AbstrakDalam mewujudkan Visi dan Misi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Sanglah Denpasar, peranan sumber daya manusia memegang peranan penting demi menunjang kemajuan rumah sakit tersebut. Oleh karena itu sudah seharusnya sumber daya manusia yang ada diperlakukan secara adil dan layak dengan memberikan kesejahteraan melalui pemberian tunjangan atau fasilitas lainnya, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi tenaga kerja yang profesional dan disiplin serta mempunyai produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian yang dilakukan di RSUP Sanglah Denpasar adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program kesejahteraan karyawan dan Disiplin kerja Terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan RSUP Sanglah DenpasarAlat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Program Kesejahteraan Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap Peningkatan produktivitas kerja adalah Variabel Disiplin Kerja.Kata Kunci : Program Kesejahteraan Karyawan, Disiplin kerja, dan Produktivitas kerja

ABSTRACT Dulang Craft Industry Profile and the Contributions Against Total Household Income of Framer in Pengotan village of Bangli District of Bangli Regency Pengotan village is a village that became the center of handicraft industry of household, one types of handicraft that produced in this village is the dulang craft. Dulang is one of the means that used as offerings at Hinduism ceremony. In addition, the survival dulang industry this is also useful as a medium inpreserving local culture. The purpose of this study is to find out how much acceptance of farmer household is; to determine how the labor productivity and productivity costs such; and to find out how big the contribution of dulang industry to total household income of farmers. Data analysis method that used in this study is the formula of acceptance, the labor productivity and costs productivity and the percentage contribution of the craft. The results showed that, the handicraft industry is able to provide additional income to the total income of the household, the level of labor productivity and costs productivity dulang craft industry can be classified as an i productive industrial because it has more value than one, and dulang craft workmanship able to providing a substansial contribution to earning total farm households. ABSTRACT In an effort to agro-tourism development at Subak Uma Lambing, it is necessary to analyze the potential, form of development, and suitability between the ideal situation and the actual situation of subak. Based on that, it is necessary to do analysis based on the concept of Tri Hita Karana. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential, the form of agro-tourism development, and the suitability between the ideal situation and the actual situation at Subak Uma Lambing related to the agro-tourism development based on Tri Hita Karana concept. This research used pekaseh and tourism actors as a main informant, and the member of subak as respondent. Methods and techniques of data collection used are observation, in-depth interviews, questionaires, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis methods and techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis, and matrices analysis of relationships between technology sub-systems and cultural sub- systems. The results showed that Subak Uma Lambing has the potential of tourist attraction, transportation type, electricity flow and lighting. Roads, parking lots, health facilities, food and beverage kiosks, souvenir shops, lodging, and accessibility based on distance and ease with other tourist locations. Agro-tourism is developed using an mindset aspect, social aspect, and artifacts aspect with alternative forms of agro-tourism is tracking, jogging, cycling, metekap, nandur, manyi, feeding cows, feeding fish, fishing trips, fruits and vegetables picking tours, studying rindic instruments, watching ritual activities, enjoy typical Balinese food, mejejahitan, capil wraping, traditional games, entertainment Balinese Dance and stay at krama subak home. In general, the application of the concept of Tri Hita Karana approaching the ideal situation, but on the relationship of social sub-system with sub-organoware system has not reached the ideal. In this study, it is advisable to maintain the cleanliness of irrigation channels, as well as to improve and equip facilit ies and infrastructure. An agreement needs to be made on manners, local government and tourism bureaus, collaboration between subak institution and krama to realizing the artifact aspects.

Dulang is one of the means that used as offerings at Hinduism ceremony in Bali. One of the villages in Bali that produces dulang woodcraft is Pengotan Village. In the midst of technological developments, the existence of a home industry of dulang woodcrafts is one of the media in preserving local culture. The purpose of this study is to find out how much acceptance of farmer household is; and to find out how big the contribution of dulang industry to total household income of farmers. Data analysis method that used in this study is the formula of acceptance, the labor productivity and costs productivity and the percentage contribution of the craft. The results showed that, the handicraft industry is able to provide additional income to the total income of the household, and dulang woodcraft workmanship able to providing a substansial contribution to earning total farm households.

This study aims to investigate how social security program for workers (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) is conducted by The Kayon Resort, which is located in Tegalalang, Gianyar Regency. This research used qualitative descriptive method whose variables were the four programs of BPJS ketenagakerjaan – Work Accident Security, Old Day Security, Life Insurance, and Pension. The Data were collected through interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has not been implemented properly particularly the work accident security. This program has not been served to all workers. The old day security, life insurance and pension programs have not been realized yet because there have not been any workers who meet the criteria to receive the compensation.

This study aims to measure the quality of service provided by Studio Barbershop. This research was conducted because there were customer complaints about this barbershop’s service. The number of respondents involved in this study was sixty. The numbers of the respondents who were under 20 years old, 20-30 years old, 31-40 years old, and 41-50 years old were respectively 10 (16.7%), 33 (55%), 9 (15%), and 8 (13.3%). The service quality of Studio Barbershop, based on all parameters, reached a score of 3,194. This figure was in the score range of 3,025 to 3,600. Thus, the quality of service provided by Studio Barbershop was classified as very good. The quality of service in terms of tangibility only reached a total score of 197 which was in the score range of 157 to 204. Therefore, it was classified as quite good.

Choosing a quality university presents a significant challenge for prospective students in the modern era. With the increasing number of universities, facilities such as classrooms, laboratories, and libraries become major considerations in enrollment decisions. This research examines the role of brand image and brand trust in influencing study decisions at STISPOL Wira Bhakti. Utilizing a quantitative approach and path analysis, this study involves 54 students as respondents. The results indicate that brand image and brand trust have a significant impact on study decisions at STISPOL Wira Bhakti. Additionally, brand trust acts as a strong mediator in this relationship, indicating that a positive university image can enhance prospective student trust. This study offers strategic insights for private higher education institutions, emphasizing the importance of building brand image and brand trust to strengthen attractiveness and credibility in the eyes of prospective students.

This research examines the influence of sustainable marketing communications or green marketing communications on Generation Z's purchasing decisions for Le Minerale bottled drinking water products in Denpasar City. This research employed a quantitative methodology, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to 60 Generation Z individuals who consume Le Minerale. The study utilized a purposive sampling method, categorized under non-probability sampling methods. With the aid of SmartPLS software, the data was examined using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The data analysis results indicate that the p-value for hypothesis testing with path coefficients is 0.000, or less than 0.05. Therefore, if the p-value is less than 0.05, it suggests a direct relationship between the variables under analysis, in accordance with the guidelines for hypothesis testing using path coefficients. With a p-value of 0.000 and an effect size of 0.780, the t statistic in this investigation was reported at 22,000. Since the p-value is less than 0.05 and the t statistic is much higher than the 2.00 cutoff, it is possible to accept H1 and reject H0. The findings reveal that eco-friendly marketing communication significantly and positively influences purchasing decisions. Generation Z, who have high environmental awareness, tend to be more supportive of brands that actively communicate sustainable practices and transparency in their products.

This research was conducted to find out the potential, constraints and expectations of farmers in Anggabaya Subak as a sustainable subak to become agro-tourism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. A qualitative approach was used to analyze the data from a survey of the community in Anggabaya Village. From the interview, it can be seen that Anggabaya subak has the potential to be developed into an agro-tourism. The obstacles faced are infrastructure problems such as roads, parking, toilets, and other supporting facilities that are not sufficient. The hope is to be able to open new job opportunities for local communities and be able to increase added value for farmers in Anggabaya subak. All efforts to make Subak Anggabaya an agro-tourism must be carried out by preserving nature and culture. Water sources, rice fields, farmers, subak temples, and autonomous properties both inside and outside must remain but must also be present.
