Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi  terjadi secara cepat , tidak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Untuk mampu mengikutinya maka perlu ada upaya untuk mempercepat pembelajaran mengenai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi tersebut terutama kepada anak-anak. Oleh karena itu Mahasiswa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Pamulang mengadakan kegiatan Meningkatkan pengetahuan perangkat lunak, Microsoft Office dilingkungan Yayasan Khazannah Kebajikan. Selain sebagai wujud penerapan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan memberikan pengetahuan dasar-dasar pengoperasian Microsoft Office . Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  ini dilaksanakan pada Sabtu 12 November 2022 selama 3 jam dan bertempat di Yayasan Khazanah Kebajikan. Kegiatan dimulai dengan memberikan paparan materi dasar tentang dasar-dasar pengoperasian Microsoft Office Word meliputi pengertian, kegunaan, fungsi-fungsi perintah yang ada pada Microsoft Office Word. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mempraktikkan secara langsung bagaimana cara menggunakan perintah-perintah yang ada didalam Microsoft Office Word. Di akhir kegiatan didapatkan bahwa para peserta mampu menguasai dan menyerap materi yang diberikan. Diharapkan setelah pelatihan ini para peserta mampu memanfaatkan ilmu yang mereka dapat untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terutama di era globalisasi ini

Abstract

Advances in technology not only facilitate human work, but can also reduce human involvement in an activity. If in the past we knew that the minimum factors of production consisted of man, machine, material, money, and method (5M), then in the current era of the industrial revolution 4.0 it is possible that the role of the factor of production in the form of labor will be very minimal because some will be taken over by machines. According to the forecast from the prediction of the PWC consultant (Price Waterhouse Cooper) in 2030 almost half of human work will be diverted to automation machines where the use of robots will be used as a tool for human work. With that, the sophistication of Industry 4.0 is enough to have an extraordinary impact. An example that we often see is that applications such as Google Translate and Youtube are now able to detect voices which will automatically create subtitles from the sound produced (speech to text). This kind of sophistication will greatly save time at work if we know how to use it. From this, we can realize that HR needs will be more efficient because working hours can be more optimal to do other work. Internet Of Thing (IoT) is not the name of a specific hardware, software or platform. IoT is actually a term that describes a collection of software and other technologies with the aim of exchanging data with devices consisting of sensors, devices and other systems via the internet. In other words, the idea is to make all the objects around us stream useful data to the internet, so it's called the Internet of Things (Internetting everything).

Abstract

In undergraduate level higher education, completing the final assignment is one of the important requirements for students to get a bachelor's degree. The final assignment is a scientific work based on a research activity by students, and can be taken by students of the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Pamulang University starting in semester 7. The initial stage of completing the final assignment is that students must make a research title according to the topic to be taken. However, due to the absence of a system that monitors the title of the final assignment, it is not uncommon to find a title at the end of the Study Program that is not in accordance with the Study Program's field of research, namely Computer Science. For this reason, a system is needed that can be used by students and Study Programs in the process of submitting and approving the title of the final project. The expected system can also detect the same titles so as to minimize plagiarism. By using a prototype development model, this system has gone through practical tests in the field and evaluations to suit the needs expected by students and study programs. This system is also equipped with a title approval letter in the form of a .pdf file for students whose title submissions are accepted by the Study Program.

Abstract

Abstract− In the era of globalization where Teknologi, informasi, and Komunikasi is growing very quickly, the world of education is experiencing changes in its management as a result of the demands of utilizing technology.. Changes in learning and demands for innovation are important things that must be done. Various applications are available and can be used by teachers to develop learning media. The website was originally developed as hypertext where documents are presented electronically that are integrated with each other. Hypertext not only presents text, but can store images, sound and video to develop into multimedia, Websites which are actually the World Wide Web are very important and are most often used in the internet world. Website is an application that is very fast growing and the most widely used. From the information system that is in great demand from an agency or institution is a website which is a facility that displays and searches for information. And the use of the use of the google sites itself in addition to adding insight about the use of google sites intelligently. Based on the socialization analysis of the results of the service carried out, it can be concluded that the benefits of google sites help facilitate website creation, because there is no need for expert expertise to code.

Abstract

Disaat perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi yang semakin pesat suatu yayasan santri  dikampung Hija masih menggunakan sistem kehadiran/absensi manual dimana prosesnya tidak akan efektif dan efesien sehingga harus ditinggalkan. Dengan menfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan sistem informasi saat ini, pengimplementasian abensi manual akan digantikan dengan sistem absensi online yang menerapkan Nodemcu dan Finger print berbasis Iot. Pada tahap pengimplementasian menggunakan rangkaian kegiatan sistematis dan terencana yang meliputi pengecekan lokasi, presentasi materi dan uji coba sistem finger print. Uji coba pengimplementasian absensi sistem finger print berbasis Iot santri kampung Hija Mushola Al-Hikmah berhasil dilakukan karena dapat meminimalisir kekurangan sistem absensi manual. Maka pengimplementasian sistem finger print berbasis Iot ini sangat efektif dan efesien pada santri kampung Hija Mushola Al-Hikmah.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, technological advances are developing very rapidly and helping humans interact with each other without being limited by distance and time. The convenience provided by technology covers various aspects of life, from business to education. Technology plays an important role in helping every human need, one of which is the computer. The art of graphic design includes cognitive abilities and skills including typography, image processing, and page layout. The graphic designer arranges the appearance of the letters and the space of the composition to create an effective and communicative design. Graphic design covers all fields that require translating verbal language into visual design of text and images in various publication media in order to convey messages to communicants as effectively as possible. Coreldraw is an application that functions as a vector graphics editor that produces visual images. This application focuses on image editors, so it is widely used by users in the fields of advertising, visual design, printing, and other fields that require visualization formats. Some of the advantages of Coreldraw compared to other applications with the same function, include: 1) Ability to process lines and colors that are quite accurate; 2) Filled with various types of fonts to support creativity and imagination in processing brochures, pamphlets, book covers, and so on; 3) The level of clarity and detailed color specifications for the desired design; 4) Accuracy in designing, for example from the side of the line, line thickness, line curve, angle and line density.

Abstract

CV. Abdullah Berkah Jaya adalah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak di bidang barang bekas seperti kaleng, besi dan besi tua rongsok yang dikirim ke pelanggan. Pada saat pengiriman perusahaan masih mencatat buku untuk melaporkan pengiriman barang. Sistem ini dirancang untuk penataan klaim pendapatan dan pengeluaran penjualan yang memudahkan pelaporan barang yang akan dikirim ke pelanggan. Karena mereka mengalami kendala menggunakan sistem yang masih manual dengan dicatat pada buku. Sehingga proses pembuatan laporan memakan waktu yang lama karena pencarian data dalam pembukuan, Membuat penyimpanan file dan dokumen meningkat, sehingga sulit untuk mencari informasi lama, sehingga terjadi kebocoran informasi yang dapat membuat pemimpin perusahaan tidak mengetahui barang yang dikirim itu sesuai atau tidak pada saat dikirim. penelitian bertujuan membuat sistem informasi pemantauan penjualan pada CV. Abdullah Berkah Jaya, sehingga dapat membantu pengelola membuat laporan penjualan barang, mencari informasi baru atau lama dengan lebih mudah dan menghindari kehilangan data.

Today, the technology has been very rapid development where one of them is a web-based information system that is already widely used by agencies as a means of supporting the operational management. Utilization of information technology has also begun to be used by educational institutions for administration, promotion, information and others. SMK Wiyata Mandala Bogor is one of the educational institutions that has begun to use this technology, where several administrative systems have used desktop-based technology. SMK Wiyata Mandala Bogor is a foundation with SMP Wiyata Mandala Bogor, where if the students who wish to continue in SMK Wiyata Mandala Bogor will receive scholarships based on the learners' achievements during SMP Wiyata Mandala Bogor corresponding quota provided. Thus requiring a decision support system that can help the management of registration in providing scholarships. Decision support Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) was chosen for the calculations could use an exponential rank of importance of subjects which will then be calculated based on the weight of a specified grade level. By using Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) can produce a ranking of the best learners will receive scholarships in vocational Wiyata Mandala Bogor.

Abstract

Microsoft Office applications are very important to use in digital documentation, whether in the form of text, numbers and presentations. With its use becoming increasingly popular among various groups, both the office sector and the world of education. The development of Microsoft Office applications every year makes it difficult for users to keep up with developments. For this reason, training activities were created in the context of community service, which aims to increase users' knowledge and understanding in using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, which can be used or implemented in teaching and learning activities and managing documentation. Based on the training that was given and carried out, the results obtained showed that the participants were very enthusiastic, as evidenced by the participants being active in asking questions and discussing the material with the presenters. This counseling is very useful and useful for users to develop the learning process about Microsoft Office.

Abstract

Keamanan data pribadi menjadi isu penting di era digital, terutama dengan meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial dan tingginya risiko penyalahgunaan informasi pribadi. Data pribadi, seperti identitas individu, alamat, informasi keuangan, dan data sensitif lainnya, rentan terhadap ancaman jika tidak dilindungi dengan baik. Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Pamulang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa/i SMK Yayasan Pendidikan An Nurmaniyah tentang pentingnya menjaga keamanan data pribadi. Kegiatan ini mencakup sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai perlindungan data pribadi di era digital. Dengan melibatkan 32 siswa/i kelas 12 dari jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan, program ini memberikan edukasi tentang ancaman keamanan siber, membangun budaya digital yang aman, dan mendukung sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan perlindungan data.
