Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem pembayaran QRIS pada pelaku UMKM sebagai sistem pembayaran era digital. Data yang dipergunakan yakni data primer melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan pada kajian studi ini yaitu UMKM di Kabupaten Karangasem yang menerapkan sistem pembayaran QRIS dari berbagai jenis usaha, objek pada penelitian ini adalah peranan, kendala, serta evaluasi efektivitas penerapan sistem pembayaran QRIS. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan yakni pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menjadikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Peran QRIS sebagai fasilitas pembayaran berdampak positif terhadap pelaku UMKM Kota Amlapura. (2) Kendala pada upaya penerapan QRIS terletak pada kurangnya minat serta pemahaman masyarakat dalam bertransaksi menggunakan QRIS dan jaringan internet yang kurang memadai. (3) Evaluasi efektifitas menggunakan QRIS berdampak positif dalam memberikan kemudahan, efisensi, serta transparansi dalam pelaporan penjualan.

Abstract

Choosing a quality university presents a significant challenge for prospective students in the modern era. With the increasing number of universities, facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, and libraries become major considerations in enrollment decisions. This research examines the role of brand image and brand trust in influencing study decisions at STISPOL Wira Bhakti. Utilizing a quantitative approach and path analysis, this study involves 54 students as respondents. The results indicate that brand image and brand trust have a significant impact on study decisions at STISPOL Wira Bhakti. Additionally, brand trust acts as a strong mediator in this relationship, indicating that a positive university image can enhance prospective student trust. This study offers strategic insights for private higher education institutions, emphasizing the importance of building brand image and brand trust to strengthen attractiveness and credibility in the eyes of prospective students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sales strategies implemented by Sales Promotion Girls (SPGs) for the Herborist brand in the International Departure (IDP) area of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation methods. Informants in this study consisted of SPGs, supervisors, and several consumers who purchased Herborist products. The results of the study indicate that the sales strategies implemented by SPGs include a persuasive communication approach to consumers, product demonstrations, providing information about product benefits, and providing promotions or special offers to tourists. This strategy is considered effective in attracting consumer interest, especially tourists interested in natural Indonesian body care products. In addition, communication skills, product knowledge, and the appearance of SPGs are important factors in increasing consumer purchasing decisions. This study concludes that the sales strategies implemented by SPGs have an important role in increasing sales of Herborist products in the airport area. Therefore, the company needs to continue to improve training and development of SPG capabilities so that sales strategies can run more optimally.
