Abstrak School education is one of the important things for the progress of the nation and State. Advanced schools and students also lie in teachers and principals, so with this the principal as a leader must be able to direct well so that it is far from existing problems. Therefore, good and good management for school principals towards improving teachers is very important. The research used is qualitative or field. The results showed that: 1) Principal Management in improving teacher performance in TK Kartini, namely, covering 4 stages of activities, namely: a) planning b) organizing c) implementation d) supervision. 2) The Management Model applied by the Principal in improving teacher performance is: a) Providing examples to teachers, by fostering good personal relationships, b) Assisting teachers in solving the problems they face, c) Appreciating the strengths and weaknesses of teachers and helping them through counseling, d) Providing provisions in encouraging the strengths, interests, and abilities of teacher members in carrying out duties, e) Emphasize democratic approaches in the formulation of goals and regulations.

MA Ibadurrahman Malang menyelenggarakan aktivitas ekstrakurikuler guna meningkatkan minat serta bakat siswa. Riset ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan periset terhadap pengelolaan aktivitas ekstrakurikuler di sekolah- sekolah tersebut, yang kerapkali meraih keberhasilan dalam bidang ekstrakurikuler semacam dakwah, kaligrafi, serta olah raga. Dalam perihal ini pengelolaan aktivitas ekstrakurikuler sangat efisien, sebab sekolah ini sangat menekankan pada pertumbuhan partisipan didik. Tipe riset yang digunakan merupakan kualitatif. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan memakai wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan buat mengenali gimana pengelolaan aktivitas ekstra kurikuler buat meningkatkan atensi serta bakat siswa MA Ibadurrahman Malang. Kajian ini menampilkan kalau:( 1) Dalam perihal perencanaan, segala pengelola ekstrakurikuler di MA Ibadurrahman Malang sanggup merancang tugasnya dengan baik., antara lain muat tujuan program yang jelas, rencana kerja yang tertib, pembinaan yang baik.( 2) Dalam penerapan, MA Ibadurrahman Malang muat lapisan organisasi, pembagian tugas, fasilitas serta prasarana, serta sumber dana yang diatur dengan baik sehingga terlaksana.( 3) Sebaliknya penilaian dicoba lewat penilaian kurikulum serta penilaian murid yang dicoba minimun satu semester.

Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education quality improvement through strategic management, is an effort to properly manage all madrasah resources based on internal and external analysis. The quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education as a basic level educational institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion, is currently required to adapt to the demands of society and technological developments that continue to change and develop.This study aims to analyze and find (1) the concept of improving the quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education through strategic management, (2) Models of improving the quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education through strategic management, (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah education through strategic management.

To provide an understanding of the Islamic religion to someone, religious development management is needed as all activities carried out by a person in order to provide assistance to other people who experience spiritual difficulties in their living environment with the aim that the person is able to overcome it themselves because awareness or self-surrender arises. the power of God Almighty. This article looks at the management of Islamic religious development from various backgrounds in a person's environment in non-educational institutions, using qualitative descriptive research methods based on observations in the military, police, correctional institutions and public market schools. The results and conclusions from the discussion of this article are that Islamic religious formation is carried out well in various institutions by using existing facilities and infrastructure to support religious formation activities and by using certain media and methods, for example through vocational lectures or oral recitation, istigasah, yasinan, tahlilan, and commemoration of Islamic holidays

The purpose of this research is to find out how learning management in Madrasah Diniyah is able to achieve good learning for students. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that: Learning management at Madrasah Diniyyah Assidiqqi Ash-Syuhada since 2004 has been implemented, as evidenced by the existence of management elements such as learning planning, learning implementation and learning assessment. The most important thing is that the ustad before teaching make a learning plan in advance, even though it is not too detailed like the lesson plan. Then in carrying out learning and ending with the learning assessment process. Thus, the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) runs smoothly, neatly, and is organized in accordance with clear directions and goals. In addition, another interesting thing is that pre and post tests are also carried out in learning, even in some activities to invite psychologists, both students and lecturers, especially from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang campus who usually always come every year. So that with this, the learning at Madrasah Diniyah Assidiqqi Ash-Syuhada is getting better and more interesting and has advantages and also high Islam

Islamic boarding schools are recognized as educational institutions that have made a substantial contribution to the progress and growth of education. Another option for resolving today's educational issues is seen to be Islamic residential schools. The challenge facing today's educational system is coming up with complete, effective, and efficient learning activities that may boost students' learning efficacy and creativity. One of the biggest challenges in implementing education is management, particularly in pesantren, which is well-known in the community for having a traditional system that only focuses on religious science. For this reason, researchers are interested in contemporary boarding schools in an attempt to dispel misconceptions about Islamic boarding schools. The research method used is qualitative. Based on the study findings, it can be inferred that the effect of modernity has led to a general transformation of Islamic boarding schools. With that, there are more and more diverse new and more modern learning resources, as well as the higher the dynamics of communication between the Islamic boarding school education system and other support systems. This illustrates that the administration of Islamic boarding schools at Al-Rifa'ie Modern Boarding School has the ability to enhance the efficiency and ingenuity of student education. The contemporary Al-Rifa'ie boarding school is structured methodically, proficiently, and optimally, including several educational activities. The management includes: management management, infrastructure, human resources. Where from these three main things then succeeded in developing extracurricular and also other equipment related to increasing the effectiveness and creativity of student learning so as to make students more advanced and intelligent. The proof of success is the many achievements that have been achieved by students, both in religious competitions and also general competitions related to student creativity.

Mosque or musholla is a place of worship for Muslims. In modern times, prayer rooms and mosques are increasingly multiplying and easier to find, resulting in many places where mosques and prayer rooms are renovated to look magnificent and beautiful. Handling this is not a problem if the splendor is also accompanied by many activities in it so that development and activities run well, including one of them at Musholla Darul Kutub. The research method used is qualitative type. The results obtained include: 1) Musholah Management: there are 4 Planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising. Where in the management is carried out gradually so that the purpose of Musholla for students, especially in the field of religious fiqh is well achieved: 2) The efforts of the Darul Kutub Musholla Management in increasing the understanding of Religious Fiqh, there are several good activities carried out by the musholla management and also cooperation with the head of the pesantren. These activities include: the existence of a library at Musholla Darul Kutub with all kinds of various religious books including contemporary fiqh, the existence of batsul masail activities carried out by the musholla management in collaboration with mutakhorijin students and alumni ustadz related to religious fiqh, and the existence of daily routine religious activities including congregational prayers, and reciting the yellow book from all aspects of the field including fiqh.

The analysis of nepotism management in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) aims to examine the impact of nepotistic practices on human resource management in these educational institutions. This study uses a literature review method, examining various sources related to pesantren management, nepotism, and human resource management principles. The literature review findings show that nepotism in Islamic boarding schools often occurs in the recruitment and promotion of teachers and staff. While this practice may preserve loyalty and traditional values, it can hinder innovation, professionalism, and the quality of education. The long-term effects of nepotism include weakened organizational efficiency and individual performance. Therefore, this study recommends the implementation of a competency-based and accountable management system, emphasizing transparency to improve the quality and effectiveness of human resource management in Islamic boarding schools.

Sufism is usually associated with traditional or rural societies. Because, although their culture is closer to Sufism, urban people ignore it. However, Sufism is sometimes considered a solution to the problem of spiritual awakening. It was a Sufism program at Pesantren Baiturohmah in Malang. Sufism that combines the teachings of nature and sharia is taught in this mixed stream. The research method used is qualitative or directly involved. The results obtained include: The idea of Sufism education at the Baiturrohmah Islamic Boarding School in Malang City is based on Islamic teachings that aim to achieve a harmonious balance between sharia (Islamic law) and the spiritual journey towards attaining closeness to God. 2) Sufism Education Management in achieving Taqarub to Allah for Santri is carried out in a program called khalwat which consists of four things, namely: a) The process of bai'at involves students joining pesantren and being taught the processes of tawasul and khlawat by their professors, Murshid. b) During this phase, students practice Khalwat and uzlah by isolating themselves from the public for 7 days. They also develop the quality of zuhud by completing sunnah and fasting rituals. c) give mahdah worship lessons with basic to upper and d) stay in the hut for seven days and are prohibited from interacting with outside.

In facing global challenges, pesantren must continue to innovate through the management of their Islamic education without having to abandon the culture of students. So that with that achievement will be more directed related to the quality of education and the character of students. This study uses a qualitative type of descriptive with the location of PP Al-Mustofa. The sources used are interviews, and observations. The results obtained are: 1) Innovation in Islamic education management at PP Al-Mustofa Jember for the strengthening of students there are four important things which include planning that must be known by all residents of the pesantren including students and guardians, organization that must involve all including the community and guardians and have complete infrastructure. The implementation of pesantren activities is carried out every day from Monday to Sunday. Where in the implementation there is also mandatory daily habituation, special activities in addition to core activities related to book learning. In addition, it is necessary to have an evaluation of the pesantren carried out every two months and a major evaluation every year that invites all the pesantren administrators involved. 2) The forms of Islamic education management innovations of PP Al-Mustofa Jember in improving the quality of teaching and education of students in general are four things, namely: the integration of technology in learning and pesantren so that teachers are required to always use technology as an enhancer to explain the material so that it can make it easier for students to learn, curriculum changes that adjust to pesantren and national traditions, student-oriented learning approaches and 21st century skill development through trainings such as design, business, making tempeh staples, agriculture, plantations, and the development of the Englsh language.
