Abstract

this study aims to determine the effect of product, trust, price, convenience, and experience on customer satisfaction for Facebook users in DKI Jakarta. The discussion described in this study is about purchases on social commerce Facebook. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from collecting questionnaire responses using 5 Likert scales as a measurement of research variables and secondary data obtained from various reliable sources. This research uses non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The researcher uses the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis method using the AMOS version 26 program which is part of the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Research on 175 Facebook users in DKI Jakarta illustrates that trust is a very important factor in transactions on the Facebook marketplace platform. The transaction experience passed by the respondent can also be used as a factor in influencing customers to feel satisfied. Product, price, and convenience have no influence on customer satisfaction when buying goods on the facebook marketplace

Abstract

The phenomenon that is the background of this study is that during 2017 to 2019 there are still many manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, having a Price Book Value (PBV) smaller than one.   Many studies produce different results about the factors that affect PBV. The question of determinant factors arises whether that affects the PBV.   Whether PBV is affected by Profitability (ROA) sales growth (Growth), And Debt Equity Ratio (DER), this research was conducted to answer the question. The theories used in this study are: signaling theory, trade-off theory. This study used purposive sampling of 75 out of 110 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2019.   The data used is panel data from 2017-2019. The results of this model are expected to make a new contribution to the field of financial management. The main findings of this study are, The direct effect of Growth and DER was not significant to PBV. The effect of ROA on PBV is significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence effect of E-Service Quality, Food Quality, and Customer Satisfaction through Value on Behavioral Intention to Gofood customers in DKI Jakarta area.The design in this study used descriptive research and causality research, each variable in this study was measured using a 5-point likert scale. This study used primary data collected by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was obtained through purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 216 respondents. The statistical method used in this study is SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a test tool.The results of this study indicate that E-Service Quality, Food Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Value have an influence on the Behavioral Intention of Gofood customers in the DKI Jakarta area. Meanwhile, Food Quality has no effect on the Customer Satisfaction of Gofood customers in the DKI Jakarta area.Keywords: E-Service Quality, Food Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Value, Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat penerapan strategi kualitas produk dan penetapan harga pada Toko Deva Elektronik, dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari strategi tersebut. Di dalam penelitian ini, mencari informasi mengenai manfaat penerapan strategi kualitas produk dan penetapan harga, faktor pendukung dan penghambat di dalam penerapan kualitas produk dan penetapan harga pada Toko Deva Elektronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi waktu. Dengan partisipan yang berjumlah 5 orang, yang terdiri dari 1 pemilik Toko, 1 karyawan Toko, dan 3 pelanggan atau konsumen Toko. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi kualitas produk dan penetapan harga pada Toko Deva Elektronik memiliki manfaat sebagai berikut : 1. Peningkatan penjualan dan pendapatan, 2. Peningkatan jumlah konsumen, 3. Meluasnya lingkup jangkauan pasar. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan strategi adalaah sebagai berikut : Faktor Pendukung antara lain : 1. Kualitas produk yang ditawarkan , 2. Harga yang bervariasi, 3. Kelengkapan Produk. Faktor Penghambat antara lain : 1.   Penjual harus komunikatif terhadap pembeli, 2. Banyaknya barang retur. Terdapat banyak manfaat dari penerapan strategi   kualitas produk dan penetapan harga pada Toko Deva Elektronik, jika dibandingkan dengan kedalanya, sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa penerapan strategi ini bisa dikatakan sangat efektif   dalam meningkatkan penjualan, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.  Kata kunci : Kualitas Produk; Penetapan Harga; Manfaat kualitas produk dan penetapan harga.
