Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of job training, achievement and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Train (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 40 employees at PT Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. While the sample in this study is the entire population used as a sample, considering the population is less than 100, the research sample at PT. Train (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang is as many as 40 people. The data analysis used was multiple regression analysis, denomination coefficient (), F test. The results of the study found that the value of the multiple regression constant was 0.927. From the results of the coefficient of determination shows the R Square value of 0.868 or 86.80% and the remaining 13.20% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. Due to the significant value for the variable , and smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant effect of job training, achievement and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Train (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Keywords: Job Training, Achievement and Work Motivation, Employee Performance  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, prestasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 40 orang pegawai yang ada pada PT Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi dijadikan sempel, menggingat populasi kurang 100, sempel penelitian pada PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang adalah sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis regresi berganda, koefisien deminasi (), Uji F. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai konstanta regresi berganda sebesar 0,927. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan niali R Square sebesar 0,868 atau 86,80% dan selebihnya 13,20% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Karena nilai signifikan untuk variabel ,  dan lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan  pelatihan kerja, prestasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Kata kunci : Pelatihan Kerja, Prestasi dan Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Nagari Sulit Air is one of the villages in the administrative area of Solok Regency, West Sumatra province where agriculture plays an important role in the economy of the Nagari Sulit Air community. Geographically, Nagari Sulit Air is located in a highland area with fertile land topography. This is well utilized by the community, by making agriculture the main commodity. The crops generally grown by the community are horticultural crops such as rice, chilies and dragon fruit which are the main agricultural commodities. Even for dragon fruit, Nagari Sulit Air is one of the central areas in Solok Regency. Because the potential is quite promising, there are many chemical fertilizer products circulating in the community. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of Nagari Sulit Air farmers about the benefits of liquid organic fertilizers and vegetable pesticides and increase farmers' skills in making organic fertilizers. The method used is the Counseling and Training method. Stages in counseling include planning, implementation and evaluation. The target of this activity is the community, especially farmer groups in Nagari Sulit Air. Educational and socialization activities regarding the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizers (POC) and vegetable pesticides can increase the knowledge of farmers in Nagari Sulit Air. And it can also be used as a solution to increase the production and quality of agricultural products in Nagari Sulit Air. The realization of the application of organic farming in Nagari Sulit Air requires support from all relevant stakeholders.
