed using appropriate statistical methods, such as testing the difference in mean values ​​between the treatment and control groups using the t-test or analysis of variance (ANOVA). In addition, further regression analysis can be used to see the relationship between other factors that influence interest in studying physical education. This research indicates that modifying the sport of soccer is a practical approach to increasing interest in learning physical education in elementary schools. Through an approach that is interesting, inclusive, and relevant to students' interests, the modification of the sport of soccer positively enriches physical education learning and shapes students' overall character. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Character Building Training (PPK) and the content delivered. This qualitative study involved 60 students, and eight lecturers selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, with data collection considered sufficient if it has reached saturation point. Data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews from June to September 2022. Data analysis was carried out manually using the Discovering Cultural Themes model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The study results indicate that PPK is implemented through a PPK campaign cycle, capacity building, and institutionalization with an approach including mentoring, learning, guidance, and support. The content includes attitudes and values, skills, knowledge, and integrative moderate insights, strengthening tolerant, open, critical, caring, and creative behavior, respecting differences, and behaving politely. The CBT program has specifically strengthened the religious character and love of the homeland, with the most significant improvements in this area. The implications and contributions of this study highlight the importance of continuous character education among youth as a tool to strengthen religious moderation.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has significantly transformed various sectors, including education. However, research on the implementation of IoT in education remains fragmented and lacks a comprehensive understanding of global trends and its contributions to educational advancements. This study aims to provide a holistic overview of global trends and contributions in IoT research within the educational field through bibliometric analysis of Scopus data from 2016 to 2024. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach using the PRISMA method to conduct a systematic literature review. The analyzed data comprises scientific publications related to IoT in education retrieved from the Scopus database. Bibliometric analysis was conducted to identify publication trends, prominent authors, contributing institutions, and dominant fields of study in this research area. The results indicate that the number of publications on IoT in education fluctuated annually, with a general upward trend peaking in 2023 before declining in 2024. The study identified Mershad, K. as the most prolific author and the Arts, Sciences, and Technology University as the leading institution contributing to IoT research in education. The dominant fields of study in these publications were Computer Science, followed by Social Sciences and Engineering, reflecting the multidisciplinary nature of IoT research in education. This study concludes that the application of IoT in education continues to evolve and significantly contributes to educational innovation.

Abstract

Public policy serves as a framework to address public needs and interests, including the regulation of community services. Recognizing the critical importance of public services, governments are motivated to improve service quality through effective public policy implementation. This study aims to analyze the role of public policies in enhancing specific aspects of service quality, such as transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Using qualitative research methods, this study employs a literature study approach with a systematic selection of relevant sources, including peer-reviewed journals, government reports, and policy documents. Data analysis follows three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject.  The findings indicate that public policies are instrumental in setting minimum service standards, promoting accountability and transparency, empowering communities, enhancing the professionalism of service apparatus, integrating technology into services, and enforcing compliance through penalties for providers failing to meet standards. These measures collectively contribute to significant improvements in service delivery. This research highlights the importance of policy design and implementation in fostering a responsive and efficient public service system. The findings provide actionable insights for policymakers to optimize public service frameworks and ensure community satisfaction.
