Abstract

Permasalahan pemberian pakan pada kucing peliharaan sering terjadi ketika pemilik memiliki kesibukan atau sedang berada di luar rumah, sehingga jadwal pemberian pakan menjadi tidak teratur dan pemantauan stok pakan kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem pemberian pakan kucing otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali utama, dengan dukungan komponen RTC DS3231 untuk penjadwalan, sensor load cell HX711 untuk mengukur berat pakan, sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi stok pakan, motor servo sebagai penggerak pemberian pakan, LCD 16x2 untuk menampilkan informasi, buzzer sebagai indikator stok menipis, serta modul ESP-01 untuk konektivitas wifi. Sistem ini dirancang agar dapat memberikan pakan secara otomatis berdasarkan jadwal yang ditentukan dan logika fuzzy ketika berat pakan di wadah kurang dari 50 gram, sekaligus mendukung pemberian pakan manual sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan baik: ketika berat pakan berada di bawah ambang batas, servo aktif untuk mengeluarkan pakan, sedangkan jika berat pakan sama dengan atau melebihi ambang batas, proses pemberian pakan di-skip karena dianggap masih cukup. Selain itu, data hasil pembacaan sensor dan riwayat pemberian pakan dikirim langsung ke aplikasi desktop melalui jaringan WiFi, sehingga dapat dipantau secara real-time kapan saja dan di mana saja. Sistem ini tidak hanya memastikan kucing memperoleh pakan tepat waktu, tetapi juga membantu pemilik dalam memantau kondisi stok pakan dengan lebih efisien.

Abstract

This research implements data mining techniques to analyze rainfall patterns through two different approaches: clustering and regression. The first dataset contains monthly rainfall data from East Kalimantan in 2005, analyzed using three clustering algorithms—K-Means, Agglomerative, and MeanShift to identify seasonal patterns. The second dataset uses multiregional rainfall data since 1979, analyzed using three regression algorithms—Linear Regression, Random Forest, and Support Vector Regression (SVR)—to predict June rainfall based on data from the previous five months. Evaluation results show that K-Means and Agglomerative produce the same clustering performance with a silhouette score of 0.4913, successfully grouping data into three main seasonal clusters. Meanwhile, MeanShift produces five clusters but is less effective on small-scale datasets. For regression prediction, Random Forest shows the best performance with an R² score of 0.8921, followed by Linear Regression (0.8402), while SVR produces the lowest performance (0.0077). This research demonstrates that a combination of unsupervised and supervised learning methods can provide a more comprehensive understanding of seasonal patterns and quantitative rainfall estimation. These findings have potential applications in decision-making related to water resource management, agricultural planning, and climate risk mitigation.

Abstract

This study presents an ethical framework for learning analytics aimed at addressing key challenges related to the collection and use of student data in higher education. Learning analytics, a powerful tool for improving student outcomes and institutional decision-making, has raised ethical concerns regarding data privacy, transparency, fairness, and equity. The proposed framework integrates four core principles: data privacy, informed consent, transparency, and fairness, ensuring that institutions use learning analytics responsibly while safeguarding student rights. A central feature of the framework is its focus on promoting equitable decision-making, minimizing bias, and preventing the reinforcement of existing inequalities in algorithmic and data-driven decisions. The framework also emphasizes the importance of continuous ethical oversight, holding institutions accountable for ethical data use and adapting practices as technology evolves. The study concludes that the framework offers a comprehensive solution to the ethical challenges in learning analytics, providing institutions with a practical guide to embedding ethical principles in data practices. Additionally, the research discusses its potential to foster fairness, equity, and transparency in decision-making processes. Future research is recommended to refine the framework and explore its application across various educational contexts, ensuring responsible and inclusive use of learning analytics.

Abstract

Abstract− In the era of globalization where Teknologi, informasi, and Komunikasi is growing very quickly, the world of education is experiencing changes in its management as a result of the demands of utilizing technology.. Changes in learning and demands for innovation are important things that must be done. Various applications are available and can be used by teachers to develop learning media. The website was originally developed as hypertext where documents are presented electronically that are integrated with each other. Hypertext not only presents text, but can store images, sound and video to develop into multimedia, Websites which are actually the World Wide Web are very important and are most often used in the internet world. Website is an application that is very fast growing and the most widely used. From the information system that is in great demand from an agency or institution is a website which is a facility that displays and searches for information. And the use of the use of the google sites itself in addition to adding insight about the use of google sites intelligently. Based on the socialization analysis of the results of the service carried out, it can be concluded that the benefits of google sites help facilitate website creation, because there is no need for expert expertise to code.
